Had my son s 11 yr old bday party with his friends and they truly enjoyed the experience! Escape room was lots of fun and party room was clean and spacious for us to enjoy some food and cake afterwards. Staff is friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

This was a great escape room even for just 2 people! My wife and I did the penthouse as a date night and we were able to escape with 15 minutes left. Its on the moderate side and we used 2 clues. It has unlimited clues so youre not penalized. The room was challenging enough to think about things but if youre an export, youll breeze through this. Mika is a great game master. She will help without giving the clues away

The high reviews for this escape room is wild, this is EASILY the worst escape room weve ever done, and weve done them all over DFW. We went with a group of friends and there were mistakes upon mistakes upon mistakes. Things broken, things out of order, missing pieces, the experience was laughable really, how bad it was. All of us will actively avoid this one from now on and make sure everyone around us knows to as well. Theres tons of great escape rooms in DFW, AVOID this one.

Our recent visit to North Texas Escape Rooms was nothing short of exhilarating! We tackled the hero-themed room, and from start to finish, it was an immersive, high-stakes adventure. The premise of the room was engaging right from the start. Dr. Beel, along with his evil minions, had stolen the Key to Empire City, with plans to build a mind-control machine and take over the city. To make matters worse, he had captured Captain X, leaving it up to us, the X League, to save the day. With only sixty minutes on the clock, the pressure was on! Our Game Master, Anastasia, was fantastic. Not only did they set the tone perfectly, but they also added just the right amount of tongue-in-cheek humor to keep the experience fun and lighthearted. Their playful approach made the entire adventure more enjoyable and kept us engaged, even when the puzzles were challenging. Anastasia s guidance was spot-on. They knew exactly when to step in with helpful hints, especially when we were struggling, which was something we had discussed during the game debrief. Their hints were just enough to nudge us in the right direction without giving away too much, allowing us to still feel the thrill of discovery and problem-solving. The room itself was well-designed, with intricate puzzles that required teamwork, quick thinking, and creativity. There were plenty of locks to open, each one tied to a different puzzle that kept us on our toes. Each clue we uncovered brought us closer to disabling Dr. Beel s mind-control machine and reclaiming the Key to the city. The final puzzle, a challenging set of button presses, was particularly fun to decipher, testing our patience and teamwork. We managed to solve it with about 15 minutes to spare, which added to our sense of accomplishment. In the end, we successfully saved Empire City! The adrenaline rush and the satisfaction of completing the mission were the perfect rewards for our efforts. Overall, our experience at North Texas Escape Rooms was outstanding, and Anastasia s excellent game mastering played a huge part in that. If you re looking for an exciting, team-building adventure, I highly recommend giving the hero-themed room a try. You ll leave feeling like you ve truly saved the world!

This escape room experience was very fun and thrilling. My friends and I enjoyed a lot in the Jailbreak and Killers Campground rooms. Jasmine, the supervisor, did a really great job and the Killer Campground gave me an adrenaline rush. My friends and I were screaming, but we did have a lot of fun solving the puzzles. Mika was very helpful as well by helping us understand the game and giving us useful clues. We wouldn t have gotten far without her! Overall, this was a pretty fun experience and I will definitely come visit in the future.

I wanna start out by saying my game master did well with what tools she was given, it was her first room she s one by herself and she was super sweet, but with that being said I feel like management should have been more supportive in helping double check things before it was started. Our TVs did not work for the first 20 minutes so when we asked for hints it took them ten minutes to realize we couldn t see what was going on. A manager came in, realized what was happening and gave us an extra five minutes after fixing the tvs after we had started asking them about getting a refund to the camera. There also needs to be a sound when the doors open because a door in our room was covered by a cloth and we had no idea it opened until we moved the cloth, which is screwed in and we didn t wanna rip a prop. The clues also were not very helpful and seemed purposefully misleading, I would be more specific but it might spoil a game. I thought our game master did well with the preparation she was given but I would have appreciated the room to have been ready without big technical issues before we had gotten started. Maybe a little more training support so the new hire process isn t so stressful. I ve been to other games in this company before so I know this isn t the norm, but I wouldn t say I was completely happy with my game.

This is was top tier for sure!! Friendly staff, entertaining rooms, and clean facility! We chose the Dragons escape and let me tell yall that was great and fun escape room! Highly advise using this room as a first time going or looking to polish your thinking outside the box! The building is also located around good eats from all cultures so bring an appetite

My family really enjoyed this escape room, we were in the Summer Camp. All the props and equipment were updated, not extremely old, used and/or dusty, we loved the creativity of the rooms. The overall cleanliness of the facility was also good. Most of all we loved our guide Anderson, he was very helpful and patient with us to help make our overall experience fun. We will definitely do another room at this location.

Overall, this was a good experience, but several areas for improvement. Positives: 1. Friendly staff 2. Clean escape 3. The individual puzzles were fun Areas of improvement: 1. Lots of things were broken in our room which means we solved the individual puzzle, but because it was broken (which took us a while to figure out), it felt like spinning our wheels (of note, they did at least give us time back that we lost) 2. We chose moderate level, but it had 3 rooms! And at least 4-7 puzzles per room! And we only had 45 minutes. I would suggest the Gamemaster revisit what is realistic in 45 minutes. 3. The order of operations seemed very off in the rooms. The individual puzzles were fine, but figuring out which puzzle to puzzle 1st vs. 2nd vs. xth seemed impossible ultimately, we ended up walking out (solved it, but did not finish all the middle puzzles to get there, which they consider not solved - lol)

rooms were big but seemed dated along with objects (items in one of the rooms used to create a code were broken or hard to count), not big fan of repetitive locks laminated sheets (seems a bit lazy imo). one of the first doors we opened didn t open even though we got the puzzle correct few minutes prior. this was my experience with one of the themes so not sure about others. our game master was great and informative
