We had a good time at Buffalo Wild Wings. They have a lot of TVs so you can see the games from any seat. Not a beer drinker but the Twisted Tea on Draft is yummy!! Great place to watch the Cowboys!

Service was horrible. When we got there, the restaurant was so cold that my husband decided to go back home to get sweaters for all of us so that we could eat there and have a nice family dinner. After waiting 20 minutes to be acknowledged by a server, I got up and asked if I needed to order To Go instead, because maybe they were understaffed and they assured me we could dine in. Nachos came out first along with the kids meal and mozzarella sticks, my girls finished eating and we had no drinks. My husband had to go buy a bottled soda from the To Go area so that we could have something to drink in our table while we waited for our drinks and the restaurant of the food. I asked to speak with Dez the manager 2 times, he never came. My husband ordered a dos x in a bottle, they brought us a draft beer which we ended up replacing with a Heineken in a bottle because he doesn t like draft beers. We decided to cancel the rest of our order and just order Wingstop instead because we were upset at the fact that our table was being neglected. We just wanted to have a normal Friday night dinner as a family. I left crying because of how horrible the service was, cameras should be checked and they will confirm everything. BWW should hire another manager because Dez doesn t know how to be a good manager as he should speak with customers when they ask for him and not ignore them, specially when it comes to matters like these.

Buffalo Wild Wings has gone up so much that it s not worth it going there anymore. Which accounts for it to being 1/4 full even during peek football season. 10 piece chicken wings will cost you almost $11 plus carrot sticks $1.75 or if you want fries $3.99 for $15 you can have a real good sit down meal still in most places. This place is getting way too high. Let s all Thank the Democrats for that

Food (wings) were okay. Onion rings and fries were good. Service - Sucks. Our waiter got hurt after we refused to do a sign up rewards to allow the waiter eligible to receive a $100 bonus. Service went south afterward. I wouldve tipped $35-40 just to receive decent service. Ill stick to Pluckers. Buffalo wild wings and that service is not worth it.

This has to be the worst location Ive been too. The waiter was lazy and seemed to be avoiding the table at all costs. Was very adamant on me using the mobile payment. The problem is there is no way to add your rewards that way. I waved him over and he said oh its linked to your phone number. That was a lie. I spent $88 and did not get points for the meal. When you try to manually add the points on the app you cant because you need a receipt that is printed from their end with a barcode. Their app is also trash. May be the last time I go there.

Been to other BWW as well. This one we went after a concert nearby. First the odour we got to smell right after entering was very strong but we thought maybe it was just the entrance as washrooms are right when you enter. But then that stayed for the entire time we were there. The food was average- although we love BWW s Asian zing wings but it felt way too different here(idk why!) The service was okayish. Didn t felt a warm welcome nor a good eating experience. Felt like we were rushed. I will personally avoid this one location.

Went for one of my sons birthday, as per his request every year for his birthday. Food was horrible, service was just as bad. It was okay last year, plenty of room for improvement. We were charged an extra $80 last year and had to call management and confirm we were definitely overcharged. Gave them another chance this year and unfortunately no improvements were made, and they actually took more than a few steps backwards. We got our food at different times. My husband actually got his food when everyone else was done. No one came to refill our drinks. It was not enjoyable, no comps were offered. I dont recommend this location whatsoever. The staff seemed all confused. Just save your money and go to Wing Stop. Because this place is not it. Oh... Bad we paid more than $200 for 6 people. I didnt check the receipt which was my fault. But Im sure we were again overcharged.

My wife and I ordered to go from the BWW in Garland, Tx at 5125 George Bush Freeway for our oldest sons birthday dinner. First, our entire food order was extremely cold, bland, and we didnt receive everything we paid for. My entire house has had either diarrhea or vomiting from this horrendous restaurant. Second, probably should be the first on my list. The gentleman in the photo was sitting right in front of the checkout area while workers/management seen him clearly sitting with his bare feet on the seat. Then the guy starts picking at his toenails right on the seat in front of the staff. Nobody said anything to this guy. When his order was ready, we found out he was someones Door Dash driver. He never washed his hands before grabbing a customers order. Imagine what hes doing with peoples food while in his car. We will never go to BWW anywhere ever again.

My visit was not a winning experience. The flavor of the food was good, but the temperature and texture was not. If I had to bet, Id say the chicken fell victim to either a warming window, or over cooking. Service was present, but not attentive. Food was delivered, but at staggered times and by several different staff who didnt check if everything was right. Refills/extra drinks were offered, but after they were needed. There was food, there was service, there were seats. None of those mentioned exceeded expectations.

The worst experience I have ever had, I am a tourist, I come to visit and the manager is disrespectful, he laughed at us, he made me and my family wait 30 minutes, there were 18 people and there was a table and they did not want to serve us, they hesitated, they ignored us and they ignored us. He was laughing in the kitchen saying that he only had 2 waiters, and they didnt even want to seat us at the tables because they didnt want to clean any more sections. The manager is a rude person with a bad attitude and energy.

On our way to visit family for the holidays, we stopped to stay overnight in Richardson, TX. This BWW was right in front of our hotel & since we love BWW - we decided to go for dinner. When we arrived, there was no host. It took probably 3-4 minutes before someone showed up to seat us. Our waiter came and took our drink order, and appetizer order. He was nice enough, but honestly seemed distracted. There weren t very many people in the place. We ordered the triple dip appetizer with queso, salsa, and guacamole. Everything tasted delicious. I also ordered a Spicy Margarita, my husband ordered a local craft beer, and our daughter got the lemonade. Our drinks were very good but her lemonade had a weird taste to it. We later asked for a milk for her Instead. Not once did he offer us water, or asked if we wanted any refills, which was disappointing. I asked for water at one point, but never got any. For our main courses - our daughter went with the chicken strip dinner. That was delicious, and she loved it. He and I shared 10 boneless wings (5 were lemon pepper and 5 were Mango Habanero). They were mediocre. There was SO MUCH breading .& hardly any meat. As far as food goes, that was our biggest complaint about it. The flavor of the wings, however, was wonderful. By the time we were ready for the check, our waiter said he d be back with it. 25 minutes later, and watching our waiter make his rounds several times, we finally had to ask again. Again - there weren t many people in there, and only twice on those rounds was he actually taking food to people. The other times, he was just walking around with no stopping. We also asked for another beer for my husband, since we never got refills. He brought the beer and the check together (finally), and upon lookin at the receipt - we d been charged with two appetizers. Ten minutes later - we got him to come over, and I pointed this out. He blamed some girl, and said he d be back. He got it fixed, we paid, and left. Overall, the food was decent - but the service was extremely disappointing.

I like how I read some comments about how clean this location is. If you sit at the bar be prepare to smell sewage the whole time. The food is disgusting. Dried jerky boneless wings, half covered in sauce, and stale overcooked fries. I always go somewhere 3 times before I review it. Over 3 months I have been here 3 times, it s the same every time. Most people write reviews because they are mad, I write them to notify the public what they should expect. Service is always great if you sit at the bar. I haven t sat anywhere else. That s the only reason I give this place an extra star.

Shockingly bad service at the Garland location, check number 60076 server Dominique. She was clearly slammed with tables which I understand. Took our order in a reasonable timeframe. Wait about 10 minutes, my daughters food comes out. Another five minutes mine comes out. Wait 20+ minutes and my wife still doesnt have her food. I track the server down at another table to tell her were done eating and my wife hasnt been served yet. She barely acknowledges me. No Im sorry, nothing. Five minutes later my wifes food comes out, cold. She chokes it down because we have to leave soon and youve already burned 45-50 minutes. Server barely says two words to us, drops the check then diappears with my credit card for five minutes. Finally get it back and settle up. My 14 year old daugher and I stand up and start walking to the door, she shoulder/butt bumps both of us at a full trot, not a word, doesnt even slow her pace. And it wasnt a soft bump either, she is a very large woman. Only thing wild about the evening was the service or lack thereof. Definitely have no intentions of coming back to this estabilishment.

We spent a little over $30 for two meals that were absolutely DISGUSTING. The burger was dry, burnt, unseasoned and cold. The wings tasted like straight up alcohol (bourbon flavor), not subtle and sweet. Very poorly executed flavor. Also they were cold and fries were stale. The building could also use a deep cleaning. My recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings on Thursday, October 12, was a complete disappointment. I took my sister out for a treat, and it turned out to be a night of terrible service and frustration. From the moment we sat down, the service was abysmal. The waiter didnt even acknowledge our presence for the first 10 minutes. When he finally did, it took an additional 10 minutes to receive a glass of water. The appetizer order was wrong and had to be taken back to be corrected. When my food finally arrived, they forgot to bring silverware, and we were given only two napkins for two people. To add to that, the food was somehow really cold and was very below average. But the worst part was that my sisters food never came. Even after they fixed the appetizer mix-up and I had finished my 30 wings, my sisters meal still hadnt arrived. I spoke to the manager, expressing my dissatisfaction and disappointment, especially considering I had been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I had even mentioned to the manager that that location has been on a steady decline over the years. To my surprise, the managers response was lackluster all he offered was to remove the appetizers from the bill. He made no effort to convince me to return or make amends for the dreadful experience, even after telling him I would never be back once more. It later came to light that the waiter had forgotten to place my sisters order, so we wouldnt have received her food even if we had waited another hour. To top it off, the waiter even falsely assured my sister that her food was on its way. To be fair though, the waiter was nice. This experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was nothing short of a disaster, and its safe to say I wont be returning anytime soon. The poor service, combined with the managers indifference and the waiters false promises, left a sour taste in my mouth. This visit was a far cry from the enjoyable experiences I had come to expect after a decade of patronage. I had to take my sister to Wingstop afterwards, where the food was top knotch, fresh and was presented to us in a timely manner.

Should be absolutely ashamed, every single employee in there. This is coming from a family of restaurant employees. I will Never set foot in there again. Over an hour, never even entered our order. 8 customers in the whole place, on a Friday night. Employees standing around everywhere, yet no service. I came in on Tuesday for their BOGO deal at 5pm. We were quickly seated, but it took a while before our server came and got our drink order. We have been here several times before and they would always get our order wrong. This time, we typed it up on our phone and handed it to our waiter to just copy it to avoid communication problems. Disappointingly, the order still came out wrong. Our tater tots that we ordered for appetizer did not come out until we asked about it and were half way done with our wings. We had to flag down the manager and other servers for refills since our waitress was always MIA. We had mango habanero, buffalo, asian zing, lemon pepper and the spicy garlic. They were all a hit except the spicy garlic, it didnt really have any flavor. We enjoy the wings and come for the deal, but the service is always less than desirable. Unfortunately, the deal is DINE IN only and if we want BWW, we will need to suffer through it.

This place is probably violating many health codes. It s never clean, and smells like dirty mop water wherever you go in the restaurant. The staff is apathetic. Placed an order at 9 to pickup at 9:30 showed up at 9:35 and they said 10 minutes went back in at 9:45 they said another 10 minutes?? It s obvious they hadn t started it by the time I was supposed to pick it up. The one exception was whoever was working to go was actually apologetic. But still, overall it was a horrible (and smelly) experience. And this was just to go can t even imagine what it would be like eating in a restaurant that smells like it was flooded with dirty water.

I went with my best friend, her 2 daughters, and her grandson, and I must admit that we received the best service Ive had in a restaurant in a long time, and the food was great, too! I had 3 diff flavors of wings, and we all shared chips w/3 kinds of dip and the potato wedges with cheese and bacon. Loved the new bourbon bbq flavor wings, although the mango habanjero and the garlic parmesan flavors were awesome too! I feel bad I didnt catch our servers name, but she definitely deserves a raise! Super friendly and helpful, with short blond hair, with mid length bangs. Thank you so much! You definitely made it a great experience!

Ordered wings and a wrap to go. It was pretty busy that night but the staff didnt know what they were doing so it took forever to place the order. We waited probably half an hour for the food, got home and the food tasted old, the wrap was full of lettuce, and the wings were completely dry like they were just chicken tenders. After calling to complain, we drove back to get a new order which still took a while to get but at least it tasted better

I have been here a few times and it would be four stars if the service wasn t so slow. The staff is friendly but it s not fast. I used to come here for my birthday. Today we went and it was modestly busy for a Friday night. Ordered drinks at 515. Had a table sit down next to us and receive the exact drinks we ordered (and get seconds and thirds) before we ever received a drink. Had to get up and chase down the manager (jared)around the restaurant just to ask about our drinks. (We got them at 6:05) We also ordered an appetizer as a meal and never received it during the 1 hour and 15 minutes we spent there waiting. The manager (Jared) even guaranteed me that he would personally get my food put of the window next. ( 30 minutes later no food) when I desperately tried to leave and asked for something to be comped, we were charged full price for everything and had to wait on the ticket another ten minutes

I would give zero stars if I could. Some of the worst customer service I have experienced at any BWW location. Placed an order for pick-up on 6/21/23. When I arrived at the location, the team member at the to-go counter looked at me before going back into the kitchen. Another team member came out and did not address me. Finally, the original team member came back out and said can I help you with something? After paying for my order, I checked the contents of the bag to notice that I was missing the additional sauces I ordered. The team member pointed at the receipt and said It only says wet . Moreover, the wings I ordered were certainly not extra wet (a lot of sauce) - in fact, they hardly had any sauce at all. Called the location and was told I could return that evening or following day for a re-order. Tried calling the following day for a re-order and the manager was incredibly rude - stating I was supposed to return the same evening and only after I became frustrated, he (name was Jeff or Jared or Jarret) said well if you really want, we can honor it . Like you charged me over a dollar per wing - I m not going to beg you to honor a commitment your own team member gave me. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL. Go to Wingstop up the street - better food and service.

We visited here today and it wasn t a pleasant experience. We arrived at 8:18pm, ordered our food shortly after, and we did not get our food until 9:42pm. We actively saw 4 parties after us, being served their food before we got ours, after us being seated for about an hour. There was only myself and one other person with me, while the others had 3 or more people in their party. We asked to speak with the manager since we cancelled our order and all he could say is he ll make sure we don t get charged for the food that wasn t delivered and next time we visit he ll make sure to pay attention more and make sure our food is delivered faster. The only good part was the waitress being nice. We will not be coming back.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a favorite of ours, by this was our first time to dine inside this location. The food was excellent, as usual, and overall the service was good. They seemed short staffed as there were long periods of time between visits from our server. I saw a drink, the passionfruit NOjito, from the spirit-free section of the happy hour menu. It sounded good, so I ordered that. When it was delivered, our server said, heres your spicy margarita, and walked away. The glass was rimmed with something that looked like cayenne pepper, and it was floating in the drink. For health reasons, Im not supposed to have anything spicy right now, but especially anything pepper-related. When he came back, I showed him on the spirit-free section of the menu that it was the passionfruit NOjito that I wanted. He apologized and said hed fix it. When he eventually brought the drink, it didnt look very passionfruit, but at this point, we were nearly done eating so I just went with it. It was delicious, though I didnt taste passionfruit. We were ready to pay our tab, but Id barely touched the drink, so since this was an alcohol-free drink, I asked for a to-go cup. He said, thats not alcohol free. Its a mojito. I showed him on the menu, again, what Id ordered. He apologized for the mix-up and said hed adjust the tab to reflect what Id ordered. Im not sure he did, since the charge was for $8.49, which seems exorbitant for a drink made with passionfruit juice, mint leaves, lime, and Starry soda, but who knows? We were very ready to leave, so I finished the drink and we headed out. The drink thing was a minor inconvenience for me, but I couldnt help but think the situation could have been more detrimental to someone who has worked to maintain sobriety. Fortunately, that wasnt the case with me, but for the same health reasons as avoiding pepper, alcohol is another thing I try to steer clear of. But it just left me concerned for someone to whom it might have been more worrisome. Our waiter was very kind, but it seemed he might have had too many tables because it just felt like he wasnt around much and there were a couple of mix-ups. But at least he was nice. We only went to this location because we didnt feel like dealing with Rockwall traffic (its the worst), but Im not sure we will go there again. Food was good, service was decent, but we were there significantly longer than 2 people at lunch should be and paid a lot for a drink that wasnt what Id ordered, so our experience could have been better.
