Excellent and I highly recommend. William represented us in the sale of a property and did a phenomenal job. He helped guide us through the process and was able to get it closed even though Hurricane Beryl hit after we had the property under contract. I would highly recommend and will use him on future deals.

If you need a real-estate agent please call William. You will not regret it! He doesnt stop when he finds you a home. He is an ace with every step through closing. Everything thing from understanding your insurance policy options to just helping find the best utility companies!!! Lol. This is our second house together!!! And if this isnt my forever home....William will help me find it!

William Needs At Least 10 Stars!!! I cannot recommend William Jenkins enough! The amount of time, effort, and energy he put in to selling my property was amazing! When I finally decided put my late father s estate on the market, I was dreading the entire process. I asked William to give me an unbiased opinion on what it was worth and what would be necessary to selI. Within 2 days of seeing the property, William had it ready not only for pictures but for showings! The property was listed and we were under contract within days. His communication skills were always on point, whether email, text or phone, he was always available. Even Hurricane Beryl coming through didn t interrupt his communication or our closing timeline, despite him having no electricity or internet. He went above and beyond in every sense of the word, I could not be happier with the entire process.
