This is the only location that has the Ring Pop candy anymore. There were BUCKETS of them in the case, so I asked for 20 to stock up for my kid. The guy said they re out since this afternoon. He said all the ones in the display case can t be given out. I m going to venture out and say he was too lazy to count out 20, because we ve had prizes given to us from the ´display case before. Lame.

For the amount of money people spend here on their children. I highly recommend that the management team get these young people in check. After spending a couple hundred dollars on a school fundraiser night. I approached the salad bar after already PURCHASING a salad to request a clean plate. A young lady who walked past me a couple of times before avoiding eye contact, I eventually POLITELY, CALMLY, and at a LOW voice said excuse me. This young lady had the audacity to snap at me and reply IM BUSY and proceed on to the dippin dots to serve someone. The lady who was receiving the dippin dots even stared at her in awe. I understand working here can be hectic and stressful, however it doesnt call for rude and disrespectful behavior. Get it together!!!

Ive been to this location several times. But today sucked. I got the play card for 60 mins for $20 and it stopped working. I told the lady it wasnt working. She checked and said the card was good. So I tried it again on a few more games and nothing. So me and my son just ended up leaving. Wasted $20 dollars.

The staff was great. The prices were outrageous, and the facility was dirty. Staff was constantly cleaning but it was the visitors who refused to stay seated while they ate as kids walked around eating as well. Not the businesses fault but staff should try to enforce a no eating while playing games.

Celebrated a birthday here and the event planner went above and beyond to make our experience great! Games were clean and a good variety! Best to play by the hour to get your monies worth. They have an indoor play area that does require special socks that you must purchase there. Highly recommend!

I asked for table booths to be wiped down since they were close to where I wanted to be at since my family wanted to play by the bounce houses. I was told okay. The two tall Hispanic gentlemen were playing around instead of working. One guy throws the towel up and down with a spray bottle. Not working at all. I buy a salad plate around 8 and they close at 9, by 8:15 they put food away? Tell me how this makes any sense. One manager assumes my family took a party hat off a table when we asked a employee for a hat. It wasnt that serious so why assume a 25 cent party hat would be taken off a table as if my family stole the hat? Chuck- e- cheese has gone down! Its becoming a huge dump with huge roaches on the ground. How disgusting is that? Never again! This place needs new management to take care of the facility better. With cleanliness and better service!

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Chuck E. Cheese location in Grand Prairie while celebrating my nephews third birthday. My nephew is battling leukemia and had just gotten out of the hospital, so this celebration was meant to be a joyous occasion. Unfortunately, the service and organization at this location were appalling. Firstly, we were wrongfully charged for 16 children plus unwanted upgrades, even though there were only 14 kids present. This mistake set the tone for the rest of the event. The lack of enthusiasm from the employees when singing happy birthday was palpable; it felt forced, awkward, and rushed. The issues continued with the food. We paid $60 for a cake and were supposed to receive five pizzas but only got three. The receipt given to my sister did not match the initial transaction, and one of the employees took her receipt. Then, Jorge, the manager, went to the cashier register and quickly tried to generate another receipt, which was not the original. The entire party, which was supposed to last from 3 to 5 PM, was overshadowed by the disorganization and chaos of the facility. We didnt get to enjoy it at all. We spent $1,000 at this location, and the experience was far from worth it. There are far better places to enjoy a birthday party at this price point. What saddens me the most is the lack of empathy and regard from the staff. One employee was even rude to the kids when redeeming their tickets, rolling her eyes and displaying a bad attitude. Its ridiculous to think that we spent $1,000 on such poor service and cheap plastic toys that could easily be bought elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied and disappointed. I wish we hadnt wasted our precious time at this horrible place. Instead of a smooth and enjoyable celebration, it was pure chaos and disaster. I hope Chuck E. Cheese takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements. We will not be returning.

If I could give it zero starts I would. So my baby nephew had his party here. They over charged almost 800$ for 16 kids we didnt even have that amount of kids. He couldnt even enjoy his bday party. Everyone was rude. Manager jOrGe acting like he knows what hes doing. Acting like they own part of the franchise. Please stop killing yourself for a job that can gives two Fs about you. Avoid this location. Staff fights you over everything. Redeemed a military special for two pizzas and a 100 points on a card. Location flat out refused to split into two cards for no real reason and the staff member even said outright you can just buy another card if thats what you want . They charge $12 a kid to use a slide and jump in a small area. Pure greed. The pizza tasted like sauce that was old and cardboard crust. This was a terrible experience and a return trip will not happen in the future.

Only one person, besides maybe the Manager in a suit on his phone and lap top, know anything about what you can order. Pizza is just okay. We bought the Military B package with 100 games. They only give you ONE (1) card. Excuse is they cant split the points. This was my day with my grand kids. There are better places to eat. Where the staff is trained. Oh! The 100 games does NOT include the trampoline or slides area. That is $12 extra per kid. Do yourself a favor and avoid the Grand Prairie Chuck E Cheese. I think your guest relations team has a pretty good picture. You can live with the review. Have a great day!

There were only four employees that I saw the whole time. They 4 not trained. Had no idea how to answer any questions. Had to ask the manager. Could not get the time right on the gluten free pizza I had to buy it came out immediately but I had asked for it to come out with the groups. When it came out early I asked thr manager why she said you should have told us that you wanted it with the group. I told at least two employees. Then Im pretty sure they did NOT remake it like they said they would. Then the whole group got theirs before I got mine. They charged so much for a gluten free pizza that was so small. They have this trampoline area that they charge extra for the kids to play on. Apparently, you have to buy their socks which are like $8 we got a discount because we were a big group so they charged $5.41 so basically $6 for a pair of socks. One of the soap dispenser was empty in the bathroom there are only two and the middle stall had no toilet paper. For such a big group this is really not ok. There were some other issues that will take too long to write but the last thing I noticed was the counter where thr kids check out was so full finger prints and smudges that you could hardly see the stuff or numbers for the ticket exchange. Not a fan of this particular location maybe others are better

Went for a family friend birthday party. Was dirty, way overpacked, overpriced, and chaotic. If you have any form of social anxiety, I would avoid at all cost. Screaming unwatched kids everywhere. Madness. All the food was way overpriced and half the soda options were out. Only concerned with making money and not an experience. I went on a busy Saturday night. There were several parties going on. I didn t like that I had to pay extra for the trampoline. My daughter isn t even 2. And there were only a few things she could play with. We made the most of it. I was very disappointed they removed the ball pits which is what we came for. However, I understand the hygiene of it all. What was not hygienic was the fact that none of the tables were cleaned. We stayed for 1.5 hours and did not see any table be cleaned. We had to eat on top of someone else s trash. If they aren t going to pick up, they spills at the very least have a trash can for ppl to clear the table off after eating. The pizza was good but expensive, as you can imagine. And one small pizza isn t going to cover 2 ppl, even if one of them is under 2. I saw someone get wings and was highly disappointed. She paid almost $20 for extremely small wings. Just be prepared to spend no less than $35 per child for one item of food and one round of games.

Alot of the machines were broken (ie screens and no paper in photobooth) which was pretty disappointing. The place was completely packed on a saturday for birthdays. We had asked for fountain drink cups to the workers more than 6 time which was ridiculous. Many kids are running around unattended and lots of rude people as well. We went for Sensory Sunday. It was wonderful! The staff was fantastic. A special thank you to Max. He was incredibly kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

We enjoy coming to this location & had my daughters birthday party here. It was pretty crowded but the service from our party host was still up to par. We didn t like that the bathroom wasn t clean. Even though my daughter was the birthday star she was forced to stand at the back of the crowd when they sang happy birthday. When she got a chance to do the ticket blaster another child got in with her & she wasn t able to fully enjoy it. The party host wouldn t let her do it again which was another disappointment. We ended up singing happy birthday to her on our own because it was just too many kids. We would return but on a less busy day.

Omg, let me start with our HOST MAX!!!! Our family absolutely loved him! He was the best and my 4yr old had the most amazing time. He made such a presence that he hosted, then ended up dressing up as Chuck e and our 4 yr old, while we were still there well after the party in the other area, KNEW him. Maybe not him but definitely made her way over to dance with Chuck e!!! My entire family of like 20 + who came in and through out the party totally went crazy over it all. I cant thank hom enough for making hers and our day. This is a routine party spot for our daycare, but all of the kids during this party were absolutely having a blast and our sweet baby had the time of her life. I know folks cant choose a host, but if they could Id recommend Max He knows what to say, how to say it, when to be flexible and what it takes to make it all work. :)

Have taken grandkids several times. Salad bar was fresh, clean, and yummy. Pizza was very good. Costs more than I like to spend, but oh well.
