I was freaking out trying to find last minute FNAF gifts for my daughters 19th birthday and everyone was sold out. The 2 ladies working here are amazing and scrambled to help me get exactly what I needed. They are amazing! Ren and I didnt catch the other ladies name but tysm for helping me make my daughters day so special.

So everything so far is good. I will say I got scammed bc they stole 50 dollars from me when ever I did an order online. What happened was that I went in store trying to bye a swear for my brother. I asked about and they told me that they didn t have the size ins tore but they could order it and I can pick it up in store. Actually being honest they gave me the option to bring delivery at my place or to pick it up in store and ofc I choose to pick up in store because im to broke to even pay for delivery so I choose to pick up in store because I thought it be easier so a week later I came back and checked on it. I went I a little too far thinking a week would be perfect to check back on this order. I just don t know how things works. ANYWAYS as I was saying I checked and out of nowhere I my order was never put in place in first place. After knowing that I was like ooh that s fine. You because I remember that if something went wrong they give me my 50 dollars back in a gift card. Before anything she explained to me that if anything wrong were to happened during my order I would get my money back in that gift card. So when I went back to check on my order I asked about it and they said that there was nothing in there so I was like pissed about it but I didn t say anything because I was like ok it s not her fault. BUT STILL LIKE THEN WHAT !???? in the end I didn t do nothing about and I had to buy the sweater again for 50$ again!!!. This happened about 2 month ago and I haven t been back ever sence then. I even have the card that they wrote on it 50$ and the receipt of when I went there. It s crazy how I end up wasting 100$ thinking I can t never get scammed in store like that. So I don t trust this store no more. In recommendations it s good stuff and everything look cute and cool but they be stealing money.

This place is amazing I ve gotten so many skirts and accessories from here. I love the fact that the online stuff sends the way it does. I was able to sneak 2 skirts right past my religious grandmother who would disown her grandson if she knew the way he dressed. I just went this morning and got a bunch of cool stuff on their clearance sale. The people there are so nice and I love going in the morning when I know my favorite employee is there.

Of course hot topic is good. Recently, I have been a little more disappointed that they only have anime stuff for the most part. I like the horror genre stuff and of course music. I like some anime stuff, but not much. There is a lot of cute stuff lately, but its from shows I havent watched. I guess I just wish it were more like it used to be with just a lot of cute clothes in cute styles and band shirts instead of all of it being from a show or character.

I bought something online that didn t turn out to fit, so I returned it to the store instead of mailing it back. It made more sense because I lived close to a store. The employee seemed very annoyed and proceeded to tell me about the shipping sticker that comes with it when I ordered it and how I should have sent it back that way since the store didn t carry the collection I had bought from. I proceeded then to tell him that the sticker said I could return it to the store as well so I didn t see a problem. I did end up getting my money back but still felt very annoyed about how I was talked too. Maybe he was having a bad day or something but if the company policy says I can return it to the store don t get upset with the customer about it.

Everyone at this location is friendly. I recently ordered online and called them to ask what to do. I spoke to Jason and he pointed me in the right direction. He was very helpful even if he couldnt do much for me short of giving me a phone number and the steps to return a product. Luckily, the customer service person was able to help me.

Other than the Pop! Vinyl, I dont have a lot of reason to go in here. The pop culture is awesome but the prices are a bit insane in my opinion. The quality of the material isnt great either. I wash all my clothes in cold water, light dry cycle, but the clothes I buy here always tend to shrink on me.

Everytime I come into this store I am always greeted with a friendly face or someone with a very great bubbly personality. I love talking with the staff members. There is one gentleman that works there that is always there when I go in and he makes the store 10x more enjoyable to be in (cant think of his name but I will edit when remembered).

I had being calling around for an item, and this store had it! It was a pleasure to speak with Jason who found the item and not only put it on hold but put it on hold for a little extra time so I could be sure I had enough time to get it! When I arrived at the store Keith helped me out and even told me about some great in-store deals going on! I saved $15! Worth the drive for the customer service! EXCELLENT!

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GET THE CREDIT CARD The lady sales associate/manager convinced me to get it by telling me it does not hard inquiry well guess what. I get my email today saying my credit score changed because IT DID DO A HARD INQUIRY. That kind of belligerent lying just to get your number of credit card users up, is outrageous and extremely off-putting. I will be calling the store to complain because I refuse to let any other customer get tricked like this.

I bought a bathing suit here and washed it according to the instructions on the tag. It was ruined and stained all over just by laundry detergent. Nothing could get the stains out, so I emailed Hot Topic about a replacement or refund since I believe it was a quality issue on their part as I followed their wash instructions. They refused to do anything for me since it had been washed. I dont think I will shop here anymore!
