Ben Garcia is one of the absolute best Public Defender Attorneys that I have yet to meet! His dedication and compassion, not to mention his intelligence, makes him the top of the list, in my humble opinion! Awesome! He is knowledgeable, kind and courteous. My husband was facing 2-20 years and a fine for a felony charge, Ben got it reduced to 1 year of house arrest with NO FINE!! Hes a great judge of character and gives Honor to the ONE in whom Honor is due....our Father in Heaven, the One True God. God bless him and his family and his firm

I had all but given up on finding an attorney for my situation but Ben didn t back down from the challenge! He showed a genuine interest in my personal well being and immediately went to work to get the injustice that I was handed reversed. Never in a million years would I have ever thought that I would be put in this position. Fortunately Ben has made the process less stressful and I will walk away feeling empowered. I will walk away from this situation knowing that Ben and his staff did everything possible that could be done for the best outcome possible! I truly appreciate Ben and his team and I will continue to hire him in the future if his services are needed!

thankfully Ive never had too many lawyers in my life. But if I had to choose one that I felt cared the most not just about the case person. without hesitation Mr Ben Garcia would be my choice. He has the passion for what he does and as busy as he is he will make time for you so that you understand your case your options and your rights in the United States of America. thank you Ben for all youve done for myself and would have seems like to be a lot for the city of Lubbock. Ben is a great lawyer, his knowledge of the law is unparalleled in this region and he has been in the top 3 contender spots for a judgeship position for the Lubbock county. He is able to clarify, simplify and streamline the law in lament s terms to his clients so they don t get confused. He also is able to strategize and put a plan together to achieve clear results and specifically wins (!) in front of either Judges or for a Jury trial. He can literarily go up against lawyers and with no help from law books be able to eviscerate / demolish all legal arguments of the opposing party(!). In life, like in Divorce law, you get what you pay for .in this instance I would highly recommend to not mess around and get the best that s Benjamin Garcia

Attorney Ben Garcia is the best criminal defense attorney in Lubbock, TX. He was everything I was looking for and more. He is very knowledgeable of the law and provides legal information to help you understand the law as it relates to your case. He does his research and gathers all relevant information to prepare for trial. My son was facing up to 10 years in prison because of a trumped up felony charge made up by the DA. He pointed out the facts, lack of evidence and procedural errors in the case which resulted in a misdemeanor charge with no prison time. I m incredibly grateful for his legal knowledge, professionalism, and communication skills. I highly recommend Mr. Garcia for your legal needs. You will not be disappointed.

I have had quite a bit of experience with different attorneys. Ben Garcia stands alone in his dedication, understanding, and professionalism. Every time I called (which was frequently) he or his personal staff was there to answer any questions I had and to give me realistic expectations of what he can do. Honest and Integrity are the first two words that come to mind when I speak of Ben. When I first met with Ben regarding my divorce, I was scared and very unsure of everything there was to possibly be scared of. I just wanted to make sure everyones best interests were heard, saw and protected. I wanted assurance that my children would be safe, healthy and ok. Ben assured me that all we needed to do was present the facts of the case and everything would be ok. My case has been a tough and challenging case from day one. There have been ups and downs, as in any divorce case, but Ben has stayed focused and diligent in presenting the facts of my case and protecting the best interests of myself and my children. Ben has fought to make sure mine and my childrens interests/safety had a voice and were protected. Ben has kept me informed of any issues that have come up in my case and advised me accordingly, advised me of upcoming court dates and made sure I was prepared, stayed calm and remained focused throughout. I havent had a lot of experience with attorneys, but I do know that ones that are kind, honest, humble, and high in integrity/character while still fighting for your interests are not the norm. Ben exemplifies these characteristics and Im blessed and grateful to be represented by him. ST

Mr. Garcia represented my company in a civil matter. He was very professional and knowledgeable in all matter related to our case. He provided excellent legal counsel leading to a successful outcome for our companys case. Mr. Garcia truly went above and beyond for our company. Most importantly, Mr. Garcia deeply cares about the actual people he represents. He cares about the truth and the person behind the case.
