The customer service was good!! The food on the other hand was a 0, my husband and I decide to go last night and the chicken wings were old and hard you couldn t feel it was a rock and when the guy served our chips and salsa it had a hair on it I know it wasn t mine,my hair was in a bun. We only took a few bites of the food and today we woke up with really bad stomach pain and a bunch of bathroom visits. This is unacceptable

The manger got us seated quick but as soon as he left done hill, not expecting fine dining but when I get a burger that is just grease and no flavor kinda crazy I did tell the server I didn t want a to go box for my 3/4 of my meal because I didn t like how it tasted not wanting anything but instead of sorry to hear that he just brushed me off and didn t say sorry that s all I really wanted definitely won t come back just off that

I brought my fiancee down here for some mozzarella sticks and they did not disappoint. The chipotle ones were the best. Drinks were fire, food was great. I left a very happy man. The waiter was very friendly and the food didn t take long. I m glad we made a great choice.

The food and service were great!! Brandon was our server, and he was awesome. He had several tables, but he managed to stay on top of the drink refills and the extras that we needed. Was not really happy with the greenbeans, a little blah, wish they had broccoli. Something about a broccoli recall . One question: Why are they not putting sugar, salt, and pepper on the table anymore?

Omg, my favorite Chilis Falling apart, where is management?? 1st of all I prefer to be seated in a dine in area, but it seems like everyone was being directed to the bar area.....maybe alcohol sales are low. Then I order a Steak with loaded Mashpotatoes, I get a steak and waiting 30 minutes to get Mashpotatoes obviously at that point got my food to Go! The waiter Victor found it amusing, I bet if he were in my position it wouldnt be. I pray my Favorite Chilis isnt turning into the Ghetto Chilis like at Northwest Hwy but I am really disappointed Tonight oh yes please arrive way before 730pm because the waiter said they run out of certain Foods!

Its usually a hit or miss with this location! We have a big family most times 5 adults 1 kid and 2 babies. Its hard to fit us sometimes! But today we had the younger Travis as our server. He was just wonderful and our kids are sometimes not perfect but he didnt mind! Love that. Also been here other times and we ask for Tate and hes always a delight!! So is older Travis ! Top 3 servers at this location hands down

First of all Travis or server was amazing. He accommodated my group of vegans and vegetarians. Im not one so I got a bacon burger and chicken enchilada soup which was really great. Chilis is probably the most reasonably price dining out experience you can get right now.

All of the food came at one time. There was no time to enjoy the app. I felt very rushed even though the restaurant was not crowded at all. When I go to a restaurant I am looking for a relaxing experience not fast food experience. All of that said I will go back. Maybe sit at the bar?! Perhaps you should really read the post below again! I was trying to remain positive about the past experience I had and to let you know that you do have a serious underlying problem! I couldve ended up in the hospital over Brandon not listening to my urgent need! Please reread this and then get back to me! * 1st the positive part! Been coming to this location because of the great service and great food! Server Travis is awesome and we will wait for him from now on our not eat until he is back at work! Nevertheless, this time is different. ! *#2 I asked for my burger to be well done, with NO tomatoes because I am very ALLERGIC to them when they are raw. ) *#3 I explained that to our server Brandon but he could give a hoot! He was rude and he took forever to bring us our drinks and napkins I asked for. *#4 Brandon finally took our order and again, I asked my burger to be well done and absolutely no tomatoes. Well, it came out with extra tomatoes and not well done but, red in the middle. *5 He was very rude because I asked him to please take it back. There was no way it was a new burger! Because I could see tomato seeds when it was floppedin front of me. My husband was upset because it couldve put me in the hospital and when he flagged Brandon down, he told him yeah, in a minute he will be there!! *#6 The fact is, Another employee saw we were upset and came over to see what she could do. All the way from a accrosed the restaurant from the other section she saw us and came to help! Not Brandon! He was too worried about seating other guest in his area. Never came back to us once! Another employee brought us the new burger and poured more drinks for us. *7 We were ready to go and pulled up the bill to pay but was not sure how to redeem our rewards. Again my husband motioned for Brandon to help but.... instead he stayed behind the bar and yelled out how to redeem it! He wasnt busy! Just too lazy to help! We were very done with him and my husband asked if he could leave the tip for the other lady since she was the one who helped? He said oh, yeah yeah yeah! I will make sure she gets it! I know my husband trust way to much because I know she didnt get it! Which is sad. We will continue to come back but will wait for our waiter Travis and will NOT let Brandon serve us. This was not the 1st time we had Brandon and he was the same rude guy then as well. I let it go the 1st time but decided to say something this time. As I explained, been coming to this Chilis for years and we dont live around the corner! We drive in from Fate, TX just to dine here because of the great service with Travis and other server However, had to tell you about Brandon. Also, he was rude to others who was there this day as well.... just wanted to share this with you. They were very accommodating, we had a party of 15 people and, even though we waited about 40 minutes (which I understand) the hostess was very friendly, and the food was relatively quick. It also was so good, I hot the Old timer burger btw. The only reason the atmosphere got 4 stars is because the light on top of us was dead, so we were darker than usual. The restrooms were okay, a bit of pee on the floor, but nothing out of the usual

Tried the burger with brisket. Its not real BBQ, but the shredded beef and sauce were tasty. SO had the appetizers combo - great as usual. She liked the margarita, too. Service was great - friendly but not overbearing. Kid-friendliness: Obviously, its a bar with food; small children would be better served elsewhere.

I came to eat Mother s Day dinner by myself with my daughter and my server michael was really attentive and made sure that my order was correct. My family visited the Garland, TX location. We had the pleasure of being served by Travis. He is hands down the BEST server I have ever had. Our meal was great, but he made it better. Travis was attentive, positive, went above and beyond for my family. Not only was he the best Server ever, he still managed to sweep the floor and do other tasks in-between. He never skipped a beat, was always moving, and did the absolute best. Travis shared with us he worked there for 8 years and I can see why. Heartfelt thank you! Please reward him!!!!

I had the new Chilis Philly and the taste was really good but its a very messy sandwich. Im 63 years old and probably eat an average of 250 sandwiches a year. That means Ive eaten around 15,750 sandwiches in my life. I would say this sandwich was in the top three messiest of my life. I ate it open face with a fork and it tasted great, just too messy for 5 stars.

Ive been coming here since 2020. This place has good inside service. JUST INSIDE THO. There delivery and take out sucks so much. This is the second time they have forgotten my drink. I requested to sub grilled chicken for breaded + Buffalo sauce. I watched the to-go lady (dakota - extremely nice) go back and confirm they can do it. They all confirmed they could do it. They then added a breaded chicken patty to my salad, didnt even cut it, nor toss it in Buffalo. I even left a 50% tip due to the extra requests. At this point, its just insulting. Husband and I went here last night 8-2-23 we just wanted to get some drinks and unwind at the bar . 100$ And 6 drinks later we walked out of the bar so sober we questioned if there was any alcohol at all in our drinks witch were 13$ ! Normally I would say the bartender just wasn t experienced but the drinks got stronger the more we ordered which just seems intentional and as if the bartenders are being told to make them this way if you want to just stop for drinks stop somewhere else don t waste your money here trying to get drinks !I mean who spends 100$ on drinks just to be not even buzzed at the end of them ? Total waste of our night time and money .

Food was good but cold. Service was slow and our waiter checked on us 1 time. I always forget why I dont go to chilis anymore and after walking in and seeing 1000 TVs and the tablets on the table I was reminded Food : 3/5

Cooks need to listen to special orders, or its the wait staff.. either way, 2 orders out of 3 were wrong, and they just tried to scrape the mustard off the meat (gf eats plain and dry and gets bad acid reflux) So after talking with the Mgr, its the cook evidently. Its alright, they just waste food due to him/her. Sounds like its coaching time.
