bro lemme tell ya, i came here to get some yum yums and our waiter bro Spencer was like i got yall bro this bro had our drinks FILLED and our food was brought out FRESHHH and FAST bro. this mad lad even took a bullet for me when some tweaker who i didnt offer a smoke to came in and tried to BLAST me. But ya boy SPENCER came in like Clint Eastwood saving the day. me when spencer tell me what to do SIR YES SIR HOORAH!! 10/10 would eat here again, came all the way from jacinto city for the spencer special bro Dietary restrictions: my gut is SUPER picky and you know a quesadilla aint the healthiest thing, but i ate some and still felt okay, forgot it in my car for hours didnt even heat it up and its STILL GOOD BRO 10/10 quesadilla

The menu was smaller than last time (who knows how long ago) but the food was amazing. I had a 6oz steak cooked perfectly and my boyfriend had a great double stack burger. Very busy on a Sunday night but the staff was attentive and our server Spencer was very hospitable. Also perfectly timed experience with getting our to go order and dessert when we were ready.

Worst visit ever! Service and quality have steadily gotten worse and worse! Ordered soup which was served without the correct toppings and had only 2 tiny chunks of chicken. Sent it back only for it to return cold. Bowl was initially only half full and actually looked like it was taken off of a table that someone else had eaten from it. Thats how little was in the bowl of soup and missing all components of said SOUP. instead I was served broth and 3 little chunks of chicken. Theres more in a can of Campbells than what was served to me and expected me to pay full price for! Sorry, not sorry! Do better!

Heading back to Dallas from a Beach getaway. Sometimes you just have to stop and pick up some of the Southwest egg rolls. Everyone likes to complain but I want to rave on our service, Michelle was tops. Came in for my birthday to have lunch and was met by this delightful being Izzy the day server / bartender... I couldnt deside on drinks she came with a very fun titos punch. She was also teaching another server who was training for bartender you can just tell Izzy enjoys what she does it shines through and she puts a lot of pride Into her work ....well with her I would say day because it looked very effortless to her and enjoyable not like work at all .... Ive been in the food and hospitality industry for 30 years and I tell you what if this industry had more izzys in it it would make eating out so much more pleasant.... chilis food is great its our go to place but Izzy is why we will continue to drive the extra 15 minutes to enjoy or everyday favorites.....

This is our go to Chilis !! The greeting at the door is always friendly and upbeat, the food is always great, and the atmosphere doesnt disappoint. Our servers today were Alex ( trainer ) and Spencer ( trainee ). Both had great enjoyable personalities !! And hands down some of the very BEST service weve received anywhere. Conner our server had a great smile and laugh, and he was polite and friendly. He gave us great service and made sure our meal tasted great! We had a technical difficulty with the z kiosk machine when paying, and Conner quickly grabbed Brandon who I think was his manager. Brandon was professional and empathetic with the situation. Food was great and the place was clean. The service good but it always seems kinda lackluster the place needs a face lift. This is normally a take home place. I love their honey chipotle chicken crispers.

Just got done attempting to eat my 10oz sirloin steak and broccoli WITH MY HANDS. Deliveries going out to hotels dont get $0.05 worth of plastic plasticware and salt packets to make it edible. It had zero flavor and was no where near medium rare. $30 sent to the trash can. Tool a 3 year break from Chilis after 2 horrible visits to the Galveston location only to have this happen. This whole corporation is a thing of the past. Never again.

I ordered a Cajun chicken pasta and I was so shocked to find out it was almost $18!!!! For ONE pasta. At Chilis. The employee was friendly but the food was not that great. It was cold too and def not worth it for the price.
