9-7-2024 visit, food and service was definitely a lot better. Hadnt been here in a while but the wife and I thought wed give it a shot again. We definitely were not disappointed. There wasnt too big of a crowd today, so that sped things up a little. I tried their bacon Mac burger and the wife had the appetizer sampler as a meal. Burger was pretty darn good. Messy and hard to eat but good. I would order it again. Sampler was good as well. Pretty consistent and it hasnt changed in years.... hopefully it stays that way.....dropping a few photos of the burger with and without flash....sorry if its overkill......,...............Hadnt been here in years. Finally stopped in for a beer and a bite to eat and they were not very accommodating. Bar server was fantastic. But management would not allow us to order off the menu. Im a big fan of their sampler appetizer but I was told it was not being sold because they were out of onion rings. When asked if they could sub for something else, I was advised it was not allowed. Then I asked for the platter without the onion rings, I could come get them another day, I was told no as well. So I settled for some sloppy tots. It was a tray of tator tots covered in cheese with veggies and topped with some sort of pulled meat. Not sure if it was pork or beef. The meet was drenched in sauce and was not very tasty. Yeah I wont be back there for another long time. Oh, the place also stank like wet carpet

I called and placed an order over the phone yesterday because I was having trouble with my app, the cashier that was working that afternoon helped me resolve the problem and reassure me that it was no bother. She was very nice and understanding with me. I unfortunately, didn t catch her name, but Buffalo Wild Wings did a good job hiring her.

Owner needs to reconsider who they have as management of this BWW, has only one bartender working on drinks for the entire restaurant, which was packed for tonight s cowboy game. Not once did management step in to help with drink orders, almost every table in the bar area was sitting with empty glasses. Wings came out cold, like they had been sitting for a while. Restrooms were horrible, and completely unacceptable. How can you be so unprepared to serve customers?

Good day, folks. A few would read long reviews on an establishment, I will keep it short in hopes ALL would read my review in full. The review is not on their food, but the actions of this place. My wife and I are in south padre island visiting and relaxing. Love football, Sunday afternoon, wanted to see LA Chargers play Steelers. Decided on Buffalo Wild Wings (Harlingen, TX). Arrived early before the start of the game, with only a FEW customers. I asked the barkeep if possable to have the TV that we were facing be place on the Chargers and Steelers game, she said yes. Great much appreciated! My wife and I ordered drinks as we await the start of the game. Heres my issue. The game started, now they were unable to show the game. After talking the the barkeeper, she said we are having issues connecting to Spectrum. Being patience we started to watch the game on my wife cell phone until they reticifed it. We ended up leaving at half time, with no luck watching and enjoying it there. The entire establishment with over 20+ television sets, that promotes football on its commercials were unable to show the game. Here that funny part, as you look at my pictures they have Direct TV. My gut tells me I have been discriminated because of the sports team I am supporting. So out of towners, be aware of this Buffalo Wild Wings location in Harlingen, TX. Do not wear your team colors or else they my spit on your food before bring it to your table if your not one of them. Joke is on me this time, ever again.

I got UberEats to avoid going to pick it up after a crappy and tired day, and they sent an incomplete order. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I ve order for take out and have had to check my food and make sure all items are there and I ve had to return to get sides or dressings EVERY.TIME. Just wish they payed more attention to their orders as it is not as packed for them to not pay attention to orders.

Hollow fries....wings also $ucked. The Laredo Buffalos is better than this one. Update.. . The owner sends something generic and unreliable when something is wrong and doesnt try to fix anything. No wonder this buffalos sucks......Try customizing your fixes to your PROBLEMS owner. Example, like free beer or food. Problems start at the top like the owner. Problems fixed...... nothing.

Update: Manager Yajaira told me that the charge would not go through on my card but today it did. Why do I have to pay for goods I did not receive? Charge $74.75 for NOTHING. CALLING RESTAURANT BACK FOR ACTUAL REFUND! Every table was completely filthy. Sat down and waited for server then decided to order from QR code on table because we thought maybe that s what we were supposed to do then we d get a server. Waited 30 minutes after ordering and paying and I went to the front and was told no one had ever ordered from the QR code before and asked who our server was. We never had a server! Was told a 20 minute longer wait and ended up having to get my tables drinks myself. After another 40 minutes only one meal came out. Waited another 20 minutes then we had to cancel the whole order. Not once did a server come greet us. The kitchen was full of plates waiting to go out to tables! This place is a freaking mess! Never returning to Buffalo Wild Wings again

Went yesterday and it was TERRIBLE!! Only put a star because I had to... When we got there it took 20 minutes before anyone came to greet us... Our drinks too forever and then food came out one at a time... So we were all eating separately... Had to get up and walk to counter to get the rest of our order ourselves! Server Sandra wasnt very attentive either bad customer service... Food was also cold... Also saw 2 other customers get up and walk out because no one came to greet them either... FOOD AND SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!! Weslaco location is waay better wont be going to Harlingen location again

Went here on a Sat night. Horrible service. Or better yet the lack of. Ordered drinks at bar and she quickly handed me the check. I said I d pay after I got my drinks. Waited 35 min and still no drinks. No one came to our table. Completely ignored. Ordered thru the app and decided to leave instead. Spoke with manager Letty and she said the charges would not go through. We left. Woke up this morning and the charges went through. Never got food. Going to have to fix this now. Got there at night, hours way before closing no staff came to take our order, when they finally came server wasn t nice and rushed us into ordering, food took long and server didn t even bring out the order correctly, didn t bring any napkins at all but the table in front of us did get good service and she even checked on them but not on us, and then tried to charge us for what we originally order but didn t get. Updated 3-17-24: I have been back to this establishment twice since. The first time I was completely ignored so I left....you always at least acknowledge your tables and get them a menu and drink if you can. The most recent time I came in, the place was not busy, but it took a act of God for a server to come by. She left me with no drink mid meal even though she kept passing by. Then forced me to check myself out. The person behind me she cashed out though. Not sure what happened here. But, this is not a place to get good service for sure. This is one of the cleanest and well made dining rooms I have ever been in. Sweet tea was on point. Chicken was cooked very well and sauced perfectly. Will definitely be back. Very pleased with this experience.

I have to say today I was so disappointed with our dine in visit. 1st I asked a waitress if she could clean a booth we could sit in and she rolled her eyes and just went to grab a rag to clean it. We were a family of 5 and the only thing they had open was the bar area so we couldnt sit on the high top tables because of the baby. 2nd we ordered the cheese and chips. Cheese was cold like it had been sitting there. Fries tasted like they were just redipped in the oil because they had that oil taste to them. 3rd......we went as a family expecting to all eat at the same time but we didnt. I got my order of 6 wings 1st ....13 mins later my husband got his burger and I had already finished my wings and sat there for another 10mins by the time the kids food came.... which we had to take to go because clearly we were upset . My husband was so upset he didnt even eat he just sent the burger back. No manager ever came to check what the issue was even when we addressed it with the gentleman that brought the burger.....he said sometimes everything comes out at different times and okay thats understandable BUT we all had wings, except for the burger and the tables to the side of us all got their food at the same time....and they all had wings as well. Anddddd we were there before they even opened up that area and sat down. The waitress just seemed to have attitude....u can tell by her whole demeanor from the start. It will be a while before we even go back there. Mind u it wasnt even busy....no reason why any of the food should have been cold.

The wait staff was great and very attentive, but when I got my wings, one of them looked deformed and asked for it to be replaced, the rest were very dry. The wing that was replaced was the only one that was good,but I didnt want to complain about the wings again.. We also ordered a burger and it seemed very small for a $13.99 burger. I guess thats just the way things are going these days. Although the staff was very friendly, the quality and value of food will keep me from coming back.

When first walking into the restaurant it wasnt clearly stated anywhere that we could seat ourselves, so naturally, we waited a bit but no one directed us so we just went ahead. Our waitress was great! Very professional and courteous! The food came out quickly, was still hot & tasted amazing! My only other concern would be the restrooms. Decided to stop by Sat night with my family to enjoy a good meal, but to our surprise, this wasnt the case. We were excited to see the parking lot with a few vehicles, so we thought we were going to have a great meal and good service. Unfortunately, not the case this time. We noticed it was cold in the restaurant which we didnt mind. Went back to our vehicle for a sweater. We sat ourselves and chose the table section between the bar area and the booths. My husband wiped my chair because it was wet, and I didnt think anything of it. We sat down. Within a couple of minutes, before a waiter could attend to us, we were getting dripped on by water. So we just moved tables, no big deal. At the new table, we looked up, and thats when we saw all the gross black mold on the ac duct system. Ordered, received our food, and it was a bit cold but ate anyway. My guess is the ac is too low, which is why our food wasnt hot when it arrived at the table. Our waiter was lost most of the time and waived him down when we needed refills. Not the most attentive experience even though it was not busy. Someone should really look into getting that mold removed. We rarely call attention to any bad experience we have because in this case nothing could be done to fix any of the issues. The temperature wasnt going to be addressed which caused cold food, the roaming waiter wasnt going to be more attentive, the mold wasnt going to be addressed so we just paid and left.

Great place to watch a football game. Lots of screens. Sound system could be better. Atmosphere is very good. Service was acceptable. Wings were good but not exceptional. Very surprised they did not have any sweet tea and did not have just plain old sugar to sweeten the regular tea. All they had was sweet and low. Best part of the meal was the fries!

Yesterday my husband and my children went to dinner and there was a spoon on our table. I think there is a lack of hygiene. Its kind of disgusting to see the spoon on the table. Margaritas were the bomb It s a fair competition with Texas Roadhouse- Harlingen top shelf margaritas. The salsa tastes like the mild salsa from HEB. At least the chips were fresh and crispy.

Placed a curbside pickup order on the phone, host couldn t wait to get me off the phone. Was rushing me the whole time. Before I could say thank you bye, she hung up before I could even finish saying thank . So rude! Food is good but customer service definitely needs an improvement.

After a long hard day at work I just wanted to get simple bbq wings, some fries, and a strawberry lemonade. After placing my Togo order of $27 (before tip) I got soggy/ cold wings, cold stale fries, and a watered down drink. Wendys nuggets are better and higher quality than their food. Dont bother wasting your time here. I d give zero stars if I could.

I dont live in harlingen.. and dont often come to this buffalos. We drive about 30mins to come to this location. I will say the wait never fails...takes very long, Service usually isnt the best but today I was very impressed. GABY ,hostess, was unbelievable. Gaby was very attentive and so friendly. Her communication and customer service really impressed me. Once we got sat we had no server come to us for some time , Gaby took the initiative to come to us and take our drink orders, apologized for the wait and assured us we would get taken care of soon. Gaby is a very hard working young lady. PLEASE commend GABY for the great job she is doing. We hope to come back soon and see her again.

Food was fine, service was horribly slow and our waitress never came back to check on us. Had to flag someone else down to pay our bill. This morning i got a notification that my transaction amount was updated. Went from 62.51 to 72.51. How lovely, somebody decided to give themself a $10 tip.

Its just as I remember it. I have to travel to Harlingen for this since the one in Brownsville closed down. But I will say its worth it. If you dont want problems with your food, I recommend going when its crowded that way, you know you will get freshly cook wings.
