Never received my $2000 security deposit. Landlord alleged there were holes and trash in the house. I requested an itemized list of any repairs, but was not provided one. My number was also blocked and could not reach the office. The number provided in the response is disconnected and cannot get through. Facebook was the only place where I could post the video.

Tyler Wolf is a great agent when it comes to getting you to sign a contract. After that, he let us move into a house covered in dirt and trash and mold on the air vents. Yes that s a decomposing geicko in my room. We still were not returned much of our deposit despite cleaning the house much better than the condition we received it. Steer clear.edit: I d appreciate a call back about the matter since I ve called multiple times. An early move in really shouldn t mean there s still dead bugs and mold though? There was also the holes in the wall and need for repainting when we moved in as written clearly in our move in inventory sheet. You cannot charge us for damage already there.

Colleen Randazzo is wonderful at what she does. We werent the most difficult clients to find a house for, but we werent the easiest ones either. We went round and round looking at a multitude of places. But she stuck it out with us and finally found our perfect new home! Thank you so much! Couldnt be happier!

Horrible experience. Realtor would not stage home or take new pics. Hired a new kid just starting out but when house did not sell, nothing was done. No new ideas. House listed for 6 months with 2 open houses. Had to request lock box be removed and then it took over a month to get house key back.
