This was the worst experience I ve ever had I came in with my family trying to enjoy my moms birthday dinner our server Dee was HORRIBLE catering to every single table he had expect ours, he barely came to our table to check on us,my salmon and shrimp was horrible it tasted like a steak and the shrimp tasted frozen, Been here for almost 2 hours because of slow service if you want a good experience DON T COME HERE!!

The Ribeye is THE best meat Ive ever put in my mouth. Cooked to med rare perfect every time. You could eat this rideye without teeth. The blue cheese dressing is...blue cheese heavenly. No vinegar bite at all. All the sides are what they are. Carrots taste like out of the garden carrots. No fancy anything to mess up fresh flavor. The service has yet to be anything but great. Servers have personality, clean and want you to have a memorable experience. A romantic dinner or the whole family fun night. You cant go wrong. Expect to pay a little more then Applebees, but you get more then Applebees.

My mom and I have been eating here for years. The food and service is always awesome. But today the service was out of this world. My mom had a medical emergency today while we were having lunch and the staff was on top of it instantly. There were 3 waitress involved. One was a first year medical student and she immediately started taking vidal signs while another waitress was on the phone with 911 relaying information back and forth. And the third waitress was everything calm and diverted other customers attention from what was going on. I dont know if the people who work there train for situations like this or they were able to read each others minds, but it ran like clockwork. When the medic showed up and checked her out she was having a bad case of acid reflux and it was causing her chest to hurt among other things. My mom is fine and at home. To the staff, I want to say Thank You for going above and beyond. To Management, you have one Hell of staff working for you, and I hope you recognize it and act accordingly. It may have not been a life threatening situation but it was handled by youre staff professionally. I am forever grateful.

At 345 pm We sat at the bar 30 minutes watching 2 workers glancing at us, sweeping the floors, and setting up tables, until I finally asked one of them if they were perhaps closed? She said no, and went to finally get someone......not a bartender or server....but the door greeter who couldnt remember that my husband wanted a tall beer and I a water, didnt ask how he wanted his steak cooked, or what sides he wanted, and I didnt even order! For the prices, you would think they could care a little more that customers were actually there on a Tuesday afternoon!!

I was at Longhorn Steakhouse on Friday and Hoffbrau on Sunday . Theres a difference But nothing compares to the Hoffbrau price .. For the same price I get 2 steaks And there eventually matched in taste . So if my opinion makes a difference. I rather go to Hoffbrau. More bang for your buck. Just my opinion.. Take it for what its worth...

Absolutely amazing first time experience and I was impressed! The service was stellar, every suggestion from the waiter was SPOT ON! Starting with the fresh dinner rolls paired with their jalapeño cheddar and broccoli soup; exquisite! Then followed by the sausage and chips with queso apps! Both were great, I can pass on the sausage bc I m not a sausage gal but my guy is and he said 10 out of 10! The queso is smashing!! The jalapeño just sets the queso apart! Their chips are homemade and they re also delicious!!! Let s get into the meals!! Shrimp with a loaded baked potato and salad - well seasoned shrimp, I was impressed with the flavor most off bc sautéed or grilled shrimp tend to be dry or lack flavor! 10oz ribeye with shrimp and a loaded potato, steak was out of this world! You can taste the freshness on top of how perfectly medium done it came out along with the incredible flavor with limited fat trimmings! Hands down we will return, way to go!!!!

My only complaint is Hoffbrau took the scalloped potatoes off their menu. The only reason I leave one star is due to the pork chops. We had family drive 150 miles and couldn t eat their meal. Today being Father s Day the restaurant was extremely busy. However it does not excuse being there an hour at our table to get our salads. I had to talk to a manager to get our food order delivered, after watching parties that seated after our party of only 6 eat and pay. We waited 20 minutes to get tea refills. The 12 ounce prime rib should have been 10 dollars as it probably contained 5 ounces.of waste. Plus, it was flavorless, and had to be sent back due to being undercooked, even when ordered medium rare. The Aujus was so watered down it was flavorless end tasted greasy. The Ribey was ordered medium rare and was raw. The steak in the steak salad was cold and so tough it couldn t be eaten. My wife and I have been faithful customers for 20 years. My family had a horrible Father s Day experience. We will never recommend this restaurant to anyone again. Poor quality foods, and poor quality staffing should never occur. There is no reason for an experience of this nature to occur.

This is one of those places that I wish I could give 6*s. 1st time every eating here as we are from Oklahoma. However everything was perfect. Jacob was our server. You have to understand, I eat out about 35 times a month, and he topped every server in at least the last six months. The food was delicious the steaks were cooked perfect and very tender. Also loved the homemade ranch on the delicious onion strings. Cant wait to come back to Ft Worth, and return to my new favorite steak house. Not favorite in Texas, FAVORITE PERIOD.

The food took an eternity to come and when it did come, it was wrong. We waited 40 min for our food. We asked for burger with no cheese and it came with cheese. Spectacular. Been to a host of steal restaurants across the US, ranging from your top tier $100+ places to Texas Roadhouse. This place offered a high quality steak for a 1/3 of the price. The sides were spectacular, great drinks - and the brownie afterwards was the best dessert I ve had in a long while. We had 3 between the 6 of us, and none of us had anything bad to say. The smoked steak was a favorite. Highly recommend

Decent steak. My only complaint was we had a 25 minute wait even though I could see at least 7 empty tables and there was only 1 couple in front of us. About 12 customers left shortly after our arrival and there was still another 15-20 minute delay. When we were seated there were about 10 empty tables. But is about the nicest restaurant we have in Haltom. Recomend the center cut filet and the loaded baked potato. The peach cobbler and ice cream were good.

Worth the trip. Drove an hour from Celina to give this establishment a try. Our server ( Jacob ) did an excellent job of making recommendations and taking care of us during our visit. One of our favorite steak places! Reasonably priced, always delicious and ALWAYS friendly staff! The candied bacon and brau chips with ranch are amazing and are our favorite appetizers. No one, and I mean NO one came to our table to serve us. Waitresses working other tables in our area just ignored us and kept on doing whatever they were doing. We sat for close to 20 minutes before we just got up and went to Texas Roadhouse where the service was SPECTACULAR. We have been here before and the food was amazing. Been going here on and off for years. Came in today mid-afternoon and sat at the bar for a late lunch. There was one couple ordering then, myself. Taylor was working the bar and gave what I ll call lousy service. He was very intent on washing glasses and after about 7 minutes, asked me if I wanted a menu. His attitude was smug at best. Gave me my beer, had the appetizer delivered with no side plate. I asked for a plate and he said he d didn t have one and had to go in the back to get it then washed more glasses until I was 10 minutes into my app when he slid a plate down to me without a word. I had a 2nd drink which he took forever to get. Brought my rolls with a smidge of butter and no knife. Never checked on me. He did tell the other customer who d ordered an Old Fashion that nobody drinks these anymore the told another person that ordered tequila that he himself didn t like tequila. Only when I got my check was he remotely friendly. I tipped 20% not because he deserved it, but I don t stiff waitstaff. The 4 stars is because Hoffbrau is awesome regarding food and almost always has excellent service. Anybody knows a good service person behind the bar can fill a place up. Taylor had a lousy personality and his service was poor. I ll call to make sure he s not there next time I go up.

Went for dinner about 7pm before a comedy show when we arrived there were two people behind the host stand a nice young lady and a rude man. This single man with his limited interaction with the customers is the only reason I am giving ONE star. When seating us he chose a table in the middle of the restaurant we requested a booth due to my disability. He rolled his eyes and said well all my booths are dirty and it will take me 15 mins to get them cleaned. Trying to have a good night I ignored his actions hoping for a limited interaction with him at all. While we were waiting for our dinner to arrive this same man walked by looking for another table to seat a group of ladies. he stopped right next to our booth and began to turn around realizing the group of ladies were following him. He said Are you following me right now? I didnt tell you to follow me. Go stand over there. This one person ruined our night and several other peoples night due to the lack of respect or customer service skills. We will never return to this location and my friends and family will not either.

I have seen this steakhouse pop up in searches but kept forgetting about it. While driving home my wife wants a steak after a VERY long day. I am glad that remembered this restaurant because WOW. I really liked the Texas decor and steakhouse feel. Kinda like walking a bit back in time. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Staff is very friendly and inviting. Surprisingly, despite the full parking lot there was ample seating with no wait. Being our first time visiting, our waitress was spot on with suggestions. She was very friendly and we enjoyed a couple laughs together. All the portions we saw were quite generous so we decided to on a 2 for sirloin. I am ribeye guy but must say this was quite tasty. Steak prepared nicely. Overall very nice dining experience. Looking forward to dining there again.

I wish I could review the food, but I cant. I walked into the restaurant at about 2:30, said I wanted to place to-go order and was directed to the bar. So to the bar I went. After five minutes of not seeing a soul, and not wanting to waste any more time out of my workday, I decided to leave. On my way to the car, I thought I might trying calling in my order. When I was presented with the option of ordering online, I thought I would give it a try. Only after ordering and paying was I told that the wait would be about 45 minutes. If it takes 45 minutes to prepare an appetizer, how long must it take to cook a steak? I had to get back to my workday, so I left with no food.

Had the large chicken fried steak with gravy. Not over breaded like some places. The pork chops are also very good. You must try the peach cobbler and ice cream. Never experienced bad service. Recommend if you are in the area.

Take out can be a hit or a miss. I ordered a ribeye and it was very sour and a little bitter. Unfortunately I couldn t eat it and had to throw it away.
