I went here for my rehearsal dinner the night before my wedding. Despite not taking reservations, they made sure we had seating and that we were good for dinner on time and they treated us so well. They made an important day one of the best!! They were attentive despite it being a busy Friday night and made sure it was amazing. I cannot express how much I recommend this location!!! Please do yourself a favor and eat here! Kid-friendliness: The waitress was very accommodating with the toddler we had with us. She brought tortilla dough for him to play with!

Food was good, but nothing that screams phenomenal. I ordered a chicken enchilada and the serving size didnt quite match the cost in my opinion. I believe it was $14 for this plate if I recall. Service was subpar. I saw the waiter a total of 3 times during our hour visit. Once for drinks, another for our order and again with the check. Never got offered any refills on our drinks and a cool dropped our food off without a word. The atmosphere seemd a bit lazy as the wait staff were huddled around a table next time ours talking about how much they hated their job and they didnt care about being fired. All in all, a typical post pandemic restaurant experience. Kid-friendliness: Literally zero kids menu that I could see.

Very disappointed in the food and service. I Have been here several times and the food typically doesn t disappoint! I took a guest from out of town and I e were very disappointed! The chicken enchiladas had some hard cheese on top, extremely dry and they left the sauce off. The waitress recommended the green/verde sauce but looks like they forgot the sauce all together. Took us forever to get our check as the waitress was chatting and sharing tattoos and tattoo stories with the people sitting behind us!

Alexus is the absolute best manager hands down. My fiancé and I go around grapevine to experience the best experience and we always end up at Blue Goose in Grapevine. Once we walk in, we always are greeted with a family welcoming environment. We absolutely love blue goose and we come here instead of Highland Village location because of how good the bar tenders are. Went to order our second round and the drinks never came out and even asked her after we received our food where is the drinks I ordered before our food. Never saw our second round of drinks, which was highly disappointing as we were here for a celebration. Had to ask for more chips twice for our queso that was getting cold. This place was good 2-3 years ago. This place had the worse service. We were seated outside and the napkins were dirty, looked liked they have been reused. The plates and silverware were dirty and the tables weren t wiped down. Service was good. However, a really good server would have noticed the fajita veggies werent cooked at all and had the kitchen fix that before even bringing it to the table. Fajita beef was sliced in huge chunks, so hard to eat in a tortilla and top that off with already not eating the raw onion and peppers that came with it. Veer disappointing. I met a friend at Blue Goose Grapevine for lunch. The positive - it had a good atmosphere and the servers were very attentive and nice. The meal - I had tacos durados. In my opinion the entire meal was very bland. The chicken tasted like it had been boiled and my black beans came in juice which confused me. My sour cream sauce I requested instead of the tomatillo sauce was disappointing. I was hungry and ate it in spite of the lack of flavor. This was only my second visit to Blue Goose. Ill probably give them one more try - well see what happens. If no good itll be 3 strikes for me and Im O.U.T.

My friend and I are from out of town but were reccomended Blue Goose and since we were already at Meow Wolf it was a very conveient choice so we stopped in and had the worst mexican food weve ever had. Its infact, my new standard for worst restaurant food ive ever had in general next only to a ramen place in Fort Wayne Indiana. I got the chicken & steak combo fajitas which included mostly raw, quarter cut peppers & onions heated by a skillet, 3 full strips of chicken that had the taste of boiled bagged chicken you buy at walmart when you dont feel like cutting up a breast and 3 full strips of steak which was the better part of the meal. The second best part was the guac. Were both also pretty sure the cheese was just cheddar, neither of us tasted any mexican spices which became really obvious with my friends order of Nachos. They served exactly 4 chips, topped with possibly just cheddar cheese (it was solid orange and tasted like it) and 4 small peices of steak per nacho. It also took a while for this to arrive to us, so much so that we got through the whole basket of chips & salsa served to use when we sat down. Service was great though, our waitress was nice and attentive and the atmosphere was decent. Ive heard the drinks are great but we didnt get any as neither of us are really drinkers. Honestly I would probably be less critical in my review if it was labled as a bar with mexican themed food cause thats what it felt like. Maybe we just picked the two worst items on the menue but I would never give it a second chance.

Came in around 8pm and was seated. Received chips and salsa. I finished both. 23 minutes from the time I sat down, I got up and left. No one ever came to take an order, check to see if I wanted to order. There wasn t even anyone to flag down. About 6 people eating in the restaurant. I think there were servers there. Second blue goose location Ive been to. About the 5th or 6th time overall. Food is very decent especially for the little money they charge. To feed my family of 4, with 2 appetizers and 4 meals, it was only 60 bucks. Add tip 80 bucks. Cant beat that when fast food cost me 50 to feed us all. My beef tacos were bland, but our waitress was good. When we were leaving the restaurant 6/4/24 a handicapped elderly woman was trying to come in. My group were standing to the side waiting for her. She told us that she was slow and to just come on so we did. The greeter was holding the door and as we did as the elderly lady wished the greeter said to the lady I was holding the door for you , not them as if we just rushed out an open door in front of the lady. I told the greeter that she told us to go and she didnt say anything. That didnt sit well with me. Perhaps that ignorant greeter should pay more attention as to what is going on. I wont be back. I dont appreciate being accused of being inconsiderate to the elderly and the handicapped.

First time here. Food was decent and would order the items again. Really the problem came down to service - both wait staff and kitchen staff. Waiter was slow to get drinks, take orders, etc. the kitchen was extremely slow and messed up 2 out of 3 orders. They did fix them, but still had to wait even longer for the correct order.

We went for Cinco de Mayo. The atmosphere was awesome. The food was great. Our server Lexi was outstanding. We will definitely be coming back. Kid-friendliness: My 5-year-old daughter is very picky about food. She enjoyed everything. The grilled chicken chicken, the fruit, and she loved the tortillas.

We came in to town for a few days to see family and they recommended this place to check out. This is now a spot for us to come back when we are here. We sat at the bar, and was served by our bartender Lexi. She took great care of us and we definitely enjoyed being her bar guests. We also got the Goose eggs, which she recommended and YALL, these. Awesome experience! Fiancé and I came in after a trip to MeowWolf. We were seated immediately but were not assigned a server. After sitting for a while, a busser came and asked us if we d been helped yet, and when he found we hadn t, he immediately went to get someone to help us. Not only was he awesome, but so was our server, Alex. Highly enthusiastic and personable, our experience with him ended up being as good as the food! We will definitely be back!

Wow! Had the lunch vegetable quesadillas on corn tortillas It was delicious! Great service. We love the fresh made salsa so much that we placed an order to take home. My husband had the chicken enchiladas and said they were also great. Highly recommend. Cant wait to come back.

The only issue i had was after me, my daughter and son in law told the waiter to over cook the meat on my daughters plate, the cook did not do it. Other than that everything else was good!!! We had a group of 9 they couldnt sit us all together by putting two tables together so we could discus our meeting so they put us in a 6 chair table. I visited the blue goose Cantina in Grapevine, Texas, April 7, 2024 . My order was due to be ready at 11:43 AM and my order total was $32.48. I placed my order on the website and I waited and curbside pick up spot number one. I contacted blue goose Cantina on April 7 about two 3 o clock And I never got a response. I ordered the cheese enchiladas the cheese enchiladas didn t even taste authentic it taste it like Velveeta cheese cheese. It didn t even taste like fresh cheese, natural cheese. I told them not to put onions on my plate. I still saw onions and mixed in with the cheese. I also ordered queso and a drink in the drink I told him not to put any dairy in the drink. They didn t do nothing right. I still saw whipped cream in my drink is almost like they were trying to take it out. It looks like They were trying to swirl a drink around to hide the whip cream residue in a cup. I never would ve stopped there, especially I contacted them and they never responded to my inquiry. Somebody was supposed to contact me back based on the contact page. Nobody called me back. Nobody eat me back. I just wanted to cancel the charge because that food was atrocious. Stopped by because we were in the area and the brunch menu sounded interesting. Dishes we got were the tacos, quesadilla, BLT and churro french toast. Ill start with the chips and salsa. The chips were lightly salted, which I appreciate since almost nobody does that. The salsa was tasty and fresh. We also got some queso, which was amazing with the chips. Most everyone enjoyed their dishes well enough. The only odd one was the french toast. I loved the toast itself. Basically, french toast with corn flake crumbs on it, so it gets a little crunch. Nice. The beef I has was calling it churro french toast and there being no cinnamon or sugar on it. Instead the toast is piled up and a strawberry/cream cheese glaze put on top. Reviewing the menu after the fact, it does appear that the toast should have had cinnamon and sugar and that was apparently forgotten in my case. Shame, because it really would have made the dish. The server did offer more sauce when the toast was put in front of me, which was a nice gesture, though mostly unneeded, because it would have been a lot.
