Absolutely worst retail store for Verizon! Last year was charged for equipment I never left store with. I fought with Verizon for 6 months to get charges removed. August 6 of this year store representative was not able to setup Verizon 5G Home Internet after 3 hours so I left store and ordered it online directly from Verizon. I received the device in several days and set it up myself in 15 minutes. It is the stores responsibility to return the equipment they failed to setup and credit to my account. I am now getting notices from Verizon to return equipment (that I never received) and my next bill will be charged $212.50 for equipment that was never in my possession. This store is simply incompetent is following processes outlined by Verizon. I will not go through another 6 months of arguing with Verizon about equipment that I never had possession of. I was told by Verizon today that the store should NEVER have even attempted to setup the equipment because it is location specific and should have been setup at my home address only. Stay away from this store!!! They are idiots. UPDATE 9/14/2024 I returned to the store today and provided the assignment #, IMEI #, SKEU # of the Verizon 5 G Home Internet device in an attempt to resolve this issue. Kuddos to Peyton for his patience and diligence in resolving this matter. He understood this was an issue between Victra and Verizon and I was simply stuck in the middle unfairly. He demonstrated professionalism and clearly understood the root cause of the issue and addressed it in a timely manner. He discussed with Verizon and resolved the matter to my satisfaction. I was provided a ticket # as proof that the issue has been resolved should I get a bill or notice from Verizon for unreturned equipment. As a result of Peytons actions, I am upgrading my review to ***.

Not a corporate store, they can t help with anything. They have a system called VIctra and the fees are waaayy different from the corporate Verizon fees. Don t waste your time. You ll be paying 100% more than what you ll pay with Verizon corporate.

Horrible horrible horrible, Ive been trying to get an issue resolved for 7 months. The manager and sales rep that sold me the phone and watch were FIRED. My bill doesnt reflect what I should be paying and no credit for the phone returned. They told me I was getting a bundle deal and the watch was free. Im paying for the watch. Customer service says that the store needs to correct it, and the store says theres nothing they can do because unfortunately that management is gone. Then the new store manager seemed like he was going to help get my issue fixed and now hes out indefinently. The area manager wont return my calls. Its almost March and I got the phone and watch on August. I am beyond frustrated. This store needs an overhaul or just shut it down. Its snake bit.

I went to this store looking for a better plan and everything is a lie I financed two phones, and they charged me a lot of things that they said they were free and charged me all the accessories the screen protector, camera and the case and they told me that they were free that it was part of a promotion and I was asking them Many times and they dodged me the question multiple times so that I paid would pay quickly and in the end they told me that it was almost $600 that to get the phones out of the store and its a lie they used that to cover up what the accessories were. They were not free and had nothing to do with the phones at the end they scammed me they only lie to you to make the sales. In July 2023 I traded up to a iPhone 14 Pro plus. Paid for everything in store, was told my bill would not change. The very next bill was $40 dollars more!!!!! I also purchased a screen protector and was told it would be sent to me ..after several attempts asking for it I still haven t gotten it. It s now the end of November. Mohammad is a very patient, thorough, and understanding employee. I came in with an issue with the new iOS update. I was unable to send or receive SMS text messaging for approximately four days. I walked into this store not having been in a Verizon shop for 8 years. An Assistant Manager came over right away and checked me in. After just a few minutes, Daniel W. spent a very long time walking me through and setting up my new iPhone and also an Apple Watch. It was great service and the phone setup went very smoothly. I went in for customer service. . One of their reps ended my visit with him adding Verizons protection plan. I didnt even ask for it. I had to call Verizon and explain what happened because that was going to add another $60 to my bill. I dont trust them at that store. Im thinking if they promote and can get the customer to sign they get commission. At least it seems that way because even over the phone they ask if youre interested in joining.

SCAMMERS!!! SCAMMERS!!! Please beware and ask what you are paying for before accepting any terms. I walked in to switch over from another provider. Verizon had a free iPhone offer with valid trade in. The rep wanted me to pay $372 for each phone. For 3 lines that would be over $1100. I asked him what I was paying for and he stated taxes. I was absolutely confused. It didn t seem right. I have many relatives that work at competing cell phone firms. As I was walking out a manager- or owner who was dressed as a civilian (very nice guy) asked why I wouldn t take the deal. I explained why and he offered to lower it by $100. I still walked out and went to verify online at Verizon. Come to find out the sales rep was trying to make me pay for bundle deal aka the accessories- for each phone that are OPTIONAL and by the way earns them a lot MORE sales commission. Verizon corporate needs to be made aware of how this franchise runs this store because it sounds like they are doing the Wells Fargo scam to innocent clients. Worst customer service I have ever received because I asked him repeatedly what I was paying for and he wanted to scam me to make a buck.

The saleswomen and leaders are not trained to handle customers. Also, they don t have the ability to solve problems, or give a good customer service. I needed transfer a line from T-móvil to Verizon and have a new phone, but something was done wrong and my account was blocked. Two of them hung up on me when I wanted to call , and one leader refuses to speak to me because she does n know how to solve the problem. I don t recommend that point to sells or transfer a line .

They told me they would give me $1,000 for my old phone, and with fees paid my new phone would be paid off and no contract - that I could transfer my service right away if I wanted to. I went to this location for help because my screen broke. I had insurance on the device but was told by a manager and sales representative that I would have to pay two hundred dollars to have my phone screen repaired. They also said I owed about five hundred on a phone I got for free after trading in my phone and paying 200 dollars. I was confused because I thought the phone was free and I had insurance. I was offered to pay it off but still had to pay 200 to repair it. They suggested that I get another line for 25 a month with a new Google device. I thought that was crazy because I pay 17 a month for insurance. They were very clear that I would have to pay 200 to fix the screen. I was told I had to make the claim online, wait for Verizon to send a box, mail the phone in, and wait for repair. I asked if we could do the process there and was told NO. I asked if they had loners and they said NO. The money I spend at this company, you all cant help me? This is such a great inconvenience for me! I had my screen fixed at a cellular repair shop for 212 dollars and got it back in 3 hours. Come to find out that because I had insurance, it would have only cost me 29 dollars and they would have sent me to a local phone repair shop and i wouldhave had my phone that same day. My phone is how I eat and take care of my family (business phone). My fault for trusting that the staff at Verizon would serve me as a paying customer with integrity. Yes, I should have called my insurance company but, because I pay it through Verizon I thought I could go to them and given the correct information. I believed they would deal with me in honesty and with integrity. I was so wrong! They didnt care about my well-being as a paying and reliable customer, only making a sale. Buyer please be aware. They dont have your best interests at heart. Do your own research before trusting them.

I call today to see if I can pick up my new phone they let me more than 30 minutes waiting to see if they have my new phone and hang down the phone I have to call again I let they know what they do to me so I let them know I have the proof of the delivery to this location and they tells me they don t have my phone and they say they cannot help me cause probably still be at the ups

Hi, I ordered an iPad from here online, they said i would receive and email when my order is ready, (mind you I do have a shared account for my phone with Verizon, I made a different account to purchase an iPad so that I wouldn t be adding on to my phones plan) after about a day or so that I ordered I go up to the store to check to see if my order is ready because I didn t receive an email confirmation, and the clerks at the store said they couldn t find an order with my name, yes I was at the right location, and yes I gave the right name, they kept asking for my phone number but I kept telling them that didn t order the iPad on my phones account yet they kept trying to look into my phones account, they said that my order could ve been canceled after only a day of me ordering, and it makes no sense, the clerks told me to take it up with customer service because there was nothing they could do, so I go home I check the order status and it says it s processing still, so I wait another 2 days , then I wake up and I have received an email that has said my order has been canceled because I didn t pick it up, so I was issued a refund, but they never let me know that it was ready, they just canceled it and I called customer service and the same thing happened, they said that there was no order on my phones account and it s like no one is listening to the fact that it s under a different account, the account wasn t even a full account I used online assistance and they just asked for my name don t know the log in for it, it s been so complicated trying to buy from you guys for the past 4 days with no direct answers or communication. I just probably won t shop here again

SCAMMERS. Absolute worst experience I ve ever had at a Verizon store. After trying to purchase the new iPhone 14 Pro, the general manager told me I couldn t make the purchase unless I also bought their bundle, which was $250 worth of accessories. After refusing, he mentioned there was also a store set up fee, that would need to be added. Worst customer service I have ever received & I walked out. Also, the phone they were going to try & sell me was in a dirty box & unsealed.
