I live next to this place and almost every other night there is a live band or someone playing drums there with the window open so loud that I can hear it CLEARLY and I am not even the closest apartment to them. I have called the police almost 5 times now. I wouldn t care if it was during the day but it is 99% of the time after 9 pm which I work at 8 am the next day and have to be up at 6. So here I am resorting to other actions in hopes maybe I will get some sleep for once. The police will continue to be called as well.

Dan has proven to be a thorough attorney that leaves no stone unturned. Was always available and quick to respond to texts and emails. The only thing lacking was face to face consultation in his office. Other than that, Dan was quick to respond when we had a question. I m not aware of everything Dan did behind the scenes while dealing with the opposing attorney but in the end, the outcome was favorable considering the circumstances. I would hire Dan again and recommend his services.

I was 19 when i got my first felony charge, along with other serious offenses, and after continuing to get in trouble and really making it tough for Dan to get a good result on my cases, he still fought tirelessly for me. My future was looking grim, but once i finally listened to all of Dan s advice, and just do my part so he could do his- he got my felony reduced to a misdemeanor, and all other charges dismissed. I ll no longer be a felon, and can still enjoy my freedom while i m on probation (no jail time). I couldn t be more pleased and more thankful for the results i got and to have such an amazing, dedicated attorney. And Cara Montoya is extremely responsive. Never had to wait more than a half hour to get an email back from her, with all my questions answered.

I hired Mr Peugh for my husband, gave him $3500 to begin with so that he could begin with his representation on 2-18-18 and he was out all of 2 weeks and Mr. Peugh was asking for another 3500 to continue serving my husband. He had done nothing at this point and dropped my husband Bc he couldn t make the 3500 payment by March so he keeps 3500 and never represents him. Seems off to me but I want people to know that this is the type of business he runs so that you aren t unaware.

Peugh Law Firm can not be beat!! He helped my daughter who had been getting into some trouble lead her on a path that didn t get her in legal ramifications for the rest of her life but still made her accountable for her actions. I m happy to say that 7 years later she has since gotten her GED, gone to Dental Assistant School and has been clean and sober almost 5 years. I would 100% recommend Daniel Peugh to anyone, especially college students with legal troubles! I spent a couple of days searching for a lawyer and each one didnt seem to really care about me, just the money. I am so glad I found Daniel, he was very quick at responding and willing to meet with me almost immediately after contacting him. He was so nice and never once made me feel like a criminal. He heard me out and was willing to work with me. I am a young female student who has never had any legal troubles before and Daniel helped me understand the whole process and was there step by step. He was not over priced like most Denton lawyers and worked with me for the cost. Daniel kept me updated with emails and information as soon as he found out info. He arrived to my court hearing early and walked me through all of it which allowed the whole process to go very smoothly and without any worries. I cannot say enough how lucky I was to get in contact with The Peugh law firm to work on my case. I had a complex issue involving two states. I had spent countless time and money working with my original attorney but could not get follow-up issues completely resolved. Interviewed 5 criminal defense attorneys in Denton and chose Peugh Law Firm. Options and goals to resolve felony case were clearly explained to me. Case was quickly resolved according to the plan I was given in our initial meeting. Started working on my case on March 29th. The District Attorneys office declined to file charges on April 20th. All of my questions throughout the process were quickly answered. Could not have asked for a better result, thank you again! ******************EDIT*********************** Adding to my review because after my case was dismissed in Denton County, the arresting agency (Coppell Police Department) forwarded the case to Tarrant Count where I was charged with an additional felony. Daniel Peugh worked on my case, in a different county, with a different DAs office and was able to have all charges dismissed there as well. Would not have been able to move forward with my life had it not been for Peugh Law. I say that sincerely, as every other law firm I interviewed prior to retaining Peugh Law, stated that a dismissal of all charges was simply impossible. Do not hesitate to choose this law firm.
