The Philly Cheesesteak sandwich was flavorable and huge. They put a lot of meat on the sandwich!! The cheese was melted just perfectly! I also tried their boneless buffalo wings and it had a kick to it. I didnt like that a side of ranch (small cup) was not included - 60 cents, which is kind of expensive for a small cup. The staff was very helpful by pointing out the specials and the ingredients on the sandwich. On my visit, their air conditioning was out. It was 103 degrees outside with heat index at 108 degrees. So, it was uncomfortable. The place was extremely clean and I even witnessed the employee wiping counters, tables and machines. The overall cost was more expensive than I thought, as my large sandwich was $12.49 alone. I do recommend this place though. Happy eating! Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available

I placed a curbside order Sunday evening 1/7. I arrived to the restaurant , parked in the designated spot and hit the I m here button in my email as directed. The employee who brought out my order was extremely rude. He did not greet me, nor did he thank me for my purchase. He never uttered a single WORD! Ordered 2 Philly Cheese Steaks, and from the menu posted on the wall I ordered my 2 Cheese Steaks and specified no mushrooms but as listed on the menu, meat, onions , peppers, mushrooms and provolone cheese. I specified no mushrooms, then the fellow picked up the card with all the things offered and I pointed out onions and peppers only. When I got home both Sandwiches had mayo, tomatoes, lettuce and pickles which I did not specify. Very unhappy and may never return as a result.

This was our first time to go to Charleys. It was great food & cooked to order and had friendly staff! We ordered a large philly cheesesteak and a large bacon cheesesteak they were bigger then we expected, we also had to try the ultimate fries which were really good too! I had read reviews about the strawberry lemonade and decided to try that as well and it was so good and refreshing I liked that it had actual fruit in it. We definitely be going back!

Charleys is good eating. Unfortunately theyve chosen to shrink the product instead of raising the prices. Id pay double to get the P.C. steak that matches the photos on the main menus. Good food but slightly disappointed in size. When I eat, I wanna get full. It didnt happen. Ill revisit and see whats changed. If nothing has, I will.

I like the food here, it is delicious although the price has increased more than expected, I love it because it is one of the few that also sells wings along with the sandwiches, the wings are also very delicious, especially the mango habanero ones, they are sweet and spicy, I would have given it a 5 if it werent for the fact that the customer service was bad but the food was delicious.

Me and my family love this place! We tend to go on the weekends. We ve made it a family thing. The food is always great and customer service has always been good. Well we dropped by this time during the week. We made it to the place at around 8:15pm. It states on the door that they close at 9pm. So we were glad we had made it on time. The employees were already cleaning up so we decided to sit at the table that was closer to the door that way we would be out of their way and they could clean. As we were getting our food the cashier tells us that we are no longer allowed to eat at the tables. That it was to go only. Me and my husband got upset because now we were forced to eat in our car since we live 40 minutes away! We made no big deal but I advice to put a sign out on the door saying that the dine in area closes at 8:00pm.

Love this place!! Food is always hot, fresh, and fast! Staff is friendly and the dining area is super clean. You can customize your sandwich if you dont like onions or peppers and their online ordering is very easy. My order is ready for me as soon as I walk in, and its always hot. Prices are decent as well. I wish we had started coming here sooner!! Please come give them a try and lets keep good places like this open over here in Garland!!
