This place used to be a good general doctor to use. Until I got covid and in order to get the antiviral I was told I had to drive to the office to take a covid test outside. They are actively encouraging people who are extremely sick to drive which is blatantly unsafe. Useless staff who just treat themselves and do nothing to help. Would not recommend to my enemies.

By far the worse experience Ive had. The Dr. will prescribe you ANYTHING without knowing your health history. The nurse practitioner is even worse than him. She has no bedside manners and literally dismisses every concern you have. I had a kidney infection back in September of 2021. I went to the er, the prescribed me antibiotics and I followed up with the doctors office to update them. After I finished the antibiotics, I asked to schedule an appointment to make sure the kidney infection was gone. The nurse practitioner told me no, I should be good if I took the antibiotics. About 3 weeks later, I was rushed to the hospital because of stage 4 kidney failure. Weeks before THIS, I started having high blood pressure and soon after, I was retaining so much fluid on my legs. They never tried to figure out the cause, they just kept prescribing me medicine. All along, my kidneys were failing. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR A PET. I wish everyone would file an official complaint against this office. They should not remain open.

First off Stubblefield prescribed me BP meds and told me ok to take while pregnant, my OB told me under no circumstances should I take or have been prescribed said medication. Secondly I just found out I can t get my immunizations printed under my legal name (the name on my chart and initially provided ID) because they put my name on my docs as my maiden name to match my insurance, this has been over a year of docs apparently unable to change. Then when asking to speak with manager Mariela she doubled down and went back and forth with me over whose problem it was and who was at fault (so unprofessional and unable to help) which led me to the decision to not only deny care today but to switch doctors all together. I asked to speak with try her manager Trish who I had to call on her cell to speak with (thankful she answered) only to hang up on me during a transfer, call her Mariela, and have me on speaker in front of the office AND another PATIENT divulging my personal information (name and insurance only thankfully) on speaker (UM WHAT HAPPENED TO HIPAA) Trish did say she ll get me my med records and I could have my copies of titers today and will call lb to see if I can get my name changed) I found it crazy she said proper procedure was to change the name in the system to my maiden name but that I should have been notified. (This insinuating if I came in with an insurance card with a different last name -not even mine- they would change my name to that on my medical records not even asking for an ID to match the other name!) I will say the young ladies at the front were very nice, polite, and professional. Sad I felt like the way I was handled by upper management led me to feel like I can t receive care today. Suggestions: train staff consistently especially to handle escalations pts and maybe a brief HIPAA meeting. Left a voicemail with Mr. C Turner s office to see how to proceed. (A Lot of ppl don t realize how much your state representative can help you with businesses and state run organizations! He has helped me at least a half dozen times and always with a smile!)

I needed the PCR test results to go out of town to a family event. Not only did they have me waiting in my car for over 35 minutes(after I went inside and checked in) they never called back with the results(took the test on Tuesday). I called on Friday, they had closed, again on Sat.(not open) Missed the event. Once I called again on Monday, the answer was, I don t know why you were not notified by text/phone call or email. I don t know either. If time is of the essence, go elsewhere!

I think that Dr. Stubblefield is misunderstood. He does care about his patients. I was in alot of pain last Friday in his office. He called 911. He got mad because the paramedics were asking so many questions and he let them know that he was my Dr.and to get there right away. Now, he can seem intimidating but maybe he is going thru stuff and we should pray for him. And thank God he does not just write refills without knoeing the patient is ok due to addiction. I am giving him the benefit of doubt and I hope yall will to! Thanks! God bless

I only gave one star because it was the only way I could write a review. Ive never actually been here or ever even once contacted them but I can only assume this place is a scam since they are the ones that contacted ME randomly out of the blue one day after I had my son demanding me to schedule a follow up appointment again Ive never even heard of this place. They have been contacting me all week because i dont show up to these mysterious appointments. Leave me alone!! I dont need your services!

This place is all about padding the dr s retirement!! I am a cancer patient and take 10 plus medicines a day all have refills from my oncologist and I have access to all my tests and exams online or by phone, in fact I got my confirmed cancer diagnosis on the phone. This place makes everyone come in even for normal test results and charges a dr s visit after one was just there there three days prior. I called two days ago for a refill and today it has not been filled and I am out of my medicine. I had to argue with the dr to get him to agree to giving me one refill without coming in for a $94 office visit to get a rx. The medicine is for my cholesterol and have been on the same medication for 12 years. The previous dr before this COMPANY bought out my dr gave me a years worth of refills and called patients with test results. This place is a corporation and is trying to pad their retirements. Again three days waiting on a refill that was promised by the dr!! I am changing I am not supporting someone s retirement with unnecessary dr appointments. My daughter took my grandkids in and he ran some blood tests and made them come in for the results that were normal and charged a $94 office charge and she had to pay another copay!! This is my only dr and I have many that will not do anything without charging a full office visit charge for test results!!! And every visit is an hour and half wait!!!!

The Dr is a joke. I will be filing a complaint with the insurance company suggesting they not pay out any benefits. My child was SICK. She had been in the er. You told me she was great and could return to school the next day. The rx you gave my kid was wrong. I took my child to an actual Dr the following day. She was diagnosed with an ear infection, pink eye and bronchitis. Dr told me her ears were fine when in fact he never even looked. The new Dr gave her a breathing treatment in the office, did an ear lavage, and gave the correct eye drops for pink eye. One dose from your rx and she got worse. Gave her the correct meds and within hours she was looking better. If you want pain pills or stuff like that, this is the Dr to go to. If you need an actual Dr to care for you or a family member, go elsewhere. You have been warned.

We ve been twice. All of the office staff are friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. They play kid movies for our children and there s not much of a wait. I like that it s usually empty in the lobby and not people coughing and miserable all over you. The doctor is awesome and listens to your needs/worries as well.
