Sat on the patio. After being there about 10 minutes an employee came and put a sign on the door (hand written) saying the inside was closed due to short staffing. She told us the manager had to leave and they are not allowed to keep the doors unlocked without a manager being there.

My nearest Starbucks from home, I love to be there after school on Fridays for a cake pop to my girl and my favorite coffee. Google shows is open but when you get there you see a sign at the main entrance that said: CLOSED use the drive service. It happened twice this week. It makes me waste my time going over there and sad that I need to move for another Starbucks.

Aug 10, 2024, around 9:30 AM. There is a lady on the register who was absolutely unpleasure and unwelcoming and rude to us. She kept changing trash and ignoring us to take our order, denied that we dont make French press here, when another co-worker said there is a French press back there yes we do, workers looked at each other, shift supervisor and lady went at back and comes back to me and says we dont make french press here, we only do pour-over, I said to him, your coworker said you do and he apologize and told me I will make it sorry about that. That lady who took our order didnt attend to the register when we were making a payment, she didnt offer us receipts, and she didnt put a sticker on the cup of coffee to identify which belonged to whom. she had no napkins for pumpkin muffin bread, she didnt offer sugar or creamer. I had to go back and ask if I had sugar and creamer, handover me only sugar, and again went back and asked for creamer, gives me creamer with a very upset look, (seems like we were annoying her but we were not, she didnt want to do her job what she hired for) then we were confused, I wanted to put creamer on a plain drip coffee, but accidentally when I put a creamer, it was in french press coffee instead of plain drip coffee, hope they can put the sticker there with respective orders so that it wouldnt ruin customer day. No customer service, when we walk out we felt so terrible. They had their manager and district manager visiting cards on the table, we picked them up, now in the process of emailing them. Wont recommend this location to anyone who wants to drink coffee and walk outside in a good fresh mood with good coffee.

This was my local Starbucks for years. I was there on opening day as I was excited to get one right next door where I lived. Being a GM in my career I could always tell when places treated their people right. After meeting their guy Randy I could tell it was for good reason. Unfortunately, I guess due to corporate indifference one of the staff told me he was leaving. I was saddened by this news and hoped it wouldnt change anything. I was wrong. The atmosphere changed instantly and after going there the last few days not only did I see two girls upset on two separate occasions due to this new guy, Andrew screaming at them, but I can say that this was a huge mistake by the Starbucks corporation. And my 10 years of experience as GM and management | have never seen such poor taste in leadership. Starbucks needs to investigate this location. Its toxic and disheartening. This store has always cared about their frequent consistent people and now this has changed. If this is how Starbucks picks their leadership I think Ill try the plethora of other options that are opening around the area. I know all the local people going to this place so!!! keep an ear to the wall just in case Starbucks chooses to make a change to this place.

What in the world happened to this place; this used to be my favorite Starbucks to go to this morning?!?? Very rude gentleman, didn t greet me in the friendly way I ve become accustomed to at this location when he answered the call through the drive-through, I think his name is Andrew. Whoever the girl with the beanie next to him had the most filthy wrinkled looking apron as a nurse, I would never want to get a cup coffee from somebody who looked that dirty. I m all for some Seattle vibes if it means my coffee is gonna be fast fresh and what I want but nasty! I hope Randy sees this review so that he knows to talk to these employees just rude and gross!

I think this is one of the better Starbucks to go to in the Allen area. They hardly make mistakes and are almost always cheerful and happy. This location is also large enough for a group of 4+ people to sit inside or outside. The drive thru speed is average.

Horrible! After ordering a coffee inside, I sat at a table to wait. I noticed shortly after sitting, my arm was stinging an saw I had ants crawling on me. I got them off best as I could, saw they were EVERYWHERE. The table, the floor.. went to the counter to say something and said to a young man sir, there are ants everywhere at this table and on the floor. He rolled his eyes and rudely said Ok, sorry, and I AM NOT A SIR!!!! I immediately approached another staff and asked for my money back, turned and walked out the door. If you want rude, unprofessional immature staff and service, bugs and dirt.. this is the place for you. Otherwise, there are much better choices in town. Good luck!

Mural is gorg here. Interior designs not my choice but that doesnt matter. My preteen and teen think its cool so thats what counts. Its smaller than Id like but Im grateful our teens have a place so close to visit. Restrooms are clean always and the workers are amazingly kind.

I was there on Dec 28, 2023 between 2pm to 3 pm. They are rude, my order wasnot what exactly I wanted and was cold and they had a lot of delay for just a coffee and a pieace of Cheese Danish. I asked for coconut milk in my coffee, but it was with milk. The cashier verbally said it is with coconut milk, but, on the bottle, it was written, 1/2 milk, and it didnt taste cocunut milk. My name wasnot on the bottle, and it was cold. And after three times following-up, they gave me my coffee. When I told them I had Cheese Danish in my order too, the girl who was the cadhier too, rudly said, Oh, nice!.

Staff is so rude here. They got my order wrong and like slammed the containers around in a visible show of their displeasure with me kindly requesting to have my drink remade. This is not first experience but it will be my last. After speaking with the manager, they were pretty aloof and unapologetic. I visit this Starbucks pretty often. The baristas are friendly and pretty consistent in getting orders right, but the service is pretty slow compared to other Starbucks stores in the area. There have also been a couple of times where I ordered ahead on the app but got to the store and had to get a refund because the item was sold out.

I did drive through this morning. I set there for a min, then someone came on and I guess didnt realize she was on because she was yelling a name then I started to order and she started interrupting me in my order. Then I asked for brown sugar and the lady goes we dont have that the way she said it , it seemed like I was bothering her and I asked if she was okay she said yea why do you ask I just said just making sure. I d advise that you drive right on by this location. Terrible experience all the way through. Came in and the barista was busy messing with her phone while we stood there waiting to order. Then we were informed they were out of syrup for the drinks we wanted so we got something else. While waiting for our order, went to use the restroom and saw something in there that I truly wish I could unsee . Restrooms needed attention BADLY. With that fresh image in my mind, sat down to wait for our order. Barista #2 (no pun intended) held our cups from the top with his hand covering the mouthpiece opening and he brashly yelled out my name. Then to top is all off, at best, our grande beverages were about 2/3 full. My friend couldn t connect to the wifi either. Worst experience at Starbucks EVER!

A big fan of Starbucks, but this is by far the worse location in terms of customer service. You never get greeted and you never get called when your order is ready. The first time I went, I kept waiting for my name and didnt know my order was sitting there getting cold. There are plenty of employees at this location each time I have been there. The workers at this place are amazing! I was stuck there because of the tornado siren and Chloe, Nate, and Trin were very nice and let me stay with them until the storm calmed down. This Starbucks is AWESOME EXCEPT for ONE PARTICULAR PERSON. Did not get her name. Today 01.28 she was in the drive through, green hair with pig tails. Heavy built. Rude, impatient, and gave a roll your eyes attitude. If you dont feel like working, please go home. Besides this person, everyone ive encountered is nice, friendly and talkative. Took my grandma here because she is obsessed with this dragon drink they have. Tasted like sugar water to me. For like 5$. No thanks! Their breakfast sandwich was alright for microwaved food. Would never willingly spend my own money at starbucks. But to each his own i guess. I make better coffee at home. For less than 10% of the cost.

The employees here are the best!! I meet here once a week with the girlies for bible study. Everyone is so kind and if they accidently mess an order up they are so quick to fix it! 10/10

I go to Starbucks all the time and pay with $100 bills regularly. This managers name is Evon, He tells me my $13 order cannot be completed due to me not having smaller currency on me. proceeds to give me attitude by listing McDonalds as one that he apparently doesnt think accepts $100 either. Which I have to say Starbucks is a bit more expensive than mcdonalds I will never go back as this joke was hired as a manager. Cant find the Logic to throw out a coffee and perhaps the food I ordered due to me not having smaller than $100?

Excellent customer service. Pink drink is a must to try for a cold beverage. Capucino is my favorite,I ask for dry Capucino which means less milk more form. Do mention extra hot if you want it HOT

Staff is always here! Super friendly and accurate orders. Dropped my wife off for work in Dallas, tried two Starbucks in uptown, both closed for the POSSIBILITY of snow. Im thankful for my Allen, TX Starbucks! ALWAYS THERE FOR ME WHEN I NEED THEM!! <3
