They don t turn on the A/C so everyone is sweating constantly. Food is pretty basic. If you need somewhere super cheap to host an event, this is it I guess.

The food is delicious. (My 25th wedding Anniversary) service is terrible. Not a good idea to deliberate a big event at ROMA. My cake was not served on time, other things I have instructed them was not followed. I was very disappointed. no room to change for big events. top of that they won t even provide one plate of food to host, we had to go to McDonald to eat after our event. Roma place put tears and i regard i should have use other places. Please dont be disappointed pay bit more elsewhere at least you can get good service.

I had my graduation here and the hall looks nice. However you are not ALLOWED to use the kitchen so there is no place for you to warm your food. Also, the kitchen staff is extremely RUDE!The hall doesn t provide speakers either. Unless you are very prepared ahead, don t take this place as an option.

As a DJ or musician, I will tell you to get busy, my race. The manager of the room only gives you 1 hour maximum to uninstall and remove your things from the room. When we asked her how much time she gave us, she told us she would give you 10 minutes, but we asked her. an hour, talk to your clients before signing the contract, it will help them a lot. If it ends at 1, explain that you will have to finish an hour before so you have enough time to uninstall and take out all your equipment. We were four people and we were able to leave on time if they didnt give you a fine.

The Roma palace had a great ambiance, enormous capacity, ample open space, and the best out of all the food. Sheeba is a great and easy person to work with. She made our meeting reception memorial with full and best service ever can imagine. The food was absolutely amazing and delicious, and the guest was pleased with the taste of food. She was great with communication, help, and support with any request. My event was successful because of her support. Thank you for your help and support. I can not forget their hospitality and services ever in my life. I had my wedding reception in this place, the milestone event of my life. The flamboyance design of their banquet hall, well organized event planner, smiley servers and their prompt services really touched me. My first time going there as my friend hosted an after hour party exclusive for us. So I didnt get to see the entire place. But from looks of it, it looked like pretty decent size event center built in the Indian restaurant. I didnt have much interaction with the staff, but they were constantly working cleaning our food tables keeping it organized

I recently attended a fundraiser at this place. It was definitely for a great cause and we supported that. We werent there to enjoy the food mainly but would like to help others with my feedback. Food was tasteless and the service was horrible. There was nobody to guide the organizers/ host how to properly make use of the Projector screens. I wouldnt recommend if you are looking for a quality experience.

No customer service whatsoever. Appetizers were hour and a half late for our event. When i asked for it, the person in charge tells me that i need to tell him when the appetizers should be ready. Instead of apologizing and hurrying he puts the blame on me. He then take another 30 min to get appetizers out. Food was not good. Appetizers were good but the dinner was horrible. Would not recommend this crap of a place.

I dont know if the quality has gone down or we got lucky when we visited it first time( in 2010). We visited the restaurant during memorial day weekend 2013, the service was poor. The server was kinda rude to us without any reason. Dahiwada did not have any seasoning and the quality of oil they use was bad. Our throats were gone bad because of the bad oil.

I am sure we every one must have heard the ad s in radio all of the time about this place. We took a chance , guess what !! Rip off ! we went up to the manager and told him that one of the dishes is stale/spoilt he said he cannot do anything but charged for it, The other dish was cold at the bottom and hot at the top , with some cilantros thrown in,, all in all the place and food are disgusting! 3 of 6 of us had a stomach upset , don t even take a chance stepping this place.
