If I could give 0 (zero) stars I would. Me and my family were sitting at our table for 30 minutes and didnt see a single person; not to even say sorry and theyll be right with us. If you are looking to eat in a timely manner, then this might not be the place to go.

I believe that most people do not like the hard white, bottom of the head, lettuce in their salad and I got a lot!! I picked them out as you can see in the photo. The big pieces are on the bottom because they were easier to get out. Also, my breadsticks barely had any garlic seasoning on them. Large salad and bread sticks to go is $23.00. Next time order an entree and the salad and breadsticks will be free.

The food was delicious, especially the soups. Our server, Xavier, provided exceptional service and made my fiancée and I s date night very enjoyable. His recommendations on what plates to try were also top notch. This was my first time ever trying Olive Garden and if my future experiences are as good as this one I ll be sure to be back!

Everything was great, nice and hot. My only complaint is that we didnt have sufficient time to enjoy our soup and salad. Our dinner came before we even finished. We talked to our waiter Justin (great waiter) he said that people get impatient waiting for there food. We like to go out for dinner and relax and enjoy our meal, we dont like to feel rushed. We will ask for Justin when next time.

Great service & management here. I love taking my mom here so nostalgic, tasty, and welcoming! Love to see OG thriving in Garland and no matter how busy it is, it still feels cozy and quiet enough to enjoy our time together. Portions are huge. All the staff from management to hosts, and bussers to servers are friendly, fast, and attentive. Special shoutout to Manager Kristen and server Jessica I left my bag with irreplaceable valuables at our table after a stressful day and didn t realize it until the next morning. Thanks to them, I was able to get it back safely in a timely manner!

Olive Garden used to be good back in the 90s and early 00s, but its been more than a decade since the last time I had olive garden and was satisfied with the food. Its unfortunate too because my mom has early onset dementia and she cant remember how bad its gotten the last few years but has started insisting we go out to eat here again. Then after we are done eating I get to listen to her complain about how bad the meal was and Im reminded with each bite that its only going to get worse; her dementia and the food. Its a heartbreaking experience.

I just got food poisoning for the first time. I have ordered the same thing from Olive Garden for years (at least 5-6 years), the five cheese ziti and have loved it. I don t know if I ll be able to eat Olive Garden again now cause I ve never felt this bad after eating it. The server was great, just wouldn t recommend ordering this dish from this location.

My family and I went to Olive Garden for lunch on July 4th and we had a horrible experience. The wait just to order was over 30 minutes and when we finally did ordered, we didnt get our food until 30 minutes later and the food looked and tasted horrible. I asked for extra sauce on the side while I was ordering and didnt even get it when the food came. My eggplant parmesan looked like it wasnt fried long enough and it was soggy. Gross. My husbands chicken Alfredo lunch portion looked like theres barely any Alfredo sauce. Look how dried it looked in the picture. The topping on the cake was having an item on our ticket that we didnt even ordered. I heard another table was missing an order so my guess is the server probably put their order on our ticket. I just wanted to leave after having such a bad meal but it took the server 20 minutes just to fix the mistake. Dont come to Olive Garden if you want good Italian food.

Me and my Man havent been to Olive Garden in 5 years so we decided to go. Well the food was ok, I had the garlic chicken with broccoli and cheese it wasnt bad just didnt like how processed the chicken taste it was not my favorite at all I like a more meaty freshly made chicken and the texture was as if it was something already made out of a package and they just seared it on the stove, We paid $112 for our food my son enjoyed his spinach dip and the bread and salad still the star of the show. I hate to complain because everything else was good, our waitress was awesome, our salad, breadsticks and appetizer was good. We mainly came for the all you can eat soup. We both got the Gnocchi but there was not 1 Gnocchi in either bowl, just chicken and the broth and it really wasn t good without it, it was just ok. I also got the Zuppa Toscana and the sausage was so small it was pitiful. Nothing was said to the waitress because we didn t feel like it was her fault. On the way out I saw 3 guys standing near the door. I asked one if he was the manager, he said no. I went ahead and told him about the soup having no Gnocchi in it. He said what happens is the waitresses don t stir the soup while serving it up causing all the Gnocchi to be gone. It didn t used to be this way

I was sat next to a nasty box of highchairs. They covered up a perfectly nice fireplace with too many tables. It should have been a lounge area. Instead I got nasty highchairs in my face and constant traffic at my back. Other tables near me were coughing and was very gross to sit through. I hate that I spent money on this when I could have made something better without the nasty ambiance.

First two times were good. Third time there was a bug in my food, got my money back but didnt come back for a year. Fourth time, service was horrible, took half an hour to get some service and had to ask for it too. Even after they served our food we still hadnt gotten our water, had to ask for that too. Never checked on us, never filled out drinks, only came to collect the check. Today, however, we came in, wait was short and got seated. We waited for 30 minutes, no water, no service. Many other tables have been waiting too. Absolutely no service. Would give this a zero if I could. Its a shame because the food is good...

Probably the Best dining experience I ve ever had on a Holiday after church. But besides the food being great and service being timely, I was MOSTLY impressed by this server Named Max! This Guy was everywhere! Helping multiple tables with food and drinks, while cleaning up glass spills with quickness!! I literally watched him hear a glass break and shoot across the room, Locate and cleaned up before anybody could even get to it! The food is always really good when we come here. Everything was fine the tables were clean and fast service. I ordered carry out at 4:15 this afternoon & they didn t get a simple order correct. Did curbside pickup. Fast and efficient as always. Olive garden has done a great job at take out. The salad container even has two pockets- one for the croutons and salad dressing individually sealed and the other for the mint. Well thought out! 9/16/23 Back inside post COVID. The menu appears to be more limited but the essentials are still there. There is no longer a secondary menu insert for the seasonal specials. Food is still mainstrean, never ending salad is still great, and service is top notch.

Today I walked in with my family and friends. We had received a text message saying our table was ready. However when we walked inside the girls on the front decided to give our table to a different family. We saw about 3 more family come in after us and get a table right away while we were kept waiting. Spoke to the manager (Thomas), who was very understanding and professional about the whole situation. He offered another table right away, and he would take care of the bill. Enjoyed our Christmas Eve dinner with family. Of course each one of us carried our what we couldnt finish. Perfect place for some family time with great ambience. Parking: Loads of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking.

Service was great once they showed up to help at the bar. Drink was okay. I hate the smell of sewage when you first walk in. I recommend get a table if you want great service. The calamari was very good.

Tonight on 12/31/23 @ 8:45 pm we (me, husband and 2 year old daughter) went to Olive Garden for dinner Sat about 8 minutes before I tapped the server button the the table computer to get service Then Ivan came out and took our drink and food order and then we waited about another 6 minutes for our drinks but I had went to ask the hostess for another waiter but upon the return to the table he was there with the drinks so a manager asked he we wanted to change - I said well since we got the drinks we would keep Ivan as our waiter Well as we were wrapping up - I asked for 3 to go boxes and a to go hot tea Well Ivan returned with my cup of hot water for my tea as he squeezed it the lid came off and the whole cup of HOT water spilled ALL OVER my leg as I jumped up to get the pants from from skin on my leg because it was burning my leg - he apologized and never returned - I went to go to the restroom to dry my pant leg before we left because it was cold outside - the hostess said there was no dryer in there and I told her what happened 2 managers I am assuming came to the table and asked if I was ok - I said yes but that it had burned my leg and I told them I was using their napkin to dry my pants - one of the lady s said I have something better than that and she brought me some big paper napkins and that s was it - the server came to get the credit card to pay our bill And then a happy new year as we left We drove to my moms for the new year and as I finally checked my leg when we got there it was burned underneath and I have marks I m surprised I was not given a discount on our meal or a gift card That is just crazy - I m not sure if I wanna pursue anything as of yet because I don t or have never been one of those people lol But now I m mad
