I m giving this place one star because I hate the service and the inconsiderate worker that I have seen there. There s been this one boy who clearly does not care abt his job and is inconsiderate towards majority of the customers. Clearly making this business go down hill and I hate to say that I will not be dining here ever again.

The food actually does disappoint, sadly. I had been wanting to try this place for the longest. I came on a Wednesday during lunchtime, it wasn t busy at all, but there was still a wait due to online and pick up orders. The nachos had NO FLAVOR or seasoning taste at all? Idk if they re looking out for people with high blood pressure? But it was so bland I almost regretted not trying something else, but I was so hungry I ate it all up. My friend though it anything else might have been from a can and scared me into getting nachos. Needless to say. At least now I know.

I used to love going here, but the service and the food has really gone down. It s always empty when I go. There is either a young girl or young man who wait on me. They both could stand to be a little more friendly. I typically just order vegetables which are pretty good. This time I got a chicken sandwich to go. It was so hard one side was really thick and the other side was thin. I was so disappointed. Another issue I have with this place is the menu. It says one price but then you are charged something different. When I asked about it I didn t get a response so I paid the additional 2.00. Please get it together. I am not sure I ll be returning .

This review does not mean that I will not be back to try more food or not recommend others to try your food The server/host /order taker I give a rating of 3/5 just cause of His mistakes made while I was there but everybody makes mistakes its okay. He left some things off the ticket my friend ordered so she had to go back to his cashier for him to charge her for them and he knocked over a cup of tea at the cashier that got all over the menus and the floor but still tried handing me a drenched and sweet or unsweet tea soaked menu. The food did not take that long to make, Im not complaining on my served size but the fries tasted like they were put with seafood or fried during the same time as sea food which is weird cause the host said they were not serving any sea food today cause it is Monday and that is only on weekends, and I dont like that cause I dont like seafood but taste it on my French fries for some reason. The chicken sandwich I got was small but not complaining about that I understand thats just how the establishment makes them HOWEVER, I asked for no tomatoes and extra pickles and I got no tomatoes or pickles. Other than that, the sandwich was okay I guess, honestly a little scared to return and try the nachos or cheestake. And one more thing I walked in and saw a huge sign and thought it was the sign of the owner of the place but turns out it was just a giant sized ad for a realtor.. not a bad thing just thought they were introducing the owner of this place Place itself was very empty with one host out taking orders and a closed off kitchen, not a bad thing just stating what I came into This review should be valued by whoever is going to coach the server and cook that prepares meals, not anyone looking to try their food. Go up there yourself and get your own experience, we all have our own hearts and opinions.

I ordered chicken fried chicken with greens and macaroni and cheese, the food was disgusting! I have eaten vegan food before, but this was horrible! I am so disappointed! Wasted $18! Macaroni and Cheese was very bland. And the greens taste like sugar was in it. The chicken fried chicken was hard, and mashed potatoes, they just don t give a d*mn! So disappointed with everything!

The very 1st time I tried this restaurant I had the v nachos and the were amazing.Went back for a 2nd time and the v nachos tasted old. I wanted to give them one more chance. Went back for a 3rd time and mac and cheese was dry no flavor, fish sandwich cold no flavor , rubbery it was like it was warmed up in microwave. Nachos tasted old again.

Been here a few times and everything is always delicious! Tried the cheesesteak today and it was wonderful, just the right mix of flavor and filings. Vegetarian options: Everything on the menu is suitable for vegetarians. Dietary restrictions: This is a fully vegan restaurant, so its great for vegans or anyone avoiding dairy.

AWESOME!!!!!! Went here for my husbands birthday. The food was EXCELLENT. We so loved the Yam and Collard Greens ( I must eat gluten free and had no cross contamination). We loved our food. I had no reactions, the customer services was excellent, and they server took extra care to have the chef change his gloves. We will be back. Vegetarian options: Lots of Vegan options Dietary restrictions: Love the Gluten Free options greens, mashed potatoes, and yams. Kid-friendliness: My kid loved the chicken nuggets.

I am so disappointed with the quality of service and food that i had which was the Lux nachos.. it was watery and i ask them to remake it twice.. the cashier/ waitress didn t smile or was friendly. I paid 18 dollars for my food to be delivered to me like slop both times. I was very dissatisfied my overall experience was treacherous.. i will not recommend his place to anyone unfortunately.

Food was pretty good, atmosphere was strange, service was ok. Placed our own order from a QR code On the table. Despite the fact that we were dining in, our food came in a styrofoam to go container and we had to use plastic utensils to eat. I missed on the app how to order drinks so I was offered a 4oz water cup for my drink. If they stepped up the service inside the restaurant they may get more dine in business.

I used to go there a lot with my mother. it would be so much diversity which I loved. It was a place where I could eat and be satisfied. And I was so glad I found a place where I liked vegan food. But since I moved away for 2 years things have changed... ALOT. No more chicken and waffles (the best part) because the staff kept breaking the waffle maker, the chicken is hard because the oven overcooks it but they still gave it to me. You have to order online now but thats not REALLY a problem and theres no people dining in to eat anymore. The nachos used to be a 10 my mom stated. Now its a 7.5. Not to mention they have a waffle picture when they dont even serve waffles anymore. Which might bring some confusion. The rolls are hard but once again still gave them to me.

When I first tried this place January 2024, the food was good and the customer service was ok. I didn t make a big deal out of the subpar service because it s kinda a given if the food is decent . Over the course of 6 months, the quality of the food and taste has drastically decreased. There s no consistency with seasonings and textures. One week its salty, next week it s sweet, one week you get whole yams, next week you get mashed sweet potatoes. One week your to-go order package one way, the next week another. They also no longer have the cornbread muffins. After my 5th time trying to patronize and support this black owned business; I decided it no longer deserves my hard earned money and all I get is inconsistency in return. Side note: Everybody taste palate won t be pleased but there are basic expectations of having a business. I hope this place get back on track and thrive!!! LOVE US FOR REAL!

This is a must try place! Vegetarian options: My husband is not vegetarian or vegan nor has he ever tried this type of eating. Let me say he ate here to support me and ordered the Salisbury steak, greens, yams, and I had the Vhilly cheese steak. He was blown away at the taste and couldnt believe it was not real meat. He absolutely loved it as did I. The sides were amazing I would recommend this place to all especially those venturing out of their comfort zone. The service was great our waitress was kind and curtiouse. If you love to support minority owned, female owned, local family owned this is your place. Thanks we enjoyed our meal.

When I say spectacular I mean the food is bomb!! From the fish, chicken nuggets, the burger, and the kale greens are sooo freaking flavorful the first bite I melted! Lol It is seasoned to the Godz!! I love to put hot sauce on my greens and I couldn t do it because it was really that good! It s a must to give this place a try you will NOT be let down!!

This is the reason why you dont let family help run your business.The customer service is ridiculous because they must be related to the owner. The guy doesnt do anything and always has you waiting in an empty restaurant. Your food can be ready,he will still have you wait and then the thing about it is where your food is , is in the little heater,right next to the cash register. His attitude is horrible because he probably somebodys son.The food is okay at best. But whats even worse? contacting a restaurant to place an order, placing your order and going inside of that business, and theres nobody in there. No cooks, nobody in the middle of the day at 230. No way to run a business.

Ordered food on the ISO Vegan app for delivery. The delivery said it was complete had a photo showing a door that is not mine. Called to see if I could get my order and was told there was nothing they could do because a delivery service picked it up.. however ISOVegan charged my card not a delivery service- i guess she double checked or someone told her she could refund it and she did. Today was our first and last time visiting this restaurant. We were on the road traveling and needed some vegan food. It s extremely hard to find vegan friendly restaurants when traveling. I have heard that this was an awesome restaurant from some of my vegan friends and family who live in the area, so we looked them up. We walked in the restaurant and there was only one family in there, so it wasn t busy. There was only one employee on the floor. There was no greeting and no sign stating that we can seat ourselves, so we were just standing there since this was our first time there and we weren t aware that we could seat ourselves. She finally told us that we could seat ourselves, but still no welcome greeting. She informed us that we needed to order with the QR code, which I have no problem with except our phone reception wasn t that great for some reason. We asked about physical menus and she said that they do still have them, but they are not updated. We were tired and hungry after being on the road since 8am and still having 4 hours to go, we just wanted to have a nice vegan meal. After another 5-10 min trying to order on the phone and our screens going in and out, we just got up and left. We were very disappointed by the lack of good customer service. We didn t even get to experience the food that people say is so good.

I came in today and received excellent customer service. There was a lady before me that came in with a herding dog as a service dog. The cashier offered her a table away from the main area so that she could still enjoy her meal. I was grateful for that because I am allergic to dogs, and her dog was not hypoallergenic. Our order was taken and brought out in a timely manner. The food was amazing & I will be back!

I was greeted at the door by an employee yelling no no no no no . I stopped inside the door and the employee points to a no dogs allowed sign. I have a certified service dog (with service vest). I said ma am this is a service dog. She at first refused to let me come in and dine. I was told I could be served curbside. I told her it s against the law to refuse to let me dine in with my service dog. She called her manager who told the employee I could be served but wasn t allowed to sit in the booth area because most customers sit there and complain about dogs. She wanted me to sit in a corner away from other tables on tall chairs. I have mobility restrictions. There was not 1 other customer in the place.

I use to order from here all the time and we decided to dine in for the first time, bad experience. When we walked in they barely greeted us and once we sat at the table we waited for 15 minutes and no one attended us. We decided to leave, I believe they need to work on customer service. The quality of the food has dramatically declined. I drove from East Texas to eat here, and I was disappointed. I wasted my $65.00. The wonton chips for the nachos were stale, the mac and cheese had no flavor. The food was cold and bland. We ordered the chicken sandwich with fries, and just the sides (turnip greens, cabbage, yams, and mac and cheese). The cornbread was the best part. I could not eat the cheesecake immediately because it was frozen. We were there 30 minutes after opening time. I love to support BOB, please make some changes.

I ordered the chickenless nuggets that came with 1pc of corn bread, plus a veggie plate that came with cornbread. After driving from Frisco that they were out of cornbread after requesting how much for extra. Once I get home back in Frisco, I put my food in the la carte filters for my air fryer. I was skeptical on taste as everything appeared to have come from a can, I still heated it up. The greens I could have added to any smoothie for the sweetness and wouldnt have needed honey, agave, dates or any extra sweet help. The yams were very dehydrated with a plethora of cinnamon. The potatoes were definitely from a bag or box but no onions, no green onions just scooped in there and very sad themselves. They werent even white, more of a 15-year smokers lung shade. I just recently moved back to Texas, I used to love eating at this place. I directed a lot of people to this establishment over the years but not anymore. I called in an order the gentleman was being quite condescending, I thought he just had a sense of humor until I picked up my food. He was very rude unwelcoming and disrespectful. I will not be returning. Nobody wants to pay to get talked to crazy, I understand service jobs are hard. I work in service as well but that attitude was just nasty!

The food seems to have been downgraded, and there is no real service. You scan a qr code to see the menu, order, and pay. The website is confusing, I never found the drink section, which meant I couldnt buy a beverage. Unless they bring back physical menus and the owners stop trying to run a business with only two staff members at a time, I wont be going back.

This place has flavor! We ordered the sides, favorites are the yams, greens, mashed potatoes and gravy, nachos, delicious, and chicken nugget plate. First visit, I ordered just the sides, a 5 piece chicken nugget meal which came with fries & cornbread muffin. I ate here for the first time, and ordered for pickup. When I arrived my food wasn t ready at the time indicated so I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. The reason for this js because they only had 1 server/cashier doing the multiple tasks, and I only saw 1 cook in the back. They close at 7pm everyday and I arrived at 6:10pm. Not sure if they are better staffed earlier in the day but keep this in mind when visiting this establishment. Also parking is very minimal, so I had to park along the curb in the front. I ordered the V-Luxe Nachos I give them a 6/10. It was good but the chips they cook with got soggy on the way home due to all of the toppings. So if you order the nachos, you should definitely order all of the toppings on the side so the chips stay fresh.

I just started my vegan journey and I will say the food was fabulous! My husband had the Salisbury Steak , mash potatoes, greens and yams OMG!!! I had the Fish and Shrimp it was so delicious. Update to my review from 4 years ago. This place still has great tasting food. The nachos are still awesome. My family ordered nachos for delivery twice in one day. The first batch delivered was on point, & all of the toppings were packaged separately so we could add them right before eating. The second batch we ordered a few hours later was completely soggy since all of the toppings were added already. Please keep in mind that delivery orders should be packaged differently than dine-in orders. Customers will definitely appreciate it more...just saying. --------- Three of us visited after church based on suggestion from a friend. I ordered the chiken sandwich, another ordered spaghetti, another got nachos. Asked for special sauce on the side for my sandwich. Waitress wrote it down but it still came on the sandwich anyway. Friend ordered nachos to go, the waitress said there was a smaller portion available with everything on it. When my friend got her order, there was only meat & cheese...no veggies or salsa/sour cream (basically from kids menu). Waitstaff should be more familiar with menu. They also couldnt add her nacho order to her table order, so my friend had to pay separately & upfront for the nachos. Agree with pricing comments...$5.50 for a small tub of cheesecake seems a bit much. Overall good experience, hope the service improves, will come back

You walk in to an empty restaurant at 530pm, you shouldnt expect good things. We sat ourselves. No menu, scan a qr code and order via your phone. We ordered 2 meals w a few sides to try things out. Drove 1hr 20mins from Springtown just to eat here. Order my food online at 3:55pm. It told me my food would be ready at 4:15. We got there at 4:20pm. Waited almost 2 hours for a pickup order with staff repeatedly telling people that it would just be a 15-30 minute wait then telling them that food wasn t even almost ready. There was a full restaurant when I came in and every single person left without food. In the almost 2 hours I was there, not a single person got anything for dine-in or takeout. They then said there s only one woman in the kitchen making food, but in that case, why continue taking orders that you cannot complete? It s one thing to have a staff shortage, it s another to have a staff shortage and make it your customers problem by not being honest until after they ve been waiting over an hour and have become (understandably) irritated. This experience has completely turned me off from even wanting to get food here again.

I was on the south end & decided to check my foodie list to see what was on this side and went with ITSO Vegan... baybeh listen... this food is so bomb I went with something I wouldnt normally order and was completely surprised! Ive been here about four (4) times since I moved back home on last year. I tried the salisbury steak on yesterday and....it was delicious!! It was a bit too much food for me so I have leftovers for today. I also ordered the burger and a cheesecake earlier in the week and they both were delicious. I was getting my hair done right next door on yesterday when I ordered the salisbury steak. It just so happened that one of the individuals was related to the restaurant owner and she went and got my food for me, how kind. Do not order online with this restaurant. A mistake was made with my order and Ms. A.Cleveland indicate they refunded me. After about 2 weeks I never got the full refund or any refund. They will not honor the price you are charged when ordering online. I originally asked if my order could be fulfilled since I never got it or my money. Ms. A. Cleveland refused to do either. She profusely stated they refunded me $16.18. I was charged $18.93 I will never return!!! They will not take ownership of a mistake when made. The food was cold. Yams had so much cinnamon they were dark and unedible. The chicken was like to hockey pucks very hard and cold. Mash potatoes were cold and taste instant. Cabbage was good. Traveling through town and vegetarian. I got the chicken fried chicken with yams and mac n cheese. Lovedddd the gravy. loved the mashed potatoes. A TON of food. The chicken was okay, but honestly, vegan meats are really hard to nail (if you ve ever tried making your own you know exactly what i mean). Mac and cheese was pretty good with a lil spicy kick. What blew me away: I have never in my life liked yams, but i didn t know what to choose and asked the guy working the counter to pick for me. He said yams. And lo and behold, those yams were out of this world delicious lol. Probably my favorite part! Definitely a comforting and delicious meal. Speaking of the guy working the counter; an absolute angel. This use to be a go to Vegan spot when in the area. Once they shifted their focus to delivery orders, the in restaurant service and quality has greatly suffered. You are basically placing a to-go order from your phone, but eating it in the restaurant (ie. someone used to take your order, food used to come on a plate with silverware, now its in a to-go box with plasticware). Waited 30 mins after placing an order only to be told they were out of the beef crumbles for the V-Luxe Wonton Nachos. These used to be some of the best vegan nachos in Dallas. The gravy was indistinguishable from meat-based gravy. My wife had the chicken sandwich. Nice big bun. Sandwich sauce was tangy & tasty. Side of kale greens. I had been wanting to try Itso Vegan for a few months due to me going plant based recently so I was sooo excited to come today. Me and my friend sat at a table and after about 10 minutes a young lady told us we had to get up and come order at the register. We both got the chicken fried chicken. The plates had large portions but the chicken(seitan) was pretty stiff and flavorless aside from the gravy. The greens were good and everything else was fairly decent. While we were in the middle of eating and conversation, a lady was given the approval by the cashier to spread her products on our table and try to sell us some jewelry. I told the lady we would come to her if we were interested but after approval from the server she proceeded to intrude on our table anyway. Me and my sister and our dad are all vegan and decided to eat here for lunch today and we were certainly not disappointed! Holy smokes every single bite of our meals were absolutely delicious! We ate every crumb haha! From the Salisbury steak to the chicken fried steak to the fish and shrimp basket to the greens, mac n cheese, and those UNBELIEVABLE yams!!! It was beyond amazing and we left full and beyond happy! Our server was CJ and he was super accommodating and sweet! This place is an absolute treasure and we cant wait to go back! If you havent tried it yet, youre missing out, vegan or not!!!

My husband and I came searching for tasty vegan food as he is fully vegan and this place delivered! The food was so good!You will not be disappointed! I had the chicken sandwich with curly fries and a side of Mac and cheese and my husband ordered the nachos which of course I tried and they were delicious. We happened to come when they had a local artist that sang beautiful. So not only did we enjoy a delicious meal but also got to enjoy beautiful soul music.
