Joke company. Evaluation employees are jokes that care more about feelings then the actual facts. Its disrespectful to point out how I had said something about appeals court and the judge siding with me several times in the phone call already. Cared more about the fact i said veterans benefits administration then they did about hearing what was actually going on. Then they wanted to call me back and fill out a bunch of forms to see if they maybe would take on my case. Man itd be crazy they did half of what they asked for free. for yalls reply. No you didnt. Again i stated several times about something, your employee did not realize that until later on. She then went on to inform me its disrespectful to point out i stated that several times already. What crusade? The one where i said i was calling to see if this is something you guys cover, and you werent even capable of answering that question before your feelings got in the way? Youre looking for specific cases thats fine. But dont go making it something its not. Yall just suck at customer service if its not something you want or super easy.

I found the Archuleta Law Firm to be very professional, polite, and thorough. Though they did not accept my claim, I believe they listened sufficiently and saw problematic areas of my very difficult case. Id rather have a good lawyer who doesnt chase ambulances and string along his clients, than one who accepts every client, even if the results might not be favorable. I am only disappointed in my ability to explain what occurred as I failed to properly share the core issues of my case.

I registered to be a client but initially there was a mix up on the dates and was declined and later with new input suggested to file with the Veteran Administration myself upon further review. They didnt assist in any claim or law suit Im not a client just an inquiring customer for help was given warm regards. I have people praying for me to be ok I could die any day. I would hire another law firm personally vs file solo and was suggested from family and friends coworkers people that care considering.

VA malpractice law firms, such as Archuletas will likely turn down your case if they determine theres a low likelihood of success. Another reason is that the federal government caps the amount in which attorneys can recoup in fees from winning cases for their clients. If you never suffered a catastrophic injury or illness that either resulted in or nearly resulted in death, do not contact this law firm, they will turn you down.

They are very nice, but not very helpful with getting things accomplished. It seems you have to do so much before you even gain the help as to what you need an attorney for in the first place. If it was easy and successful to gain information and get things started on our own, we wouldnt be needing an attorney, we would just self file and handle it ourselves.

In 2021 , during the Covid era, I had a very risky surgery through the VA . The surgery almost paralyzed me and was due to a surgical error. My wife called several law firm as I laid helpless in a hospital bed unable to stand on my own power. I recceived your reply. It sounds like to me youre concerned of your credibility but not for the veterans sake of supporting in resolution to both parties when veterans are getting messed over so therefore its okay with you all. Thats sad! I have called this law firm to get their asst due to VA dirty schemes they do to veterans but they get away with it, as usual. I first spoke with Pam in October 2020 and was impressed with her medical knowledge and how easy it was to talk with her about a very difficult situation. Got denied because they were busy with their current case load and my case had too much burden of proof that relied on their firm. They were quick to help and take an interest in my case. Update: After not returning my phone call for several days they took the time to immediately reply to a negative but true review. Archuleta Law Firm also thinks it s a good idea to slander the memory of a deceased veteran on Google. Dr. Archuleta s own website states that they handle cases involving military medical malpractice, however they refused to help my father and I. According to their paralegal they haven t had much success with military medical malpractice cases. Archuleta Law Firm refused to even provide a referral to another attorney. They didn t even bother to return my call when they said they would, instead I had to keep calling until they replied. I recommend finding a different attorney.

On November 4, 2016, life took a radical turn for us. Instead of preparing for the future, we found ourselves fighting for Marks life. As a retired military service member, Mark developed a life threatening spinal cord tumor. What and experience I have had with Michael and his team. They truly put everything they had into my case. We have never been clients! My husband has a good case. The woman on the phone declined his case saying, it hasnt been open or on going long enough. Im not sure how long you expected someone to be neglected for and deal with malpractice before you will help someone. By the way the incident has to be filed within 2 years or you cant file, under the guidelines of a tort law. He has had 4 major surgeries. 2 while enlisted and 2 in the last 2 years at the va. The last one has left him barely able to walk at only 32 years old, with a 5 inch incision. The incision (from Jan 25th 2019) has been opened back up. Its been open for 3 weeks now and the va has done nothing to help him. We were just there on friday and they sent him home with 2 holes in his leg saying its fine. One is an inch big by the way. This has been going on for 9 years. January of 2019 he finally got a diagnosis, thanks to me, from the chief of surgery. No one at this hospital could figure out what he has. I did 2 years ago. We called archuleta for a federal tort claim. People at the va told us to file for this and archuleta was suggested. Va workers told us we are not the first to have issues with the chief of surgery at va Loma Linda hospital in California, and have lots of evidence against multiple doctors. We reached out for help. The woman who he talked to originally, didnt take down the information correctly, as stated before. He was trying to tell her that was incorrect. She refused to listen, because she already stated that the case is decline. This is when he got upset, a bit loud and informed her hes going to write a bad review and he did. That is not a threat. He voiced his opinion of how he was treated. Its very sad to see the negative response coming from the owner that didnt happen. Its really funny that in the response below the owner says my husband and I are angry. They never talked to me once to accuse me of anything. As I explained before, my husband got upset because the woman didnt get the information correctly. He told her she was wrong and informed her about a bad post. Then instead of calling to actually call and find out the truth, they make accusations . Im 100% sure they didnt even read my post and just started writing. Hahahaaaaa

They treated us with respect and not just a potential money bag. They always kept us informed if the status if our claim. They were always there for us to answer any questions or concerns and never once made us feel like we were bothering them. When the settlement was offerred they did not pressure us, explained all of our options and gave us plenty if time to make up our minds. Tells me the case sounds good over the phone and requests the paperwork. A few weeks later I receive the paperwork back with a letter from them saying that because I attempted suicide it the past, it s acceptable for the VA to be abusive and deceitful to me now. Any questions, I d be glad to post a copy of their response. I was horrified to get the impression from them that this treatment is acceptable despite all of there s claims to help vets.

Racist. Advertizes for veterans who have been harmed by VA, then lists several examples. My injuries from VA are exactly the same as his examples, yet this dishonest person refuses to even speak with me, or take my calls. He made an offer on line, I accepted. He refused to consider and refuses to state why. This is false advertising and fraud. I was injured on active duty in Middle East while serving with 5th Special Forces Group. Hes a coward in my book if afraid of the truth, ignorant if afraid to discuss his decision openly and honestly. It means that he is not proud of his biases and dishonesty and too weak to confront same. Not a man in my book. Its fraud and unlawful business practices for false advertising. Do not trust this coward. He is of very weak character. bank Submitting complaint to State Bar for same as above.
