When I was going to have my event everything was going very well, until that day when it had to be decorated. Rose was just on top of us rushing to finish being that we did it a day before! Apart from that, I paid for security on the day of the event and instead a friend of hers came because the police couldnt arrive ! When I made the contract she offered me for another 1000 dollars the sound of the places speakers and the lights on the ceiling! I paid for them and that day she didnt want the DJ to connect to the sound of the room which I HAD PAID FOR. The truth is the rating it deserves!

I was thinking about renting this space but by the response from the owner on these comments shows me a lack of professionalism and class. I ll pass. Side note. These are people experiencing. Don t be rude and unprofessional. Take the high road

If i could give it zero stars i really would , for one they literally scam people and they do something weird with their contract , we threw my cousins 15 here and at first the lady was nice but later on she started acting very greedy and made them pay more than they should and there was nothing they could do about since they did something to the contract , second the lady lied about having a bar tender and having people that pick up trash and bring food to people and third she lied about decorations way before they signed a contract , this place is a whole scam don t even consider throwing a party or any event at this place

No heat!!! Freezing cold inside. If your going to open a venue during winter you need at minimum portable heaters. Place is fire hazard, clearly Garland FD does not do routine inspections. Very run down and not maintained well. But hey! They have amazing sound and light... So must be good! Lmao...

I would have thought Life Line Solutions could have rented a better place to do the screenings than an old abandoned theater. Screens were set up for individuals, but I didnt feel there was enough privacy for patients. I am hard of hearing and since we had to wear masks, its difficult to hear some people muffled voices. I asked the nurse and technician to speak a little louder and slower, but got a strange look instead of acknowledgement. Im glad I had the procedure done, but would have chosen another location knowing the area.

This place is a fraud!!!!! They will intentionally book events on the same day without you even knowing and will not want to return your money, however cops were called. My cousins got their money back after all, but do not trust this place!!!!! Go somewhere else!!!!

Necesitas visitar este lugar! This is a gem! The venue is absolutely unique and beautiful! Sound quality is beautiful, 2 rooms with 2 projectors, 2 dance floors that light up, and an owner who is AWESOME! Hes willing to work with you! You can even have your name display in the lobby as you walk in - on the ceiling. The outside also lights up. This is something you haaaaave to see for yourself!!!!!
