Had place to get to an get back on the right road to leave since it s on a dead end road. Went there to listen to some friends sing karaoke. The guy running sound system really didn t know what he was doing. Beer was cold and French fry s was good.

My kids are doing swimming lesson here. We only have access to the pool for the short time there. The pool is big and clean. The facility itself seems outdated. The restrooms are equipped with showers too. There is a large area with shade where you can sit with tables. My rating is solely based on the pool side of this location. The employees are friendly.

Roomy, safe practices, good music and dance area.. Proceeds go to great causes! Like most of S Texas.. Drinks arent that potent.. Do most S Texas watering holes use diluted proof alcohol? Sure seems like it. Wish I was a beer liker.. So couldnt be tampered with.. Not knocking the Elks, as our group of winter Texans were discussing how prevalent it was. But weve learned of how much the Elks give back to the community and it warms your heart to help be a part of that!

Elks Lodge is a very nice calm place. From the moment you walk in you feel the ambiance has a welcoming vibe. Immediately you are greeted as one of the friends and feel as though it is more of family. There are many fun activites and choices for food and drinks. The holiday themes are also spectacular.

Space was good. Tables were set up perfectly BUT we were locked out of any use of refrigeration. Also, 1 door served our banquet room bit also served as entry for the boy scouts meeting in another room. There strangers walking back and forth thru the middle of the party to get to their room. Anyone needing to use the restrooms had to come across the middle of our room past our food tables and gift tables. Kids were eyeing up the desserts on those tables and food gift bags that were available at the door they were coming and going thru. There had to be othdr ways into the building or go the restrooms but there was also no signage. Tacky tacky. No use of refrigeration in the cost of renting our room and the kitchen . Theres always food at a shower and refrigeration seems sensible. Cost of the room wasnt cheap. Id bet those boys scouts didnt pay that much for their space.!!!
