All I have to say is the service KILLED it! I recommended it for dinner with our friends and man did they disappoint! Ive been here 2 other times for lunch and its been awesome, but the fact that the waitress had the audacity to get an attitude because my friends fried fish tacos was cold ans The brisket grilled cheese was cold and barely had cheese. ABSOLUTELY NOT OK. I will not be back and it sucks because there are not very many options around here. Do better please. Then she tried to charge us for the cold food that my friend didnt even eat!!! Just wow!!

We have come here often after church, have never had worse service. The server Shana, was terrible, never came to see if we needed anything, had to flag her down every time and when we did she rolled her eyes. Had to ask her 3 times for sweet n low And , if people are large don t need to be wearing short shorts., which was another waitress.

We were in town for Super Motocross event. We landed here after another establishment had an hour wait. When we went in, the manager told us it would be about 30 minutes and only 2 waitresses. There was only one party ahead so we waited. Let me say, it was an amazing experience. The staff had smiles on their faces, the manager waited tables, a young man which may have been the cook delivered food to the tables. Customer service was top notch! The food was amazing! We had cheese fries for an appetizer and they were delicious. I had the steak fingers and they were the best! My husband and friends were also very pleased with the service and the food!

Ill start off by saying the food is great. The service, at least for take out, is awful. The first time we ordered from here they didnt give us fries for either of our burgers. I didnt check the food before I left so I had to double back. While I was waiting for them to re-fire my order, I was harassed by an intoxicated patron who was so drunk that he couldnt keep his shoes on. A member of staff moved me closer to the kitchen to wait to be away from him, and told me he had been cut off. I got my food all bagged up with a brownie sundae as an apology, and I thought I wouldnt need to double check the food before I left. I wish I had, because we paid extra for both fries to be seasoned, and they were plain. One of the fries was also supposed to be well done, but they were the same. The burgers were really great, but our apology brownie was burnt. I wanted to give them another shot today because the burgers were so good. My order was supposed to be ready at 2:50. I finally get handed a bag at 3, and I open it up to find one of the fries wasnt well done or seasoned, and I also thought the pickles werent well done. I asked them to fix it, and asked for a manager. She apologized and said she was the one who packed the order, and she missed the modification on the fries, but the pickles were well done. I told her I was frustrated due to the poor service in the past, and the repeated mistakes on order modifications, and that I had to show her on our receipt where I ordered seasoning. Someone else brought my food out while we were talking and I double checked it, and they STILL didnt have the seasoning on the fries. I finally got my correct food 20 minutes after my pick up time, with my only compensation being the managers apology. I dont think its too much to ask that a restaurant follows modifications that they list out as options on the menu, especially when you pay extra for them. As great as the burgers are, I cant justify going back with the service like it is.

I had the brisket frito pie, it was made pretty traditional in the sense that it didn t include rice. I m used to having it with rice tho, I d at least like that option available. Otherwise food was awesome, I also tried the chicken sliders, they were pretty good, some sauces would be great as optional. Good place to eat, was very clean, staff was friendly.

I recently dined at Back Porch Drafthouse, and it was a fantastic experience. The service was attentive and friendly, making for a welcoming atmosphere. The fried pickles were a highlight crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. If youre a fan of sweet tea, you wont be disappointed here; its easily some of the best Ive ever had. Overall, a great spot for a casual meal with excellent service and delicious Southern comfort food.

Came in for early dinner at 430pm. There are a ton of TVs. So if you come in for a sports event you will not miss a moment. They have a nice beer list. They had over 4 pages of options. They had a good menu, but the turkey sandwich was the best.

Absolutely adore the last 2 waitress we had here! The service here is amazing, they re the sweetest, I don t eat pork and my waitress asked me if we wanted them to cook it in a different place. Without me even asking or saying anything. I know it s small but nobody has ever asked us that! Food also comes out so quick! 10/10 recommend, we live across the street so definitely will be back. Best tasting everything, especially the brisket sandwich!

They would not bring me a check before I paid to make sure everything is correct. They told me my only option was to just pay. They decided to awkwardly hand me their little machine, while I tried to decipher if my order was correct. Once I got my itemized receipt, it was incorrect and they had to do a refund. Its ridiculous that you wont allow someone to see what their bill is before paying. Will not be returning. Food was good

Stopped here after shopping at the outlets and we enjoyed it. The best thing was the mac and cheese bites! We ordered 2 orders so good. Service was okay but multiple people waited on us so made up for it. When we asked our server for advice on choosing between two things she just told us to get the special that we had no interest in. Perfect Marg was good, prepared in a signature way. Michelada was also very signature of either the bartender or the restaurant, tasty. The brisket nachos were flavorful, but the meat portion was lacking a bit. Although the bartender handled 20 people as best she could, another one wouldve made the experience better.

This is a nice little sportsbar to hangout at. Nothing super unique so only 4 stars. But the service was great. Our server took the time to go through the menu with us and give some recommendations. Went there with a party of 20 on a Friday night and the staff there was awesome. Super on point and the food and drinks were awesome. I got the beer can chicken salad and it was sooo good. Didnt use the ranch but had everything else on it. Never had a salad that Id want more and more of. So good, will be back. Update: I went again yesterday and found out they got rid of my favorite salad. The beer can chicken salad was so good, the only salad I ever craved... And now its gone. Super bummed out. I used to get this every time I came in. I tried the Asian lettuce wraps instead and it was ok... They had laid 3 leaves of lettuce down then put everything on top so I couldnt make the wrap because it was covered in sauce. So I ended up having to cut the lettuce to make a salad... They should just make an Asian chicken salad. And the mushrooms they use are regular button mushrooms, not shitake so heads up on that as well. Not sure when Id go back ...

Placing order was not easy, lady seemed confused about requesting the Legend burger. She hung up on me, called back and had to finish order. I asked the lady if the amount of fries was normal since this was my 1st time here... literally only had 8 fries with my $15.50 burger! The general manager, Kara, snapped and said yes! I was stunned that she seemed to have an attitude with me. Then she says, I can go put more fries in it because I want you to be happy. She takes a step away and steps back to me and says... you think your gonna need more fries with those too? I stopped dead in my tracks and just stared at her. Couldnt believe she was the actual manager!! The way she talked to me was rude. The sad part is the burger tasted good, fries were just ok. We ordered online to go, I walked in and informed the bartender we were there. She was so nice and pleasant! Even offered to bring it out to my vehicle if I wanted to wait out in the car. First time here. Was in the area because a friend just moved down there and decided to try this place because we didnt want regular food chain restaurants and this seemed like a good pick cause reviews. Sad to say we were wrong. As soon as we walked in, no greeting, no direction on if we seat ourselves or if someone is supposed to take us to a table. So we stood there and waited for our other two friends to get there. About 5 minutes later they got there and then we still stood there. No one said anything so we just went to go sit at a booth. Was greeting about 5-10 min after sitting down. Got waters, asked for silverware and napkins. The waitress came back, took our order but still no silverware napkins. The food was taking a little bit long to come out. We got our food about 30-40 min after waiting. But we had to get up and get our own ketchup and hot sauce and we even looked for silverware (right after she brought the appetizers) but we didnt see anything.The waitress eventually brought silverware. Food wasnt bad but service and wait time( only 2 full booths and 2 ppl at the bar at the time we went) is lacking. As soon as I knew theres no greeting I should have turned around because I knew it was going to be like this. Idk if they were understaffed or just not super attentive because it was the afternoon but I think were okay skipping this place next time. But atmosphere was nice and decor was good.

I really hate to write bad reviews I try hard to just not say anything if I have a bad dinning experience but unfortunately I have to. I ve been a patron here maybe a half a dozen times. Food is always inconsistent but never terrible in the past. Sometimes rather good. The service is fine no issues ever. But I just left after attempting a brunch meal and I can t stress this enough this was one of the worst meals I ve been served in my life. Had the basic country breakfast of eggs bacon a biscuit and potatoes. Pretty simple stuff. Literally everything on my plate was inedible. Greasy beyond repair, everything felt microwaved, bacon had a strange gray hue. Biscuit and potatoes had a strong old greasy taste and were both soggy. My eggs were horrific, very wet, with a strong rotten aftertaste immediately got a stomach ache and could not wait to leave. Left the majority of my meal on the plate as I couldn t not stomach another bite. Did enjoy some meals in the past, this was a culinary disaster and I m super disappointed. Left with a stomach ache and rotten taste in my mouth.

This was my 2nd time here. The fish bowl drink is great. The food was just okay, not great. The fries are like in and outs, super thin. Also, at one point they dimmed the lights and turned them up and down for a bit. Not sure if that was their signal that they were closing soon or what exactly. My wife had already visited here with her friends and wanted me to go. Well...everything was fantastic. Mariah the bartender was amazing and we couldnt be happier. My tacos were very good, her steak fingers were awesome, and the pretzel was freaking great. A massive selection of beers (drafts and bottle) and excellent service from the bar. I was told to seat myself by the bartender when I walked in, so I did. Then I sat there for 15 minutes being ignored, clearly trying to get someone to notice me. So stoked to have back porch drafthouse in the dfw area. First tried it in temple on a work trip and was hoping we would get one here in dfw. Now if they build one closer to lewisville I ll be even happier. Food was amazing as always. The pulled pork on the barnyard freak burger was amazing.

We really had hoped to like this place, but not our type of place. First the positives: very good service, really like the fact the GM came to the table. Now the rest, very loud, again very loud, would hate to have seen it packed, food was ok. But some items, not all but some, a slight twists on normal food, our fault for not reading the menu closely. Did i say this place was loud. Kid friendly as has plently of seating way from the bar, plenty of menu options, just not our choice, i will admit we are boring when it comes to food, we are not adventurous. Others may disagree and enjoy the food, thankfully were in America and can disagree. Look at the menu ahead of time, the loud people seemed to be enjoying themselves. If you looking for a nice/quiet to moderate noisy place this is not it. If your looking a slight twist on food, you may enjoy this place

We love BPD! We go every time we are in the Roanoke area or have a mani/pedi day. Our favorites include the Josh Plate, the Sweet Dixie Pecan Chicken Salad, and the So Gouda Mac & Cheese bites. This past weekend, I tried the Barnyard Freak burger (pictured) and OMG [drool]. It was amazing! The smoked pulled pork really gives it that extra kick of flavor, and the egg was perfectly runny. I even subbed for a GF bun (damn gluten allergy) and still ... best burger on the menu (so far). To top it off, the beer is ice cold, and the GM, Chris, is very personable. Ask him to tell you a joke the next time youre in. But be prepared; dont say I didnt warn you.

There are so many fake 5 star reviews on here, wow. So essentially - avoid this place! The residence of this neighborhood do not tolerate racism or bigotry and neither should you. The Popeyes down Raceway Dr is a hit or miss but I d eat at the QT before I would ever go back to Back Porch Drafthouse.

My wife and I stopped for lunch at Backporch Drafthouse while passing through the area. Our server was very friendly and the bar has a good atmosphere. The food was very good, I got the jalapeno popper burger, which was excellent but too big for me to finish. They also have a good selection of beer. I would eat here again if in the area.

The service was sub-par the last time we went, but that was a couple years ago so we decided to give it another shot for Fathers Day. It took the hostess about 3 minutes to realize that people were waiting to be seated - not horrible, but definitely room for improvement. After being seated, our waitress came over to get our drink orders, which were extremely basic. (Waters and lemonades.) After that, it was another 15 minutes or more before she made it back over to our table to take our order. We had been discussing leaving since it was taking so long, but decided to try to order food now that she had made it back. When I tried to order a burger and fries, she told me that they were out of fries but I could substitute a salad. I turned to the rest of the table (who were already annoyed at this point) and asked them what they wanted to do. The waitress piped up and said, If you guys just want to leave, it wont hurt my feelings. Well, alrighty then. Non-attentive staff who just suggest the customers leave? Now I remember why we hadnt been back in so long.

so when i went to order a pick up order and i was ordering my food the lady was acting very weird towards me but i didn t think nothing of it cause maybe she was having a bad day i don t know but then i notice everyone is just staring at me and when i smile at them to be nice they just kept staring at me so when i would make a face then they would turn around and that s when i started to get the feeling i was in an racist environment especially with me being the only black person there then the lady brung my drink and i was still being nice saying thank you with a smile on my face and the lady just says yea and rolls her eyes as she walks away so at that point i m just ready to go cause this is ridiculous i could ve missed the memo or something idk cause this was also my first time going there so like 15 min later i finally get my food and still being the nice person i am i smiled and said thank you and again she rolled her eyes as she was handing me the bag didn t even say you re welcome once i hope this was just a one time thing and no one else has to go through being treated differently, stared at and served with and attitude when all they are doing is trying to get some food and enjoy their day most definitely will not return especially with the food being mid

First off, our waitress walked up to the table and just stood there. I had to speak first. She didnt warm up until she saw that tip; non deserving, by the way, but Im very merciful. Other than that, the wrap was good and so were the fries but they could have been hotter. All the food was lukewarm. The restaurant is nice and clean. Despite the minor issues, I could possibly be back if Im in the area.

We had the OG Burger, the OKIE Rueben and for appetizers we had fried pickles and the giant pretzel. The manager stopped by and asked us what we thought. Mariah, Kiki, and Brittney, as well as everyone else are aces at what they do. Pleasant and delightful even after some folks get sloppy. The energy they expend is enormous and everyone in the place seems to have a very good time. Lots of beers on tap. Scotch selection is terrible but the crafted drinks and shots are said to be quite tasty... When I m in town, this is where I eat. The menu has enough to keep me happy and beats the other franchise poop near by. But the service is why I keep coming back.
