This guy is a complete rip off. He has a sign on his door that he takes Amazon packages back for the customer. Amazons policy is FREE! He charged me $5.00 for the return. Not a great way to treat your customer!!!

Owner is wonderful!! He s the nicest guy and has the best service with a smile too! I was able to get my paper notarized, documents printed and faxed for $13!! The price wasn t the best part THE SERVICE WAS!

Love getting hung up on when Fed Ex gave me their number in the first place and stated they were the ones who handled address corrections in the area. As soon as I asked if this was Fed Ex because that was the number Fed Ex gave me they said quickly you got wrong number and just hung up without me getting a chance to say a word. Awesome Customer service. Right on par with Fed Ex as well.

If your shipping a package here be prepared, you cannot get any small piece for free you need to pay for it, and the package is not guaranteed to be delivered since they dont give a tracking number here, so if you want to make sure your package gets delivered just go to an actual UPS store and theyll take care of everything including a tracking number so youll be tracking it till it gets delivered.

Love this place. I have a eBay business and I ve been coming here for years. Way better than having to deal with the Post Office. Way more services. Fair prices. Hardly ever a wait and even when there is it s nothing like the post office and the owner always goes out of his way to help me with my shipping issues and explaining all the different options and possible outcomes from various shippers. I consider him like my shipping and logistics department. Thanks Ammar & Jordan! You guys are the best!!

DO NOT COME HERE. I have an online business which requires me to drop off a lot prepaid packages. But the manager/owner refuses my business even after I offered to pay additional fees but he refused. I used to be a regular since they open late compared to the postal service but no more. More like 0 stars if you ask me.

My family sent DHL Express on Nov 19 and as of today Dec 4 no package received. Owner Ammar Hashan does not reply to emails or does not assist on getting package sent back as soon as possible. Worst service ever and will notify everyone never to use their services.

Normally the guy who owns the place is really nice, but today I got the chance to speak to his employee. I must say he just helped you loose a customer. Great job! Because in today s business world it s all about service. If you re rude we ll guess what... He will loose business and you will be out of a JOB!! Do Not Go Here! Once they charge us for a piece of tape to seal a box, which I already had UPS label on ready to go. This time I went to drop off a few boxes ready to ship with UPS label ready to give to UPS and this guy says it will be $1 per box for handling. No Thanks, charging me to give a box to UPS?!?! What else is this place overcharging for? I ship a lot of items, he just lost potential sales, because now I wont come to drop off my boxes. walk in to his store and but my shipping supplies as I ship quite often. So he has now lost more in sales because of a handling fee

Go to The Post Office or UPS desk or any other large mail station. You hate going there, because they hate you. The loudest and prevailing thing you hear is at those places is NEXT. The Mail Post love what they do, and youll love to keep going there for your mailing, packaging, mail retrieval...theres not much they dont do, and they want you to come back. Businesses like this are rare.

They held onto my UPS package for an extra day, so it didnt get delivered to a client in time for their trip. This is after I paid them an extra fee to take my package, over and above what UPS charges. Completely unreliable. Do not use them.
