My unhealthy love of fast food, has me eating here a lot more than I should. Only 5% of the visited time there have been employee s that are short on temperament and don t look like they want to be there. Giving 5 stars because they took initiative to show up and assist the public. Have had a few times they have forgotten food, once I got the wrong order, but they were very busy many of those instances. I prefer this location.

Friday, September 20th, 2024 around 9:30pm. The young lady at the 2nd window had such a terrible attitude. She was trying to hand me a Large Caramel Frappe but I told her that I ordered a Large Mocha Frappe. She proceeded to ask for my receipt. The nice gentleman at the 1st window that took my payment asked if I wanted a receipt and I said no. So I didnt have a receipt to show her anyway. I told her it doesnt matter what my receipt said. I know what I ordered. Whomever punched in my order must of accidentally hit Caramel. She proceeded to shove my bagged food to me. Just rude! Then had me pull forward to spot #1 for my mocha frappe. I wish I had checked my bagged food, before I left. Fries and nuggets were lukewarm but still edible. My double cheeseburger was old. The meat was hard on one side and the cheese was old and dried out. I keep telling myself not to go back, but I love McDonalds (when items are freshly made).

Food was gross. I ordered a qtr pounder with cheese and they gave me a plain one.. never said plain at all lol I told them I just wanted the burger without the meal. Guess they just don t listen. Then got a mcchicken and I only ate half cause you can tell the chicken patty has been sitting in their patty tray for over 2 hours. Disgusting bro. Never going to McDonald s again especially here. Everytime I go here it s disappointing asf. Stop allowing these kids to leave patty s in the patty tray all damn day and serving it.

The recent experiences at this McDonalds location have been disappointing. Over the last ten visits, the orders have been consistently incorrect, despite efforts to streamline the process by placing orders online. It seems that even with this convenience, the accuracy of the orders has not improved. It is perplexing that such a simple task, reading the order and fulfilling it correctly, has become so challenging. I hope that this feedback will prompt necessary adjustments to ensure improved service quality.

Although we did not eat the food. The play area was dirty and my sons socks were black. The worst part about this location is theres not any changing tables in the men or women restrooms. Our son had a full diaper and we had no other choice but to change him in the car. This review is for the owner or corporate office to address. The staff was friendly and attentive to all the customers equally. This establishment is specifically designed for children. So I strongly urge the owners to take immediate action to address these unacceptable concerns. 27 August 2024 , this morning - the MENS rest room floor was DANGEROUS...! Asked to speak to manager , she said the floor was like that purposely....they were told to leave it that day - I asked who told her this and she says THEY told us to do it like that. NO SIGNS OUTSIDE BATHROOM , NONE - Whatever was left on the floor , manager said for 24 hours , left the floor DANGEROUSLY Slippery....NEVER - EVER , ANYWHERE BEFORE , have I encountered a floor left in this condition... Ordering 4 - #1 Big Mac meals, medium size, at the drive through is not rocket science, right? I received something totally different. They told me that I had to drive around and get at the end of the line, if I wanted anything different than what they handed me and if I didn t, I could go to a different McDonald s. I find it odd that the credit card machine is always down at night. They only accept cash after 10pm. I ve been there on multiple occasions and their system is down and cannot use rewards or pay with a card. I have emailed the local franchisee owner or area manager and simply doesn t follow up to calls or emails. Update: They removed my review, so I m posting again.

The food is fine, but if you come late at night expect to wait at least 30 minutes to be served through the drive thru. We always order on the app but it still takes FOREVER to get someone on the intercom to just take your order. They need to either hire more people or to speed it up.

This is the most well-run McDonalds Ive ever been to. I pass two McDonalds on my way here from my house. Every time I come, it is very well run. The staff is highly attentive, and the food comes out very quickly despite being extremely busy. To top it all off, we just had a tornado in the area and they are running like a well-oiled machine. Had to do the pull-up and wait (but I only a minute or two), but the fries were crisp and hot, the burgers were cooked right, and the soda was mixed correctly. Service was quick abd c ery friendly, you would have thought you were in 1970s McDonalds. Parking: Theres even a big rig and bus parking area. Plenty of handicapped parking as well. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps are nice and wide. They are not so steep either. There are several handicap spots as well.

Roaches and gnats. The ketchup dispenser was swarming with gnats Very large roach running across the dining area. A Hispanic woman with glasses who works the front went to the restroom and did not wash her hands. Manager was talking down to an employee and it was just unpleasant to see. I ordered a small chocolate milkshake with my meal. I was handed a very white looking shake. I said, Im so sorry, but this was supposed to be chocolate. She assured me it was. Kathleen D. Was amazing! She was very sweet and polite and helped with all of our questions. We had gone to the McDonalds on 31st st. In temple and its only 7:30, the lobby was closed and when I called the person who answered was so rude. I would highly recommend this McDonalds in Belton!! I dont know what happened because this was the the best McDonalds around not that long ago. Now, its our least favorite and everyone around seems to agree. They are always out of stuff and most of the time they say they arent serving Frappes because theyre out of supply or the machine doesnt work.
