Very clean, Manager at this location is very present. Always asking if everything is ok. Checking to make sure games are working correctly. Will say this is the absolute best location we have visited in our 2 month pass. Thank You !

My kiddo had so much fun. Some of the machines werent working very well, you would use your card and the game really wouldnt play. Mascot went around pretty often, overall pretty enjoyable.

I had to get on here and brag about this location. I travel 40+ minutes to come to this location because they have the best games, fresh food, adult beverages, and the employees are super cool. But today I went and Chuck E Cheese was none like Ive ever seen before. He was dancing and interacting and had the moves! I had to find out who this Chuck E Cheese was because in my 20 plus years Ive never seen one move like him! Come to find out his name is Isiah. If you visit there, please give this young man his props cause he is the best!

We absolutely LOVE this location! The workers are so nice and always go above and beyond to help the customers and kids. The games are fun and in good condition and this location is clean and has good food as well. David, the manager is so patient and has the best customer service! We love the staff here as well! Hailey is wonderful and BJ always greets us with a smile kitchen staff is always very kind as well. This is a great place for kids to come and have some fun! Parent tip! Get the summer pass! Im a local, the food prices are high but my daughter is obsessed with this place at the moment so I take advantage of coupons and specials which is super helpful the staff is sweet! There are ways to save! Buy your kids the free refills for the life of the cup, it s worth the memories you are creating for your little ones. This location is very calming and Ive never had an issue.

This location is severely understaffed. You constantly have people waiting for assistance. We visited because it was a classmates birthday. Secondhand embarrassment is real. If youre paying for a party you shouldnt have to ask for whats included in the package. It took 5-10 min. And 2 staff members to open up the ticket blaster. Another thing thats included but would not have happened if the birthday girls parents didnt ask for it. The worst part is that a similar situation happened last year as well.

Super great for kids but there is no ADA compliment seating. We had to sit in one of the party tables and got a bit of grief from servers over it but there was a group of 7 of us and no where my father could sit to be a part of the table other than there. There were also no parties going on so not sure why it was such a stink. Anyway, it was a fun place to take the little kids and they enjoyed playing games and dancing with chuck-e. Wheelchair accessibility: There is parking and plenty of room to move around inside but no tables for wheelchairs to slide up to other than high tops (which isnt helpful)

Worst Chuck e Ive ever been to. The manager BJ was extremely rude to my disabled son. We requested they turn down the music and even though we were the only customers in the whole store they said no. I purchased the Summer Fun pass, and we went to the Garland location off 190. I bought a pizza on Tuesday. After purchasing the pizza, I was browsing my email. The email stated 2 pizzas for the price of 1. I went and showed it to the manager. I asked why I was not offered the 2 for 1 special, and the manager replied that I have to ask for the special the cashiers arent supposed to tell us. Neither was there any advertisement showing the special on the menu posted. This is not how you do business. I was hoping he would offer me the second pizza and apologize, but that didnt happen either.

Best location in the DFW. Pizza SUUUUUUUCKS! Every manager I encountered was cheerful and accommodating but the crew needs work. Most of the party hosts were struggling and I saw other parents searching for their party hosts too. Disorganization kinda defeats the purpose of booking a party. Maybe reserve a slow weekday morning for training and team building. Corporate needs to reevaluate the value of the party. Throw in a salad bar for a parent maybe. Whoever plays Chuck needs a $1 extra, the store manager and them were the happiest in the place. My birthday girl had her hair pulled and crown snatched off and pinned to the ground by some little girl that ran around terrorizing several little kids. I think her parents were deaf so maybe she was too but they sat there eating while she ran around. If your kid is challenged or simply bad you should be supervising them at all times. Parents, don t go on a Saturday even if it s your child s actual birthday if you can help it. Just IMO fyi, parties don t get any play pass pauses which isn t disclosed beforehand don t waste your money on any of the platters Clean facility, all games in working order and crew obviously working hard on a busy day is why I won t let the aforementioned bring down the overall rating across all our visits in the last 2 years Kids had a blast
