Weve stayed here 3 times over the last few years. The location is perfect, and the view of the beach is stunning. There are so many places with things to do that are accessible with just a quick walk down the Seawall. You step right out to the pool areas from the patio. The condo itself (we always stay in #1) is quiet and quaint. We love that it has an upstairs bedroom with a porch to step out on and chill for a little bit.

This place has alot of potential. Easy access, great location, and smallscale When we first walked in you can definitely tell its pet friendly. Had bad odor and not much detail focused on with cleaning. Toothpaste on mirrors , dirty dishes in cabinets , no doors on appliances were wiped, vents dirty and laundry room floors were very dirty . I feel like if it was being cleaned correctly it would be the perfect getaway.

Little pricy but right across from the beach. Lots of stuff within walking distance. Pool was like bath water - super hot weather in June - but not as refreshing to escape the heat as you d like. Unit was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for a couple or a couple traveling with kiddos. A/C worked great (thank the Lord!), the basics on site in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Great room! Great view of the beach from bedroom balcony. Pictures shown are exactly what you get. Kids & pet friendly! Pool area is great & beach is right across the street.

Ive visited this place in a while. It has a good pool, the location is right in front of the beach, Pet friendly, clean and organized. They provide towels and beach chairs. I was wondering how nice this place would be with a great maintenance for the pool furniture, a better decoration in the rooms and a better TV, this one looks like a monitor and the screen doesnt display an extended image. To come to the beach were not expecting to watch TV, but after a long day at the beach, before bedtime what all you need its to watch TV or a movie, not on this TVs for sure.

Upon booking I asked to check in early and willing to pay a fee...no response at all. I arrived at 2pm and clearly no one was there still deep cleaning as to why no check in till 4 I called mgmt asked if I could get in and he stated he could not get a hold of anyone to do the code. At 4:05 I went to door and code was not opening door so I called and right away he was able to reset the code. So basically it showed me it was what was only in it for them not going above and beyond. The condo smelled but was clean. The downstairs couch there is no way anyone could sleep on it..extremely hard and it folded like a airplane seat. The pool area was dirty with grills still having old charcoal and previous renters leaving trash behind. The furniture was old and worn out..rusted and broken on some. The location and ease of in and out the unit was perfect. I do not like to write bad reviews this place is good but the owners/mgmt could let people check in sooner and not lie that they can t reset the code. They could do more upkeep for the rates people pay for the nights plus owner fees and all the other damn fees. I paid $721 for two nights not worth the price- I think $150 a night would be more suitable. I travel 15 nights out of the month to many different places and I have sold travel for 7 years.

Perfect spot to stay in Galveston right across from the beach. A small pool is right off the patio that is shared between the 6 unit condos. Felt like we had it all to ourselves. The condo had absolutely everything we needed so I should have left a lot at home. Will definitely go back.

Weve vacationed at two separate condos at Condo Di Cocco in the past few months, and my wife and I love it there! For us, the layout was perfect, especially how the bedroom is located on the second floor just steps away from the balcony and the amazing view of the beach. Aside from the property, the location cant be beat - you can just about walk anywhere from this place - Gaidos, Pleasure Pier, Galvez Hotel (for food!), The Strand, bike rentals, etc.

Great location, gated parking was nice and we enjoyed the poll, but the condo (Shimmy Shimmy CoCo Pop) had a super musty smell upon entering. It was almost unbearable. Blinds and curtains have stains on them. And it could definitely use some new paint on the walls. I wouldnt come back until improvements are made.

Stayed here for three days loved the condo is real close to the beach an has a pool an hot tub right out the front door. The condo comes with everything you would need. Has chairs for the beach an boards to play on. Check in an check out are a breeze. Plan on staying a hole week here next summer.

I definitely have mixed feelings about this condo. Lets start with the pros. Check in and check out are a breeze. The location is FANTASTIC. It is a short walk to the beach, a number of eateries, and pleasure pier. They provide basic needs such as dish soap, laundry soap, kitchen supplies, etc, which is nice. They provide chairs for the beach which is brilliant! Loved sitting out on the balcony and enjoyed the view of the beach. Now the cons. One of the first things we noticed was someone elses hair in the bathroom sink and on bath towels. Also, many of the dishes in the cupboards were dirty. I mean, greasy fingerprints, lip marks, food, etc. The air vents downstairs were both filthy and had a black ring all the way around them on the wall. The condo we were in had a king bed and futon. The futon was the most uncomfortable thing we have ever slept on. Even the kids wouldnt sleep on it and we ended up buying an air mattress. The layout of the pool and hot tub are nice. The pool however was not cool at all and the hot tub was lukewarm at best. Overall, this place has immense potential! I feel like with a little more attention to the details, specifically cleanliness, it could be top notch. For what you pay for this place I do not feel that clean bathrooms and dishes are too much to ask. Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but if we return we will likely stay elsewhere. I hope this helps!
