I have been referring and using Old Republic Title in Garland for more than 5 years now. They go above and beyond to take care of all of my clients, even when I thought I had a tough situation. They were able to take care of us and walked my clients through the process and made it seem so easy. Thank you for all you do and I would ALWAYS recommend this office!

If you ever need a trust-worthy team working for you to close on a house, put your trust in Old Republic Title. The Garland team at Old Republic Title made us feel welcomed and at ease with the whole process. They kept us in the loop with all the important dates, paperwork and explained everything very clearly so there were no surprises. We actually really appreciate their due diligence; in fact, it was the Escrow officer Shelby who informed us about the last minute closing cost update. Our lender did inform us of the change, however by email. My husband and I both work so had we not received a phone call specifically from Nicholas Bouton, we would have inconveniently had to stop at the bank again the morning of closing. No one wants to stress over money when its supposed to be a happy occasion so after this, we knew the Old Republic team were the right people to work with! From the minute we stepped into their office, they made my husband and I feel at home and I dont know about you, but if youre putting your livelihood in someone elses hands, you want to have that feeling of comfort and trust.

My wife and I recently had a closing with Old Republic Title and we have separately and together been to several closings on other properties and this was by far the best and easiest transaction weve had. Shelby and her team are top notch. The experience and professionalism showed in our closing and we wanted to make sure they know how much we appreciate them and handling our closure.
