If you want authentic food this place has it. The restaurant is in the back of the small store. Really good food you can order to go or eat there. Kid-friendliness: The ladies are super friendly

I want to post this message just to tell the people who are responsible for this place to be more careful with their cooks. We went to eat a delicious beef and chicken broth but they gave me pure bait in the beef and chicken broth that The chicken was still in the barn, it was raw and the water glasses were dirty and the waitress was very rude and didnt wear a mask. She was sneezing and the chips were rancid and I told the miserable woman and she told me that they dont change the oil.

This was my second time here, took my entire family here for breakfast, everybody ordered something differant, my son ordered a steak with nopalitos, my grand son age two ate with his father, when we got home my son was sick and my grandson has been sick for about three days now, somebody there is cutting corners, I will never step foot there ever

Very slow service. Good food. But it doesnt have staff. We went at lunch time and it took us 1 hour 25 minutes. Only a woman in front who attended and did everything and very slowly. We were 4 people and I ordered a margarita, michelada, coca and horchata. After 10 minutes he brought us the margarita. 5 minutes passed, he brought the michelada. 10 minutes later he brought the other drinks. Then he brought a broth, 8 to 10 minutes he brought the gorditas. After 5 minutes or more he brought the enchiladas. When we had all finished eating, he brought the last dish we had ordered. THEY SHOULD HIRE MORE STAFF. I feel like that was the problem.

Yesterday was my first time visiting, I would rate the restaurant 5 stars because the food quality was good and the staff were really sweet, but our waitress wasn t the best. At the end I went to the bathroom and my fiancé asked for the check and when I came back he told me the waitress was asking him how much he was going to tip. It bothered me because I would ask for stuff and she would bring it late. She was a lot more efficient to the tables with men and also treated them a lot nicer. Also she cleaned the table with a dirty rag. The restaurant was amazing but this waitress kind of ruined the experience there. I hope the manager takes action with this type of behavior. I didn t ask for the waitresses name but she was short with kind of red hair.

Honestly I would give zero stars if I could but I ll give one because the food was good. We went on a Sunday afternoon first time there no one greets us we have to ask where we can sit. There was footprints all over the whole restaurant and chips under almost every table. I took a napkin and wiped our table and it was very dirty you can tell it haven t been wiped down. They weren t busy they were singing karaoke and the customers that were there were already pretty drunk. Our waitress constantly checked on they and took them beers but I never even got a refill of water. We never got the check either my husband had to go ask for it. Never have I been so uncomfortable at a restaurant before I will never go back!

Update: Went in again after some months, i would stick to what they are known for gorditas. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and half of it was just tortilla (see pic). Also when i called in my order after i had told the person on the phone what i wanted he mentioned they had alot of orders that it would take 25 min if i still wanted to place my order. Why not start there? Wont be returning. Food was good, service can improve.

I love real mexican food and this place is truly that! No one working the night we went spoke english and my Spanish is choppy at best, but I know the important stuff like dos gorditas y dos tacos de maiz (one must be able to survive in a foreign land). We werent so lucky trying to order what my husband wanted but what he ended up with was yummy. The al pastor is fantastic and I dont usually like pastor. The barbacoa was juicy and tender but maybe a little under seasoned in my opinion... but that al pastor! Its worth the trip for that alone. The staff was very friendly and helpful but definitely brush up on your Spanish a bit just in case.

Centric location for this place. It is surrounded by many other good food places so if next time I want menudo I wouldnt go here for it.The small menudo is next to $9 and they serve really generous plate with fresh tortilla in my opinion the small plate was enough.The place has some nice vanguard pictures of Mexican actors really worth of taking pictures with. They had good review from my daughter on the gorditas and Al pastor tacos, the waitress are very nice and the place looks clean.$$.

Google states they open at 8 am arrived at the location yet it was very dark inside, the open neon sign was not lit. I Left but i was craving gorditas de barbacoa , so I turned around and went back, got off & pulled on the door which was still locked. It was approximately 8:12 am. an employee came to the door and opened it. I asked her if it was open? I barely heard her response. The lady opening the door was cold, no smile not even a good morning.. a PROPER GREETING!! I tried to talk to her but she was so rude .. the rice was not ready (made) I waited for the rice to be made. When I received my order (2 gorditas rice & beans large horchatas $10.37 kinda pricy) the same lady brought my order.. still with the same attitude as when I walked in. Didn t ask if I needed anything else, just placed my order on the table and left. When I was eating my food I was disgusted with the excessive oil in my plate running down my hand. I waited to see if someone was going to come over and ask if everything was ok but no one did. I was going to show and tell them about my extremely greasy gordita. But no one did so I just threw the other Gordita away and this is why I m writing this bad review.

I ordered 3 gordita specials & a torta through Grub hub. The bread from the torta was soggy. Ive dined at the location asked for the gordita special which has 3 gorditas & a side salad, but when you order through Grub hub the special only comes with 2 gorditas. Not only do I think thats unfair but they also forget to give the delivery guy one of my plates. I called in right away to let them know they forgot to give the Grub hub driver the 3rd gordita plate. They where close to closing so they refused to deliver my food. Not good when your feeding your family late dinner & your short on a plate!

One of the best Mexican places around. Our food is always high quality, as well as fresh, its also delivered in a timely manner. Try the fajita tacos with a jarrito, or go for their daily specials. Our favorite is the Caldo on Thursdays, perfect for a cold or hot day. Their torta is also delicious, I go for fajita, al pastor or barbacoa. Their meats are always cooked to perfection. They atmosphere is also great, and they have good customer service. Make this your favorite late afternoon/night joint for some grub!

It looks small from the outside but it is a surprisingly large restaurant. It s an old shopping center but inside this restaurant it is very new with a modern twist. The staff is sincere and friendly. And most importantly the food was delicious. I got the gorditas and my wife got the menudo.

Delicious food but terrible service. I asked the person who served me if all the tacos cost the same for any meat and she said yes. So I ordered roast. But he put me on the fajita receipt. And I told them that I ordered asada and not fajita. The owner told me that if I wanted roast I had to pay more and I explained that that was why I had asked and that the person who served me said that the menu was wrong and even so he told me that if I wanted roast I had to pay the difference although it wasnt my fault. Thats why Im supposed to ask before and its not that I mind paying more. If when I ask, he tells me the price and I still want it, then thats fine. Besides, they gave me the wrong orders and they didnt give me lemons, cilantro or onion for the order of 10 tacos.

I was craving Gorditas and ended up finding this place after doing some research. When you first walk in you can smell how clean the restaurant is kept. The menu is pretty straightforward And they have pictures of everything which makes choosing food so much easier. I ended up getting the gordita platter which included rice and beans and let me tell you the rice and beans were delicious! The gordita s were just as delicious and they were pretty big therefore I had some left over. The place is nicely decorated and the staff is very attentive and friendly as well. My husband got the Menudo and He thought it was delicious he actually wanted to come back the next day but they only serve this on the weekends. The following week I ended up bringing my parents and they loved it just as much. I would recommend this place to anybody looking to eat authentic Mexican food.

Great service, Everytime I have gone to eat here I get my food fast and not only that the food is amazing. The restaurant has a homey vibe to it and the live music makes it a great space to make memories.

No, I deny that the food is very rich and tasty. But the service is bad. I ordered a Menudo, and it has more corn than Menudo. Did I order a corn with Menudo? And if that were not enough, the pansa was hard. My wife ordered gorditas and I was hot and I would have done the same in ordering gorditas. Next time I will think twice before coming.

Personally, I liked the gorditas and the tacos, very tasty, there was only one small detail that they made mistakes several times with the orders but it is not so important, what matters is that everything is delicious. One of the girls who The brunette with light hair attends, very very friendly...she made us feel at home :)

I love this place! Its beautiful and the food is amazing. Plus, they have Agua de Horchata and you can never go wrong with that. I thought my favorite gordita would be the ones filled with meat, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that their beans and rice are perfect for the gorditas as well. Definitely coming back again :)

I recommend this place for the good food and friendly staff, also nice place to hang out with friends and family for a drink. Its always clean. The food is delicious both lunch and dinner, havent had a chance yet to try their breakfast but Im sure its yummy too.
