We had a small Mopar gathering to watch the cowboys get shellacked by the Saints!! The atmosphere was perfect! The food was good, they have a very good menu to choose from. But most important was the service! The manager there was spot on and very approachable and made sure we had any and everything we needed! Our waitress Brianna was absolutely wonderful!! She even poured me some water when she said she only does that for small kids!! (I m a big kid so I guess she gave me a pass!!) it was crazy in there the day we went but everyone stayed level headed and worked through the issues flawlessly!! We will deff be attending again and will prob make this our regular hangout spot!! Check them out!!

I m a regular customer to this place since couple of years, so it was on June 23rd Sunday night as usual I went with group of friends and bartender name was Matt. He was rude while serving, so we left that place after having one drink each. Total was $35.72 and I didn t tip him because of the service and behavior of Matt. So he himself written $100 total, I was making a payment on 26th which is today I was shocked to see total $100 which was $64 approximately more than I was billed. Here is the catch I had the picture of receipt where I signed and didn t write any tip and my receipt, I called this morning to tailgaters and manager answered the call and I was shocked to see the bartender Matt wrote that tip by himself for $100, lucking I had the receipt and manager returned the money back to me. So be careful while going to this place.

Very wonderful sports bar, tons of space, huge L-shaped bar area, bar pool tables, video games such as golf, jukebox, tons of flatscreens, easy going crowd, this one I visited is in Plano, 5 more locations in greater DFW Metroplex, brand new menu to boot, best on Friday and Saturday nights, check it out, see if you like it as someplace new to maybe call as another hangout. Parking: Good open area for parking, mostly right in front of this location. Kid-friendliness: Kids accompanied with adults are welcome.

I went 6 years ago and it was a great place. My friends and I went last night at 9:50 pm on a Wed and the waitress was very rude. She said the kitchen was gonna close and to order in 5 minutes and that it was last call and restaurant closing. Do not go there at all. There are so many other places to go.

I had wings and a beer and we got a couple shots. The wings werent great, one sauce was supposed to be spicy with a mango flavor and was neither, the second sauce was supposed to be flavorful and sweet and was neither. The beer (stout) was not fresh, likely my mistake for getting draft but it was on the flat side and the shots were rather inconsistent. Overall, not a great visit, will likely just stick to Fords garage which has better everything.

Had the unfortunate experience of eating here before heading back to Houston. I ordered an appetizer their street tacos. The male waiter working Sunday afternoon 10/2/2022, literally made me wait until the dinner was done to bring it out. When I asked for my appetizer, he made the excuse that he thought I wanted it when my dinner came out. After serving my cousin her appetizer prior too. I have never in 100yrs heard an appetizer ordered was supposed to come when dinner comes out or I need to verbally request it sooner. And then when I asked to speak with the manager, the lady working the bar comes out and was sooo rude and unprofessional making excuses for the waiter being nonchalant about my request for my appetizer. Finally when it comes out it s cold. I kindly asked for my bill because I had enough of this place. They take an additional 20mins and I had to request them to please close my tab so my family and I could GO. It appears they wanted me to get upset and out of character. I absolutely would not recommend this place. I hope in the future they hire more friendlier staff. And a manager who actually listens to the customer and find a resolution or at least an apology for the mishaps. Thank you

Got a chicken sandwich and wings. The sandwich hand the smallest piece of chicken i have ever seen. The wing were wrong and slimey. Then $92 for 3 beers 2 drinks and the food. This place has the worst food of any sports bar in the area. I guarantee anyone that says its great is a Homer that works there. The only reason I went there was because of Groupons. All three mediocre at best. There chicken fried steak is the worse I have ever had. There fries are like eating McDonalds fries and mine were not even warm when they were served to me. Dont be surprised when you order food and the price you are charged doesnt match the prices on the Menu. The Owner says he has not had time to update them due to Covid. Thats a really lame excuse. Now as far as being a sports Bar, they have plenty TVs but really only cater to Dallas teams. If the Cowboys are playing all the big screens have to have the Cowboys game per the manager even though there are only 25 people in the whole place. There were 4 or 5 big screens that no one was watching, and I asked if 1 of them could have a game I wanted to watch on it. The Manager said no we will only put that game on a 27-inch TV, and I said thats ridiculous, and she threw me out of the Bar. Funny thing is I had several Cowboys players on my DraftKings lineup, and I had players from another team also. Needless to say, if you only follow Cowboys this place is fine otherwise stir clear of this place. If you want a sports bar with way better TVs and 10 times better food, go to the Shark Club 2 miles to the west of this place. I guarantee you will have a much better experience then you would at Tailgaters (Super Nice Decor Shark Club vs Kind of a Dive Tailgaters).

I called about 20 sports bars in Frisco and Plano to see if they were playing the UFC fight. And if they had a table available. Only one or two of them picked up the phone. This place not only picked up the phone but picked it up two times when I called. I was really lucky to get there at the end of the football game so a lot of people were leaving. I was able to get a great table to watch UFC 270 and watch Francis ngannou win the World Heavyweight Championship. This will be my go-to sports bar for future events.

These are the NICEST, MOST GENEROUS PEOPLE YOU LL EVER MEET Not just the owners and staff, but the regulars that spend time here. I was stranded with my infant niece, my sister, and my boyfriend in the parking lot and the owners came outside to check on us without any prompting. We were trying to get a rat out of my car and the owners spent 20-30 minutes out there with us trying to get it and come up with a way to secure the rodent. The regulars at the restaurant also came out in groups to help us too. Everyone at this establishment is a genuine human and I would recommend this business to ANYONE asking for a good sports bar with wonderful people.

went in on a Friday night in November 2020 at 9pm and it was quickly apparent we were the only customers there. We were immediately told by the passive aggressive bartender they close at 10pm the kitchen was closed and we had only an hour to order drinks only! (Odd to close on a Friday at 10pm but okay.)From the start the owner was hovering over us and micromanaging the bartender. I had maybe 3 beers and from what I assume were instructions from the over bearing owner; the bartender hesitantly tried to offer me some chips by putting them on a napkin not even in a basket or on a plate but on a napkin?! (trying to avoid some sort of liability) The absolute weirdest vibe Ive ever had from a bar, I wouldnt recommend this bar in the slightest. do yourself a favor and try 2 brothers or holy grail right across the street, better service and better vibes.

This place was amazing. The service was a little slow, I wont complain because our food was amazing and fresh! They gladly redeemed my groupon coupon $17 for $40 worth of food, so it was totally worth it. Im used to getting the frown face when you present that you have a groupon~ our waiter was nice and had a smile on his face as he accepted our coupon. Tried to eat here on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30. The waitress that greeted us after about 10 minutes was very pleasant but very busy. We asked for waters and a drink menu. We noticed that she seemed to be the only waitress for about 40 guests. There also seemed to be only one bartender for a full bar and making drinks for the dining room. Our waitress was swamped and didn t make it back over. We waited an additional 15 minutes before we left. There were several tables waiting to be greeted and several waiting for checks. We did not see a manager. I don t blame the waitress as this was way too many people for 1 person to wait on.

We went last night for the Basketball Final Four games and had the worst service I have ever had. We could not find our waitress. We ordered when we arrived and recieved our food and drinks fairly quick. I specifically stated I would want another drink in a little bit and never saw her again. I was fraudulently charged additional money on my card after a horrible night of service by a incompetent and stoned waiter who served me 2 drinks over a 3 1/2 hour period. Worst experience ever! After contacting Dev the manager and detailing the issue I received NO RESPONE! I had to file a fraud claim with my bank and contacted Plano PD so hopefully no one else will have to deal with this BS! Horrible management, horrible service and I couldnt tell you whether the food was any good since I was never offered a menu even after being there for 3 1/2 hours with a table w/ 3 guests. NEVER GOING AGAIN. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Fyi Owner. I contacted Dev today so him being anywhere yesterday had nothing to do with his inaction today. I was there Saturday for the fight which is the only reason I stayed as long as I did with the horrible service being provided. The waiter was one of only two little boy stoners that were working there that night. He never introduced himself as I mention he never even offered a menu, his name, anything resembling service at all. I am extremely frustrated with your establishment from the night of the event to the call placed today to Ann (I believe) and the inaction of Dev. I dont appreciate your condescension either FYI. It is ridiculous that you would not immediately take action to ensure criminal activity does not continue in your establishment. Thanks.

Favorite local sports bar, they show all the games and the UFC fights! Super awesome staff and a good menu to boot, this is definitely our go-to place in town!

Took a chance on their food. Got the southwestern egg rolls (not sure if thats what they call them) and the buffalo shrimp. Egg rolls were the frozen ones like you get at chilis which were ok but expected something kitchen made for the price and the buffalo shrimp were terrible. Way too much seasoning which left a paste in your mouth after eating. Big blah. You should have someone try your food before pushing it on patrons as anyone who tried this stuff and would write a better review would be lying. I mean the drink was cold because of ice but jeez.

Everything was good until I checked my account and the waitress had helped herself to a $15 tip that I didn t leave. I left a cash tip on the table but I guess that wasn t sufficient. I won t be returning there again. Freaking crooks!!

I live down the street and have been here a few times. I have always had good food and they have pretty good specials on drinks and food. This visit I had the country fried wings. They were some of the best wings I have eaten. Better than any of the wing chains. They have a great selection of TVs and put on whatever game I ask for. Good spot for sports and drinks.

Careless kitchen staff, only one waitress for the floor on a Sunday afternoon, and poor acoustics that make all of the speakers sound garbled are what make an unpleasant visit. (Photo is of a plain sandwich that was certainly not plain before the kitchen staff sent it out).

This place has great service and great bar food. My server was Kyle and he was very attentive. I went to the bar for a drink before I sat down and my bartenders Austin & Cassie were very friendly and fast, even though they were very busy from the cowboys game. They all had great attitudes I recommended this bar to anyone.

My wife, myself, and a few friends decided to try this place out as the location was great for where we live. We quickly realized how the service was going to be when the wait staff started playing poker and stopped serving the customers. It was very apparent that drinking and gambling were vastly more important than taking orders. Its a complete free for all at this place. People walking out on their tabs left and right while other people somehow get charged for whats left. The manager on duty looked 15 so he had zero control albeit he did try. I wouldnt recommend this place but it may be worth it to check it out because you may get a lot of free drinks due to lack of control.
