It was my first time here. I was a little disappointed that they didnt have decaffeinated coffee to begin with. The atmosphere is nice, but the waitresses were not friendly. I asked for water while I waited for them to come take my order. There was something floating in the glass of water. I got up and left after waiting for them.

All the seafood is fresh and delicious, we ordered so much, the queso chorizo, the tostada mixta, they have phenomenal lengua tacos on the regular menu, a very rare sight, and the music isnt too loud so our baby is happy. Great spot!

Inside of this place, the temperature is nice and cool and the decor is nice. Other than that, it took them a good 15 min. for someone to come to our table. The only reason they came was that my husband made eye contact with a waitress, and she asked if we had been waited on, and he said no. There were no apologies, just what would you like to drink. I did like the beans and lettuce. The alcoholic drinks were bland. We did get extra chips and salsa; so thats a plus. Oh and the older gentleman, that removed our plates, was very pleasant and he did smile. That is the only reason I give this place a 2 star.

My dad took my husband here and he loved it. Their soups are so good. We love the one that has EVERYTHING in it. . Oh! Have a frozen margarita! Take it to go. You know theyre strong when u put it in ur freezer and it doesnt freeze over night. Weve gone back like 3 times since first loving it. Kid-friendliness: Have quarters ready for the lil machines up front. Or drive home with a mad child and no bouncy ball. Hehehe

It was so good I went back 2 days in a row. Had a drink for breakfast that wS better than most places I go. Looking forward to try the enchiladas next time. Due to it being a mexican food place and Im just a white boy, I think I didnt get the service I noticed some others receive. Could be wrong but I call it like Im treated. The food was great. I ordered the whole tilapia and it was cooked to perfection. The rice that came with the plate was okay. And the french fries were fresh and hot. Service sadly only gets two stars. It seems to me that there might be a shortage of staff. Unfortunately my drink did not get refilled which was sweet tea. The atmosphere is welcoming. However, it can seem overcrowded at times. I would highly recommend this place. If youre looking for a Mexican style, seafood, lunch or dinner. I would definitely be returning.

We had been recommended this restaurant, especially for their lunch deals. Last night we went for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed our meals! Pricing definitely hikes up for dinner, but I could see why with the cuts of meat related to those dishes and current inflation rates. Yes, it is a humble space and the staff may not have English as their first language, but we did not feel slighted or ignored in any way. We came in, waited per the sign, and were told to choose where we wanted to sit. In a timely fashion our drink order was taken and brought to us, food was quick and it was. So. Good! For context, we are all born and raised Texans and are familiar with tex-Mex and Mexican dishes. No disappointment here! They dont bring you your bill, you go up and pay. They have your bill already at the register. There is a notice of a service charge for credit card payment, so bring cash if you want to avoid a small additional fee (ours was $1 and some change for a $45 meal for 3 adults.) Meals: Fried catfish fillet w/ fried shrimp Beef enchiladas w/ soft taco Chicken chimichanga with chipotle sauce

This is the worst taco experience ive ever had. I ordered the shrimp Diablo s and they were beyond over cooked to the point of boot leather. I also had a pastor taco, which you might as well scrape the crispy residue off the top of the pan and put in the taco, because that s what it taste like. Extremely overcooked and dried up to crispy ball. However, the side dish of lettuce was very fresh which to me was surprising. It was disappointing to spend $25 on food and then to throw it away because it was so severely over cooked and burnt. It was also disappointing to see that no one checked it after the left the kitchen. This is a prime example of why you check your to go order before you leave.

I would have loved to like this place and go more often, but every time I keep giving it a chance (3 to 4 times), I get disappointed. There always seems to be a lack of staff, a long wait for someone to assist you with menus, messy tables and bar, and service is just bad. When you are trying to pay out, you will also have to wait for someone to notice you, and they will rudely watch how much you are going to tip.. Fortunately, the food seemed good, and their drinks were tasty, which is why Im giving them two stars, but I will no longer be trying this place.

My family absolutely loves this place!! Weve tried their tortas, caldo de res, burgers, crispy shrimp tacos, and crispy beef tacos. Their rice & beans (refried) are dam good! We start with their queso. We recommend you do too. Goes good with their Mexican martinis! Ask for the salsa verde. Its awesome We always dine in, then order beef fajita & pastor tacos to go for later or lunch the next day. They are affordable, so you can do that here! The service is always on point!

The Chile Relleno was wrapped in a scrambled egg, not the chile Relleno way, the whites only are supposed to be whipped to a batter/fluff for the chile Relleno. The Chile Relleno was scrambled in scrambled eggs in a cake... stuffed chiles are not made in the past... the enchiladas were made in canned sauce (gravy)..

A mixed experience. My wife had the fried fish. She loved it. I had the tostada de ceviche and a seafood cocktail... Not great. The tostada was a aguada, it was soggy, I couldnt pick it up without it falling apart. The cocktail had a piece of what I think is oyster shell. It hurt my teeth. I wont be coming back.

just went there 2 hours ago, not sure of the waitress was the owner or what. But honesty it was the worst service i ve received. she had an attitude from the moment we walked in, until we left. she has brown hair and had a mask(probably so no one knows who she is). But after the worst service we revived, we still tipped her 15% cash at the table but when we went to pay she charged us and additional $15 at the register and when we brought it up to her, she said well it was 5 people at a big table so. Not sure what the table had to do with it, she was the one that seated us anyways when we were going to pick a smaller table. She was just greedy for money. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
