This place had consistently gone downhill. The food has declined dramatically. The oysters are pre-breaded frozen junk. It is hit or miss on the boiled shrimp but the snow crab is consistently over-cooked and over-priced for the quality. We probably would not continue to patronize this restaurant.

The Lobster and crab were cooked to perfection. The waitress was the bomb. We had a party of twenty and they were great with our orders. Service was superb. I would definitely drive the hour to come back. Laughing Crab to me put Red Lobster to shame. Sorry!

Had a great time taking a family member out for their birthday. My husband has health issues and cant always eat by the time we get places but he said hed like to go back and be able to try it to. Service was great at the front desk and at our seated booth. Kid-friendliness: They had crayons available and the table cloth was a large white paper good for easy clean up and disposal as well as kids coloring free style. They had some kid options on the menu as well good for younger kids, but my niece enjoyed sharing from adult plates.

I ordered 2 pound snow crab extra corn and eggs with Cajun/Hot at $67. This was the worst expedience, plus 1st I ve had since being open and I eat here a lot. Snow crabs had little to no meat in them, texture was soft/rubbery in cracking, the seasoning had no taste and more oily. My entire meal was awful, I called to let them know and all was said (is I ll let them know) no accommodation or do you wanna bring it back NOTHING! My entire lunch was put in the trash.

Fun atmosphere. We sat close to the entrance and our waitress was great. Very similar to restaurants in Florida that have a low country boil. I definitely recommend this restaurant. Spot on with the different seasonings! Wheelchair accessibility: I am in a wheelchair. Hostess placed us at a table close to the entrance. Once chairs were moved out of the way, easy to maneuver around.

This place will take you to FLAVORTOWN. I am a huge fan of their house sauce on the crab/shrimp boil. Omg.., SO delicious! I got the medium and I can t even image how hot the HOT is. Spicy and fantastic. Crab cakes were just ok but the hush puppies were 2/1 beers during happy hour? Yes please! The atmosphere was great and the service was exceptional. Prices are VERY affordable.

Almost perfect it was a bit loud with the live band but had an amazing experience. The food was great and the service was even better. The wait staff were amazing always on top of drinks asking if we needed new bibs or stuff to clean our hands as its sea food best eaten with your hands. The only complaint was the wait time on the food but if you want good food you have to wait and the food was so on point it was worth the wait.

Was turned away because the hostess told us they didnt have enough employees to keep the tables clean! Thats your problem not the customers! No customers no business get close down! This happened 5÷19-24 after 6pm 3 ladies at the customer service desk with frowns on their faces and the hostess was a short mexican lady with a red shirt black pants black sweater or jacket hair pull back in a ponytail! She made me angry she needs to tell the owners they need help not the customers!

I had shrimp and soft shell crab, my husband had shrimp and catfish. It was ALL overcooked, the breading was thick, hard and flavorless except for the taste of burnt cornmeal. The soft shell crab was NOT soft shell, all though it was cooked enough to melt bone, what there was of crab in it was like sinew. The only good part of the experience was our waitress.

I got the 1/2 of crab and it was decent. Husband just got the fish basket. He barely touched it cause he said it wasn t great and it tasted funny. We got home about 3 hours later, and he instantly felt horrible. Woke up this morning throwing up and hasn t stopped since.

Wonderful seafood place. Would definitely go back. We did the Cajun mild seasoning on a boil with shrimp, mussels, corn, sausage, potatoes, king crab, and crawfish. The seasoning was great, not too spicy. Very filling. There were two of us and we couldn t finish it. The corn was sweet corn. Plenty of space, tables, restrooms were clean. Lots of parking.

Food was good. I got the snow crab crayfish shrimp boil in the special house seasoning hot. They do make it spicy so if you big on spice this the place for you. Very good sized protions. Now on to the service. It was not the best maybe it was busier than normal but we waited over 30 minutes for a water refill and had a spill that was never cleaned up. The water finally came along with the bill. We had asked for another water while she was getting the order for the entrees.

This restaurant was busy and had almost every table filled! I waited less than 5 minutes and had amazingly fast service. I had never been to a restaurant like this and my waitress was so patient and helped walked me through the menu and my options. I ordered a create your own combo with 1/2 lb scallops and 1/2 lb snow crab paired with sausage and corn, there was potato but I asked to exclude that. I chose a garlic butter sauce and this was delicious! They provided extra butter, gloves, a bib, crackers, and a bucket. I can t wait to come back and bring my family. It was a fun evening, with great food, and a perk of not being able to use my phone while eating. Dietary restrictions: When it came to spices and sauces, there were options to choose from!

Located on the outside of Broadway Square Mall. They have plenty of parking. The waiter was very polite and helpful. He even had the cook remake some of the orders because he said it didn t look right. The fried catfish and shrimp are very delicious. We also had chicken wings, hush puppies and gumbo. Everyone enjoyed the food and said it was all very delicious. They also have margaritas and other menu items as well. The location was a twisted root burger company before. Hope to visit again soon. We have ordered laughing crab many times both takeout and delivery. Usually great quality and quantity. This was over 70$ through door dash. quality was top notch however there was only 7 pieces of shrimp in this bag. Only 2 small taters and 1 corn. Very few scallops also. They put a normal amount of sausage though. No eggs like normal. Either our delivery driver was eating it in the way here or we got a smaller portion than normal.

I would give -5 (MINUS 5) if I could. Horrible, horrible Food. Crab so old and overcooked it didnt crack at all and just bent. Calamari like trying to chew a Rubber Band and a Floor Manager that tried to say its supposed to be that way. I guess Boiled Eggs are supposed to have a BLACK YOLK too! Our Party of 10 included a 1 month old Baby that triggered their automatic tipping. When the Waitress realized we didnt like the Food, she wouldnt come back. No refills after repeatedly asking for it. We were not rude to the Server but I suspect when she saw BLACK Eggs and heard the Floor Manager try to tell us overcooked Food is normal, she probably got embarrassed. We stayed, paid and attempted to eat this swill because the People with the new Baby drove over 60 Miles to visit and show off the Baby. It was too difficult to get everybody up, out and to somewhere else with limited time to visit. I will NEVER return to this place and will tell everyone I know how horrible it was. The Food and Service was beyond ridiculous. I hope the Health Department shuts them down. They deserve it.

Server was great. Food was not what I expected for Cajun food. Steamed or boiled in plain water and seasoned after in a goopy sauce. Breaking open the crawfish and crab was so messy and when you got to what was inside it had no flavor. Tried dipping in the sauce but it wouldnt stick due to the oil in it. With other options in town I wont go back. Sorry...

I usually eat here about 2-3 times out the week I love the lunch specials they offer. Today was the WORST experience I ve ever had. Our server can t remember her name (one of the Managers Wife)!! She made it plain and clear that she didn t want to wait on us, extremely rude, didn t ask for drink orders, rolled her eyes every-time we asked her a question, even walked away in the middle of a question!! Another server (Ericka) came to our table she was very friendly and happy to serve us as ALWAYS the food was AWESOME but I will not return to this location again. CUSTOMER SERVICE is everything and we were treated poorly to be paying guests. Thanks Ericka for saving our lunch date.

Service was slow. Coleslaw so bad I asked for some vinegar to add to it.. After being told they didnt have any ACV I asked for at least some sugar. Had to ask for tatar sauce for fish. Ice tea tasted watered-down, and greeter had nonplus attitude.

I got an order of the Cajun chicken wings and the lunch special snow crab and shrimp. They fried the wings perfect, and they were good. When I ordered the snow crab and shrimp, I did the medium all mix with extra seasoning. It was so good! The waiter, hopefully, was having a bad day. She cut me off when ordering. She would repeat what you ordered but still get it wrong or come back to ask you. She didnt check on us unless I waved her down. She did her best not to make eye contact. However, the food was good.

Delicious fried shrimp~large shrimp Not overcooked! Some of the best french fries I have ever had. Kid-friendliness: Relaxed atmosphere and casual dining, kids would enjoy cracking open the crab and butcher paper table cloth makes a good place to doodle while awaiting their meal.

Adrianna was our server, she was amazingly attentive and super friendly! The food was top notch, came out piping hot and delicious. I would definitely recommend the hushpuppy appetizer, beautifully seasoned with the right amount of crispness. We got the combo B for lunch with extra Cajun and garlic butter, mild spice, and it was more than enough food for 2. Highly recommend this place!
