Listen to the reviews! Don t give this place a try even for the price ! You get what u pay for. Management/owner was very rude and tried charging me $85 extra for a cheap ugly balloon garland. Balloons were see through and ugly especially for an upgrade . I ll post what I got and what I expected based off our conversation and photos she sent me. I could have totally done a better job myself. Never again just because she had a bad attitude and terrible customer service.

I had my sons Senior Graduation Party event here. I wish there was more stars because 5 just isnt enough! Samantha and her husband are amazing, helpful and absolutely delightful to work with. They are dedicated to helping you achieve your vision. My party was the best because they made it possible. Located in the perfect area, dont overlook this venue!

Was told there would be a refrigerator and microwave the day of event but there wasn t either. Also we were forced to use centerpieces that we did not choose the day of the event. Also the host they provided the day of event was apparently in a bad mood. She wasn t very friendly.

Everything was fine until closing time. owner started wrapping table covers along with people s belongings and plates they were still eating out of. Things that we wanted to keep were thrown out. She was rude and not a word was said to the party hosts. Don t waste your time on this place. Should ve read reviews before wasting my money.

Dont go to this hall, I had the worst experience ever. Mid party she went and turned of the music trying to kick us out 2 hours early. They stoled a whole hour from our event. We paid for 8pm to 1am and they kick us out at 12 Their certified security was two girl s who were about 16-18 years old. They started problems with my guest

Really worst service booked here once and never again, lady was picking up tables like 2 hours beforw the party ended. Threw away some personal stuff just for being in a rush for what idk. Just a waste of money in this salon also making kids pick up and not letting them run I mean their kids what does she expect for them to sit down and watch?? Rude costumer srrvice. DONT GO TO THIS HALL !!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!! I wish I can give this place 0 stars after complaining to them on Facebook they just kept deleting evey comment of people saying they had bad experiences here, not only that but they said they would have certified security and they were two 16-17 year old girls who were starting problems with guest !!!!!! They were also making guest leave early and they stoled a whole hour from our time that we paid for, they were also making our children cleannn !!!!!!!!!!!!!! So unprofessional after complaining about them stealing a whole hour from us, and asking them to show us the contract they refuse to. Not only that but they said we could choose between a jumping ballon or a dj and we didn t get nun. This place needs to be closed down, idk why people start businesses if they re clearly not good at.

The owner Graciela was the worst and unprofessional person ever made kids pick up the play room and couldn t even play in there if they were not sitting down. Started picking up 1-2 hours early. Cleaned up tables super early as we ll threw away air pods.

I don t recommend this place! The owner was very rude to us guests and kicking everyone out before 10:00pm which is the time agreed on rental. She even locked door to restrooms at 9:20pm. Very unhappy.

The person that was in charge of the hall was very rude to all my guest especially towards the end of the event telling my guest they had to leave 20min before the event was over she even locked the bathroom prior to the end .I felt really bad for a my guest and was embarrassed and even said to our guest that if we weren t out by 10pm she was going to call police on us This was very rude of her . I will not ever rent this place or recommend this place ever again.

this place was extremely unprofessional, the lady/owner stays at the event while the event was taking place, harassed the guests. Tells the guests to leave the event 15 minutes before the event over and also threatened to call the police when we wanted to stay till 10:00, the time we paid for. I do not recommend this hall its a waste of time and money, we can never get those memories back again. Event ruined.
