I write this as I sit at the Bar on a Sunday night. This is my first time here and from when one pulls into the parking lot, expect great service. Was unaware of the valet parking as this was a whim trip to celebrate my birthday. Plenty of parking, walking in greeting by the hostess and given options. Went to the bar and the bar tender Mitchel and Anna took really good care of me. Even in the bar area the atmosphere was warm, welcoming and everyone had enough space for their group. Soft music in the background was nice. From where I sat it was hard to see the mounted tvs but thats not why I was here. I was here for a steak. Got the ribeye medium rare. Perfect! That is all. Side portions are on the large size just an FYI. Oh any try their house red wine, the one brewed by the Jacksons he said. Not that bad. Great for solo, dinner date, small family.

My recent experience was absolutely awful. I feel sad seeing one of my favorite restaurants going downhill so badly. We ordered the scallops appetizers and surf&turf over the angel hair pasta. Both of them were not good, overcooked, no taste, too much salt... they added a ridiculous amount of canned chopped tomatoes to the pasta. It is such disrespect in this restaurant that positions as upscale customers are fed with cheap canned tomato used for SURF &TURF. The bar staff was polite and friendly. They did good job on the cocktails. Unfortunately I will not be back and I cant recommend this place.

This was the best restaurant AND food. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The food was the best I ve ever had. Prior to last night, a seven course meal, when I was 9yrs old in first class on a train from Rome to Florence. But that was finally outdone at the age of 55 yrs old by Perry s. I had the filet mignon, corn brûlée, and the lobster mac & Cheese. This, by far is the best meal I ve ever had. My elderly parents had the same experience. My Mother who is 80 got the 3 Kings Filet, and the Wedge Salad (as did I). My Father, who is 80 as well got the NY strip. We were all amazed at both the quality and quantity of the food. The waiter was amazing and someone was ALWAYS watching out drinks and filling them up. Most restaurants simply go through the motions and do what they can to help you have a nice dinner. But Perry s actually cares and goes out of their way to show it. I would recommend this place to any one any one. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

The service was amazing. Our food had some issues but it was resolved. The trio steak flight and lobster bisque soup were phenomenal. Sunday night kitchen crew was as not at its best. Creme Brûlée was runny.

This location is beautiful and spacious. The service was outstanding, but much like my last experience at Perrys Dallas, the steak was not as great. I feel their quality is not at the standard it once was for a higher end steakhouse. I ordered the boneless ribeye, cooked medium, coffee crusted. It appeared to be cooked perfectly but was still tough in some places...the coffee crust did not come through much at all, visually or in flavor. I typically order my steak coffee crusted and this was the least flavorful. My party shared sides and all were good. However, the grilled asparagus didnt exude much grill flavor. Overall, it was a nice dining experience. Vegetarian options: The spaghetti squash side is superb!

I have eaten in many places around the world. This place for the price the steaks werent that great. A lot of grissel on ribeye. Pretty horrible when juat a syeak lands on ypur plate with no garnish at an establishment like this was supposed to be. The bacon wrap shrimp was the only thing my wife and I liked. We had loading whipped mash and the cheese was so thick I had to pull up the cheese like a blanket on your bed to spoon out the mash potatoes. The table next to us had shorts and a backwards hat on at the table. Does Perrys not enforce their own rules. At $185 and $30 tip I was not impressed at all and will never go back.

Did you know that National Pork Chop Day was a thing? Neither did I, and I so happen to go on that day!!!! 4 courses for $44!!! All of the hype about their pork chop...BELIEVE IT! I called ahead for a reservation, but I was alone and was fortunate enough to find a seat at the bar. The first bartender to greet and serve me was Aaron. His recommendations were great, for the most part. To be fair, he did not lead me astray on the dessert choice, I likely allowed the excitement of being there to prevent me from really hearing him. He said this was the 1x of the year he would have the Bacon Brittle & Cream. I am not one to order pork chops when I dine out...this did not give pork chop (alone), this gave an experience! I had the Steak and Tater Totter Bites (yes), Field Green, Pear, and Candied Pecan Salad (yes), Pork Chop (yes), and Bacon Brittle & Cream (no, for me). The Perry Berry Mule was okay, but the Salted Carmel Expresso Martini was EVERYTHING! The speed of service was spot. The lady that brought my food and cut and described the cuts was genuine and helpful as well. The only thing I would like for then to change or do differently, is pack all the food when preparing the to go container. I had cut a little portion of the meat off 1 of the ribs, to taste each piece because I was getting full. Unfortunately, I didnt realize until I got home and ate the other how much meat is on that succulent cut of the pork chop! That meant practically a whole rib was trashed, not to mention the apple sauce not being packaged, which I actually needed for the thickest cut when I got home. That would be my only item for improvement, at least ask if the customer would like all of it boxed, or allow us to box it ourselves. GUESS WHAT??? They are open for lunch on Fridays!!!!! Guess what???? The Famous Pork Chop is ......$19 during this time (so I hear). Stay tuned, I think I am going Friday to check for myself! Lol. I highly recommend Perrys!

5 Everything Sean is a great waiter and thoroughly explained their menu from the DFW Restaurant Month menu to the senior menu to the dinner menu. He was so knowledgeable about each item they served and he did not steer us wrong. There are certain Restaurants that you go to and celebrate very special occasions...this is one of those restaurants. Get dressed up and let them serve you...you deserve it!!

This was my first time visiting Perrys and my friends invited me here for my birthday dinner and it was worth the wait! All of us enjoyed our meals, and you get a free dessert if its your birthday. There was a hit of a wait for each dish, but the food was excellent so I cant complain too much. Everything was cooked perfectly and I hope to come back here soon. I also highly recommend the flourless chocolate cake.

We were in town to celebrate our dear saintly sister, who turned 60, and is a contisseour of a fabulous experience. This was one she wanted to share with us out of towners and Im so glad she did. Lets start with entrance and being greeted. That already tells me itll be a good experience. Got seated and man o man did Austin our server do an outstanding job of being patient and smiling while all 5 of our ladies were deciding. Although our saintly sister is from there so she really had told us what we were getting. The experience with the PORK CHOP! My oh my. Huge portion, seasoned well, not your average pork chop. He showed a labor of love demonstrating the experience. Overall, an absolute joyful experience. Customer Service is still the #1 for me, and Austin and Perrys steakhouse absolutely got it write. Thank you for helping us celebrate our sisters 60th birthday at this beautiful restaurant. Shout out to Austin!

The food is always great but his attention to detail was unparalleled to any Ive ever had. It was a busy night at the steakhouse and the staff appeared very overwhelmed. The AC was not keeping up to the heat of the day and it was very stuffy and warm inside the restaurant. Our server was very new, which didnt help. It was very apparent as she needed to read the menu with whomever was ordering as her confidence in knowing the menu was obvious. I ordered an appetizer and she needed to come back to table and look at the menu to verify it again. She missed 2 of the 4 items on my order. The food runner brought the meals to the table and placed the plates to the wrong people and didnt ask if the everything looked right. (Of course we shuffled the plates to the right people). The server came by about 5 minutes after food arrived to check if the orders were right, and I advised that I was missing a couple items from my order. She apologized and placed a rush order to correct. After 12 minutes of food coming out to table, the manager (probably an assistant) came by to apologize for the mixup and that it should be only another 5 minutes till it the other 2 items should be out. As we were already near the end of the main course , I advised to her to cancel the items and remove them from the bill. The check came and the items were not removed. It was a very frustrating meal at Perrys. The food was impeccable and was the only bright spot of the evening. The services aspect was a failure from the server, food runner, and assistant management. They were off their game from top down and struggled to solve the problems from the series of unfortunate events. It was evident and frustrating. A meal at Perrys shouldnt be a frustrating experience. A meal at Chilis , or Applebees is what I would expect to be a frustrating experience.

My family and I went to go celebrate our parents anniversary. The service and food was amazing, our only complaint was that we could not enjoy our experience because of some rowdy guests beside us. Obviously the staff cannot control the behavior of their customers, however, given that the restaurants policy strictly prohibits noisy and obnoxious guests, we assumed it would be handled accordingly, but it was never addressed. We are very understanding people, but considering this is a fine dining establishment, we had higher expectations for how a matter like this would have been handled. One of the quieter guests of their party was kind enough to apoligize on behalf of the others on our way out, but we would have appreciated if the staff had been mindful of us and our celebratory night. We would have hoped this night was one to remember, to celebrate our parents 23rd year together, but instead the night was ruined by this inconvenience. We hope no one else would have to experience something like this, on their special night, in the future.

Saturday night date night, me and the misses looking for a new spot to go to. She had heard about Perrys, so we gave them a try. The atmosphere was very pleasent, no complaints, we were seated fairly quickly and our server was accommodating in the beginning. He had some recommendations that in we will try in the future. This was my first time trying a pineapple mojito, very tasty I must say. As the evening progresses, our waiter Freddy starts to become more and more awesome. We had a couple of different alcohol beverages of his suggestions; all excellent. His conversation become more and more personable and come to find out he is a pretty amazing dude. We discussed vintage cars, which he is a fan of and of course football. I have to say Freddy made the evening. I had told him that, There was only one other waiter that was as awesome as he was and if I were to start a restaraunt, I would hire both of you!!! Thanks Freddy

What was going on at Perry s tonight? We come here once a month or more and the vibe tonight was EXTREMELY off. We ordered a wine flight and before we could take a sip of one, a manger came over - introduced herself as a manager - and proceeded to berate us for having a wine flight that was over poured, and lecture us on lowering our expectations if we ordered it again and got a smaller pour. She was extremely rude and condescending. I need to repeat that for emphasis: she ruined our evening with her attitude. We felt like we didn t need that information from her at all (about the size of the wine pour that was a bartender issue, not ours). It really ruined the tone ahead of the rest of the night, which is horrible because we hadn t even ordered any food yet and we felt like we had to worry about getting admonished for anything else we ordered that came out wrong. Thankfully, and as usual for Perry s, the food and waitstaff were incredible. Tonight we had a variety of appetizers: carpaccio, smoked salmon, pork bites & bacon-wrapped shrimp. They were all amazing. Just wish our experience tonight wasn t dampened by the unprofessional negativity of the manager. She needs to learn a thing or two about customer experience.

Made a reservation for 7:30 pm on a Saturday night Took the family to celebrate Fathers We god seated in the bar at a table Which was fine We sat down at 7:40 and didn t get finished dinner till after 10pm Apps came out very slow ( but where good ) We ordered two main meals and sides only because we are all light eaters After35 min of waiting for the main dinner to show up We had ordered the filets medium. One was rare the other over cooked. The one dinner had a lobster tail that didn t come and the second was supposed to have crab on top. Which was some shredded little pieces of crab about 1/2 a table spoon My daughters wher hungry to they started eating the rare steak. I sent mine back In the mean time the lobster tail showed up I cut it up so the girls could share it My youngest daughter took the first bite and granted she s not a food critic said to me this is dryer than the Sahara I said excuse me I tasted the lobster and it was so dry We send that back I finally get my steaks yes it s cooked right but this is now two hours into dinner and I have now eaten the sides from being hungry and am full Not looking for free meal everyone came and said sorry but as busy as they where it was just an after thought I didn t hold the waitress accountable she was over run w tables We did get one free desert No I own my own company and we are also a service place Make sure out customers are 100% satisfied I paid and tipped the waitress 25% because she tried The bill was 395$ what we got was not worth that amount and believe me I love a good steak house and we have gone to Perry s in frisco multiple times This Perry s was over run and the fact that they kept allowing it to be over run to make a buck is not right!! Our dinner was the worst I have ever had And we go to good steak houses a lot I m not afraid to spend money for good food I would avoid this Perry s on a Friday or Saturday night I felt like I was at a Road House Steak.

The most amazing restaurant in all of Dallas. We absolutely love this Perrys. The food is absolutely Delicious. But the wait staff is the BEST in the world!!!! We love dining at this location. They literally hire the most talented, attentive and diligent waitstaff in all of Texas. Such a great experience every single time!!!

I had a glass of cab wine and towards the bottom of the glass. I took a drink and thought I had a piece of cork in the wine but turned out to be a live fly . I ran to the bathroom the throw up. The waiter took the wine and fly to the bar. A young girl came to apologize. They should have comped our entire meal but only took off a salad, entree and dessert . But they still charged us for the wine with a fly in it. I ll never go back there.

Food was great and overall Chic upscale steakhouse to spend a evening or celebrate special event. We used the valet service since its really hard to find parking. Also, Husband Made a reservation for my birthday on a Saturday at 7:00pm and we didnt get seated until 7:30pm because they were very busy. Our table was also in the corner very close to another couple and the restaurant was very loud. Service was good, but we could tell waitress was stressed from how busy it was. Overall, steak and wine was good, I would probably just try to stay away from Saturdays or the weekends if your trying to enjoy a more relaxing atmosphere, otherwise you could expect that it will be very crowded.

I loved the atmosphere and customer service at this Perry s. As a person who has a vegan diet, I am hopeful of more vegan options in the future; however, I do understand that it s a steakhouse. The vegan steak dish is delicious. For your information, if you re a vegan and you order the truffle fries, they fry the potatoes in the same grease that bacon/pork is fried in.

Absolutely the best pork chops you will ever have; juicy, flavorful, tender and cooked to perfection. Perry s has taken a staple food and elevated it to culinary artistry. We also had the lobster bisque and the charbroiled oysters, both were scrumptious! This is the perfect place for a celebration, as the service is just as good as the food. For dessert we had the trio and it did not disappoint. We will be going back for another pork chop raverie!

I took my 7 year-old son here to celebrate a great school year, and we had the best experience. Our server Dawson took incredible care of us and really made my son feel special the whole time. We visited Perrys for our 32nd wedding anniversary on a stormy Thursday night. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, from the pillowy bread and cocktails, to the creme brulee and chocolate stack, every bite was perfect! Our server, Kat, knew exactly what we needed before we even asked for it. We took our time, and she was gracious to anticipate when we were ready to order our next course or when we might have questions. Our water was never empty and our stomachs were never kept waiting. We will, of course, be back!

Update 5/22/2024. Had a business dinner here with clients from out of town. Really appreciated the bartenders who were very kind while I waited, as my clients were delayed. As always, even though the restaurant was packed, service and dinner were outstanding. May 2023: Went to this location for our son s birthday, along with his wife and our one year old grandson. First I want to compliment the entire staff for being so accommodating and incredibly welcoming. Our grandson does very well in restaurants and I can say that everyone here made us fell relaxed. All of the food was outstanding and well prepared and presented. I especially want to commend our server, Caitlin, who was always anticipating any needs and ensured that we had an excellent dinner. A really outstanding experience - our thanks to everyone at Perry s!

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was delicious and the service impeccable. Special thanks to Micah, whose exceptional hospitality made our visit truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Mikko made sure we were comfortable and well served. Their recommendations were accurate and their attention to detail was impressive. Every dish we tried was a delight to the senses, beautifully prepared and beautifully presented. It is clear that the chefs take great pride in their work. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors were well balanced. I highly recommend Perrys Steakhouse & Grille to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. This is the best place in our Grapevine, its a pity that we visited it only now. Thank you Micah for making our evening special. We will definitely be back soon!

Definitely a must for the Friday pork chop lunch special--so juicy and plentiful. The whipped mashed potatoes are a dream. Also, had the bread pudding --which not only beautiful --it is delicious also. Our server, Danielle, was amazing as she suggested the delicious dessert l. I tried Perry s after few months. We used to come to this place because of good food and great service. But today I got so disappointed. We ordered several appetizers but nothing tasted good. The look and tastes were so cheep like we can get that flavor from a fast food restaurant. The manager came to talk to me because I was ready to leave after I tried few bites of those. I explained him what I think about the food quality. Unfortunately food quality became so low and unsatisfying. So sad about this place because this used to be one of my favorite places. No more Perry s steak house on my list.

This has become a regular place for our date night. The food and drinks are always top shelf. Good mix of seafood, fish and beef. And we have found that we have a favorite wait person, Angeliqe! We have had great wait service but she is exceptional. Great fun with her, she has a great memory for what we like, and just a nice person. Tonight we were able to tell Louis, the GM what a great job he, his staff and Angeliqe were doing.

Loved going to this place in the past but this dinner was very subpar. We ordered two of the kabob with the steak lobster and shrimp, a ribeye, and a kids pasta. The food came out before we were completely done with appetizers, they just threw our dinner plates on top of our bread plates without clearing. The food came out and the ribeye was vastly over cooked and we had to send it back. The kids pasta was noticed by the wait staff to be cold and they went and threw it in the microwave, when they brought it back out the sauce was baked on and clearly not fresh. The lobster on the kabob was very dry, and even after sitting on a hot plate was still cold. We ordered a drink when the food was placed and it didn t come out until we were done with dinner. I had hyped my family from out of town up about it and their feedback was we could have gone to Texas Roadhouse. Super embarrassing and won t be going back

Holy cow. What a uniquely horrid dining experience. Came here with 8 ppl (4 kids) at 715 last Thursday. Went ALL out with the large seafood tower and meat smorgasbord. Family in town .. why not?!! Food came ONE hr (probably more) after we ordered it. Assistant Manager was completely unapologetic. Steak had NO sear (judge for yourself) and she looked at me like I was an idiot and that that was the way it was. The signature pork chop was super duper dry. Unbelievable ... The service and the way they completely ignored our complaints really upset me and I sincerely wonder if Ill ever go back. The Manager came up later but the damage was already done. I felt like my business and my dollars were no good here. What does it take to have somebody listen to you? How do I matter to a business like this? Note: seafood tower was bomb. Bread was amazing. Server was on pt. The wine was good.
