Guys it is really just not good. The fried rice is very bland. The Lo-Main was very watery and did not taste good. The sesame chicken was just OK but not good enough for me to go back. I d say find another spot unless you want to waste your money.

Tried the sesame chicken and crab and cream cheese rangoons. The steamed rice was extremely dry like it had been sitting in a rice cooker for days. The chicken was tough and dry like it had been cooked several days prior, very little sauce. The Rangoons were just cream cheese and nothing else, there wasn t anything mixed in with the cream cheese. No sauce for the Rangoons either. I know Chinese food isn t usually all that good but this was just bad

All of the food is overcooked and they use a weird type of noodle for their lo mein. Pictures of the food items are a little confusing, as it makes it seem like the dishes come with fried rice, but its just plain rice.

LISTENNN! I m not one to do reviews but it has been a long day after losing my car at the airport but not going to get into that! Aha I called in to place an order because I was unsure how I wanted to order online and the lady who answered was very patience and helpful! This place is pretty far from my home but the I couldn t refuse the 4.5 star rating and boy am I glad I didn t! I was about 5 minutes out once I placed my order over the phone, got to the drive thru window and they lady who took my order over the knew it was me! She was very nice in person as well! THE FOOD!!! Boyyyyy I live a bit of a ways out about (45mins) before I would make it home and decided to try before I drove off and BABBYYY! This was some of the freshest, non greasy, handled with love food I had! Ahaha I m small but a foodie and got the shrimp fried rice, vegetable lo mien, crab ragoon and 1 egg roll! Listen! I bit into that egg roll and immediately thought why did I only get one! Ahaha I almost burned my tongue scruffing down some of that food before driving home! Lol I live far but I plan to drive there whenever I have a craving for some good food! Thank y all!!! God bless!

I got combination fried rice and I am unfortunately disappointed. I had a couple bites by itself and tasted something strange that Ive never tasted before, but disliked. So I added some sweet and sour but that didnt help. What made me end up throwing it away (besides not liking it) was taking a nice crunchy bite of the pictured thing below. I did notice all of the black specks sprinkled throughout and assumed it was an unfamiliar seasoning. Now Im certain that they gave me yesterdays rice. I placed my order as soon as they opened and was very surprised at how quickly they had it ready considering I was the only customer there. The employees were very nice and the place was clean so I do not know why the place seems to slack on the fried rice. If there are other items that exceed standards then I will return but for now I cannot bring myself back of my own volition.

Taste of food definitely 5 Have been ordering at the window for years. Yesterday I walked in and was disappointed when I saw how filthy the doors to the restaurant are as well as their restroom facilities. They havent been cleaned since the last century. BLACK soot covers the door handles. Mr. owner, the food is great, but now I wonder how clean is the kitchen??? Dont think that I will be returning. What a shame because the food is excellent.

Great customer service! The gentleman who took my order was friendly and personable with me and everyone who walked in. The orange chicken I ordered was incredible, absolutely loved the crunch and flavor on the orange chicken. The only negative Id say is, way to much sauce and the fried rice had no flavor or vegetables. Other then that, Id recommend trying this restaurant out.

The person at the window was exceptionally nice. But, the food wasn t good. The orange chicken was tough, the fried rice was crunchy with no vegetables in it, like not a single one. The chicken and broccoli was okay but definitely not the best I ve ever had. The egg rolls were dry and didn t have any flavor. I likely won t be returning.

I ve been to many Chinese restaurants during my lifetime, but Joy Luck is by far the best! I live in Grand Prairie near I-20 and 161, but the 10 minute drive is definitely worth it. I m a big broccoli and chicken fan and the Broccoli Plate with Chicken doesn t disappoint. The ingredients are super fresh, but the white sauce definitely makes the plate special. I m not really a broccoli and beef person, but the brown sauce thy use with the Broccoli Plate with Beef is super delicious, as well. I was told that all of their sauces are made from scratch. In addition to the amazing food, the owner and staff are also very nice and friendly. This is my go to place when I want some good Chinese food! If you re in Grand Prairie, there s no excuse not to try it out! If you re in Dallas, Arlington, Irving, Duncanville, Cedar Hill or Mansfield and you re wanting to try something new, it s definitely worth the drive!

Great service and great food, but recently I have noticed major shrinkflation here in their servings. A regular order would nearly fill up an entire to go container a year ago. Now, unfortunately, an extra meat order doesnt even fill the container up. The hot and sour soup is amazing. The staff is friendly. The place is clean. The Lo Mein was very good. The fried rice was also good. We will go there again.
