If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely the worst. Went in today to pick up an order didn t even greet nor said to me how long the wait will be. Ended up waiting over 20 minutes just to receive the wrong order. We ve been clients for over a decade. They do not respect their loyal customers.

handmade tortillas - only cash loved the coffee- it had cinnamon and pilloncillo, complementary salsa and cookies, the beans were delicious. Loved the service, very fast and friendly. I loved the restaurant - small but delicious, the food came out very delicious. The food is given a lot of detail.

First time at Vickys food was delicious. We had enchiladas Morelianas with quail and guiso de puerco in salsa roja. The enchiladas where perfect and the guiso was good but slightly salty for my taste(I Usualy cook with little to no salt) rice beans also delicious. I would highly recommend visiting Vickys. This is a cash only restaurant and seating is limited FYI. Parking: Limited parking if busy.

As soon as you step in this recently renovated little hidden gem in the corner of Grand Prairie you can sense their love for México and the atmosphere there makes you feel like getting into a fondita from a pueblo mágico in Michoacán, everything is delicious but café con canela (a traditional coffe with a pinch of real cinnamon) and hand made as you order corn tortillas make this place outstandingly unique, plus service and owner take care of customers with a smile on their faces, so next time you want to eat authentic Michoacan food in you live in DFW you dont have a passport, just drive to Vickys.

Very tiny hole in the wall but food is so delicious! Also, theres only like less than 10 tables so you might have to wait. Also, I suggest you make reservations for party of 8 and over. Is say no more than 25-30 people will fit in there at once. But so worth the wait. Oh, and its always so cold in there so bring a sweater just in case. Bring cash because its cash only or CashApp, no debit or credit cards .

The menudo used to be exceptional! But unfortunately on my last 5 visits it s been hit or miss. It s either too tough to eat (chewy) with oversized pieces or it doesn t have enough flavor. Aside from that their breakfast and Lunch menu is really good.

Very rude when answering the phone, some greet them and they dont even answer the greeting. They are the ones who should greet you. One is the client and one pays them. We are not asking the owners for anything as a gift. They should educate their employees a little or at least those who answer the phone. What a shame and anger that there are people like this and worse that they are from Michoacán since my children are from Los Limón and Rancho Viejo.

If only I could give this place a zero star for their service. So my co worker always get vickys soup so I tasted it n ended loving it. So few days later I called them to place my order, the young lady said she doesn t speak English which I understand so I passed the phone to my co worker, before he could say hello they hand already hanged up and blocked his number . And so I attempted to reached them again from my phone 4different Times before finally picking up and taking my order. I drove 15 min away to pick up my order when I walked in it was all eyes on me the waiter couldn t even help me out but help every Hispanic person that walked in, I was so hurt n disrespected in so many ways I literally had to go off on him, I had to ask him if I was just too BLACK to be noticed.

There is a man who is a beggar, a beggar, and I told him that the fresh melon water that he had given me tasted rotten and he did not want to change it to me and I canceled the food order that I had requested and he charged me for his rotten water and I paid him for it.
