So hard to find young people now days that are so polite and have a good demeanor going). Came here just after noon on a Friday and it was awesome! Ollie and Amanda were excellent and so helpful, this place was clean, the music was good, and the temperature was perfect! $10 all you can play minus the claw machines was a great deal as well. Coming back for sure and often.

Weve (son/husband/ myself) gone a few times now and theyve switched some of the games up, we also had my sons birthday there today and were very accommodating. Shout out to Ollie & Nathan for helping me with setup and clean up. We will keep going and enjoying family time here as long as were able Its $10 play-all-day with a concession area, an eat-in section, some big screens, and good classic arcade games with plenty of variety. They just opened recently so some of the games are under construction, but there were enough working to have a good time. You can go out and come back within the day with your wristband still intact.

We went for the first time last night for their adults only night and we had so much fun! I spent wayyyy to much time on the TMNT pinball machine, its so good! Ollie was super awesome, he kept checking in on us throughout our time there! Ari was super sweet helping us decide what drinks we wanted! 10/10!

We went for the first time last night and had a great time! The staff were all really great and I loved getting to meet them. Ollie, Ari, Amanda, and Evan made us feel welcomed and made sure we enjoyed our night! The snack selection is great and you will have plenty of chocolate and drink flavors to try!! They had an awesome variety of games from retro to Japanese games (my personal favorite) which even had instructions for those who had never played which I thought was very helpful. The place was clean and we will definitely be coming again!

My kids and I had an incredible time here. The price of admission covers all games and we got tokens for the claw machines. Both my kids won somehting after a few tries so these are not throw away claw tokens. a real chance to win something for the kiddos. There is a great assortment of retro and new games. My kids loved playing the games i played as a kid and couldnt get enough. The ability to leave and come back without paying for re-admission was a huge plus. We also got nachos that we shared as a family because they were so big! Definitely going back!

We ve been to this arcade twice. Once the first day it opened and another time a few weeks later to bring my nephew and let him have a great time. The insane amount of games is crazy! My step daughter absolutely loves Round One for the rhythm games but it s always a pricey trip to drive all the way to Grapevine Mills just for the games. There s one specific one she loves called Wacca, that we would love to see! It s a lovely establishment and we love it. We ll soon be back, hopefully by that time there will be more rhythm games ! Keep up the great work!

One star because they bribe people to leave 5 star reviews. They give free tokens for the claw machines/etc. if you leave 5 stars. Don t trust most of the 5 star reviews on here. Also most of the games I played were not working properly. And many games are off / not working completely. Disappointing

I am an avid arcade fan. I have gone to almost every single arcade in the DFW area and while Side Quest is not the worst, I do have several complaints which I will list here. First, the prize games at the entrance: These games are set incredibly fair. In fact, they are set so fair, that they are a loss for the arcade. While I was there I was able to completely clean out a side of the funko machine multiple times. The cut-to-win machines were cleared out multiple times as well and I saw many of the claw machines set to pay out too much. This is great for customers but a giant licensed plush is not cheap and to give them out multiple times for less than $20 is losing your arcade money. When I mentioned to an employee that the Funko machine was now empty and the screen showed that multiple small and medium prizes were due to be on the playing field, he did not know what I was talking about. He finally got the machine opened after searching for keys for over 5 minutes and dumping all of the master keys on one of the tables in front of me (it was not a good impression). Once he finally realized how to open the machine, he put some prizes on the field and then for some reason turned around to me and asked me if that was the right way to do it... Listen, I know the right way to do it. But why does he not? Is he not the employee here? Also, he did it wrong. I proceeded to clean out the machine a second time. Multiple claw machines are completely unlocked with duct tape holding them closed. I would have to assume this is due to the keys being lost or not included when they bought the machines. Call a locksmith and get new keys... I have many more things to say about the prize games but lets move on to the free-play arcade games: The alien skee-ball is not functioning properly. It is not keeping score and the target is not moving when it should be. The basketball games are not working properly. One of them is completely off, they dont seem to be linked, and the balls are so deflated that it seems like they havent been aired up in months. It takes a long time for arcade basketballs to get that deflated and it makes the game very hard to play since the balls will easily get stuck. Also, the hoops are not moving back and forth as they should and the middle one is not keeping score properly. The demolition game is not working right. The building is not moving, there is no sound, and the lights inside the cabinet are not working. There is joystick drift on the multicade. I dont even know how thats possible... The duel pinball game has duct tape covering the players side facing the back. If you cant figure out how to close your game, dont put it on the floor and definitely dont duct tape it. Bishi Bashi Channel has issues. The LEDs on most players green buttons do not work right and pressing the green button on Player 1 does not work at all. Only the spin is detected. This makes the game unplayable in a 4-player format or if anyone plays player 1. Many racing games have duct tape all over the seats. These companies sell replacement parts. If they are no longer available, the seats are fabric and cushion. They can be fixed. All of the rhythm games have their speakers low. Some games have headphone ports but many do not and its impossible to play a rhythm game without being able to hear the music. Many games were off completely. Without any sign that said out of order or that they were to be repaired. The pinball could be an entire review in itself. Most of the machines have burnt-out lights or are simply not functional at all. While their selection is okay, I would never recommend playing here if you are a pinball fan. Arcades are 90% maintenance. If you dont maintain your games and set your prize games properly you will disappoint customers and lose money. This arcade looks like it has been open for 20 years and maintained for only the first 5. Consider this my application. I can help. Also, they offered my friend free coins to give a 5-star review which makes me question many of the reviews.

I love pinball. They have 28 pinball machines. 5 stars. They also have a huge selection of classic and newer arcade games and skeeball. Food and drink selection is a little limited but what they do have is very good. Had the chili cheese dog and nachos. And beer. Stopped by around 10pm on a Saturday night with my kids and a couple of their friends to check out SideQuest for the first time. Ari was beyond accommodating and friendly from the start. She personally made sure we were all taken care of and I can t thank her enough! The kids had the best time considering we only had a couple of hours during this impromptu outing. We set aside some time at the end for the claw machines as those are always a favorite! The kids haven t stopped asking to go back if that says anything. I can t recommend Side Quest enough for your large (and small) parties! Jose and the rest of the staff were a dream to work with. They helped us host a party of nearly 100 people and everyone had a great time! Everything went smooth and the team was so accommodating! The arcade was incredible with all the game options, and the array of snacks. We know many of our people have been back multiple times because they had so much fun! You will not regret hosting your party here!

Had such a great time tonight with my 9 year old grandson and his best friend at the arcade! Tons of games and from walking in paying the $10 and playing all games for free! You cant beat that! The staff Amanda, Nathan, Camila and Drew were so helpful and friendly! Determined to want to make our time worth every penny! But truthfully you cant put a price on the memories!! Will definitely come again!!

I enjoyed playing the games, but a lot of them have issues. Broken buttons or controls. Causing some to be unplayable. Other than the claw machines it appeared that some of the games you need tokens? It wasnt always super clear.

Side Quest Arcade has an impressive gallery of video games. Its price of admission is $10 per gamer. Unfortunately, I wasnt impressed with the arcades food selection. The dining chairs are too childish. Vaporwave colors wouldve been a better choice for the interior aesthetic. So many kids, not enough adults.

Half the machines didnt work and a good handful of games are not translated to English. Roughly the same price as nearby freeplay arcades. Might be good if you just want to take your kiddos in for a party.

Ari, Amanda, Ken and Brackett were amazing!!! They were all so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This place is great for kids and its so nice not having to swipe a card or go reload a card. One price for unlimited fun!!! We will definitely be back. Thank you for the memories!

The place was a lot of fun, they had a wider selections of games (old pinball machines, Japanese, racing, and claw machines) me and my girlfriend really enjoyed the air hockey and claw machine ($1 per token and each game is $1 token). The deal is great $10 per person for all day play. They had a food, snack and drinks that were refreshing! Special thanks to one of the employees, Ken. Ken provided great service and hospitality. But most importantly was his attitude and willingness to help.I really recommend spending the day here with the family (we were there for about 3 hours total!!).

This place is amazing! So many options and such a colorful atmosphere. They have the coolest pinball machines ive ever seen.My daughter loves the Japanese games they are so unique. My favorite is the variety of prizes in the claw machines! Also this is very affordable. We will be visiting often!
