Just got my new windows installed yesterday and I am very pleased with my experience working with Window World of Lubbock! Everybody I talked to was awesome, including the owner Rod, April at the front desk, Tom who was my design consultant, and Victor who came out to install the windows. I dont generally do reviews but I felt this was warranted.... Window World was my last call for a quote on windows, they should have been the first. They where the best at all points of sales and service hands down. After having 3 other companies come to my house, Sheri Mann was a breath of fresh air. She listened to my wants and needs without trying to push anything else on me. She is very knowledgeable. It was like talking to a friend, someone you have known forever. She text and checked on things all the way through the process. Each person I delt with through the entire process was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. During install, everything was kept clean at all times. No mess to clean up after they completed the install. They offer a very high quality product at a very affordable price. Make them your first call and skip all the used car salesmen/women.

Rod was exceptional to work with. He took more time to explain the advantages of his product than anyone else, and his on-site demonstrations of the windows capabilities were something we didnt receive from any other company. Rods knowledge of the products and industry overall were very impressive, but more importantly, you get the feeling youre getting someone whos going to stand behind his and Window Worlds work down the road. Absolutely recommend.

Window World should be called Wonder Window World .they totally rock! I feel like I have a brand new house. Jennifer Poss Taylor was such a great salesperson- answered all our questions and brought in the team to brainstorm solutions to some tricky areas of the house. We had great communication from the office on when the windows and doors were shipping and arriving. And the installers were just the best, worked so efficiently and cleaned my playroom better than it was when they arrived. 100% recommend!

Had a three panel patio door installed in my home. The work was excellent. The installers were very professional and very neat. Cleaned up after themselves. And left everything looking good. Sheri Mann was the sales lady that came to sell me the door and she was very informative about the product. She is just the friendliest lady and very professional. Victor replaced 10windows and also framework in 2 days. I am very happy with his work. I had a small bathroom window replaced last yr 2 people and took two days .from another company it looks good but nothing compared to window world wish I just did this project last year. Sheri made this big project not seem so big and victor proved her right. Don t wait like I did talk to them and you won t regret it. Oh also on that small window they broke 4 tiles on my house not a big deal but window worlds did 10 windows and not one tile on my house was broke. That s says it all

We always use Window World. We never have an issue when they install. We always have an issue with their measurements before they place the order and when they arrive the measurements are off as well. So we wait more weeks for the new windows to come in. Overall I would still recommend because like I said never have issues when they install just with the measurements.

First class from start to finish! These windows are fantastic, superior quality and craftsmanship. Rod and his installation crew are great. They explained the process and answered every question put to them. We had nine windows replaced which also consisted of two large picture windows. Marcus and his team put blankets down at each window and cleaned the entire worksite as they went from window to window. They disposed of all materials removed and used a shop vac at each window. What a pleasure to see such care and attention to detail. One screen was damaged during the install, Rod came out and replaced the screen himself! We are very happy with this company and highly recommend them to anyone. Retired USAF Veteran in Texas

16 - 6000series windows ordered and installed. Installers were professional and very informative and friendly. Explained the process and steps throughout the installation. Windows look great and are very happy. Note to customers alot of dust can be produced from removing the old windows and with West Texas wind it can cause some cleaning even with Installers taking precautions. Definitely would recommend Window World.

It made such a difference in our utility bills and the products and customer services and cost was very fair and beat the other bidders by quite a lot. Had Window World of Lubbock do windows in the home. Lindsey and Clifford were the very best!! They both worked diligently to get the windows installed. I had them come and also install a storm door that is absolutely fantastic. Anyone that gets windows from Window World should ask for Lindsey and Clifford to be the installers. I cannot say enough good about the installs. The windows are of very good quality and I love the solar protection.

WINDOW WORLD EMOLOYEES called before arrive at 10 a.m. which is the time we had set up . They were fast and cleaned as they went from room to room to install our windows. Update: Rod, the owner of window world made everything right for us. Lindsey came on-site and fixed both of our doors and made sure they were installed and working properly. Big props to Lindsey who came on-site and did all the work and was so patient and so kind, I can t sing her praises enough. We replaced all the windows in our 60 year old home out in the country. They were prompt and James did a great job explaining all of our options. The installation crew took their time and even with all the sand thats been blowing this spring our window sills stay clean. Unfortunately a review of window installation cannot be posted, because we ordered windows in June 2021 and windows have still not been delivered or installed. There is a total collapse of communication from this office. We have called repeatedly and been told that someone would call us back. They have broken every promise to date.
