Place is really clean and nice, the server/bar person was very friendly. Got to try a few different samples before ordering my mixed drink, he made sure it was going to be something I would really like. Price is surprisingly good, will definitely visit again next time Im in Galveston.

The girl working here was sitting outside when my husband and I arrived but we didn t know she worked there so my husband opens the door for me and she hops up from her seat and whipped in front of me to get in the door. She had a terrible attitude, like she was upset that she had to take our orders and complained of being tired. When asked what we wanted we told her we needed a few minutes, we were scrolling the website menu, to which she replied that she didn t know how to make any of the drinks on their website except for a few. The drinks on the website were the whole reason we chose this spot. We eventually took two drinks from the machines behind the counter. They were okay. I m not sure who owns this place but your girl is running it poorly. She told us that she isn t the owner but was going to open her own place in Colorado. Thank you for your response. Thank you so much for that offer, unfortunately we were visiting from the DFW area on our yearly trip to Galveston. When we make our way back to Galveston we will for sure stop by again. The drinks on your website are very cool looking and some gave us a laugh! Hopefully you guys get someone in there that cares for your business.

Just left this place and the lady who served us was very rude. She did not greet us at all when we walked in the door just told us kids were not allowed with a nasty look on her face. I seen she was mad asked her how her day was going and she didn t answer and on the way out there door I told her I hope her day gets better. Visit was not pleasant at all and I will probably never go back due to the lack of customer service. I understand people have problems but when you are at work and work a customer service job you leave those problems at the door. I ve done it plenty of times! No excuse.

I was a little disappointed when we tried to get some daiquiris at 8:50 PM on a Friday only to find it was closed. The guy switch the Open sign to off when we tried to open the door. The website says open till 11 PM. Didnt mention anything about it having winter hours.

Im all for supporting small businesses, but i will not be patronizing this establishment, again. The young lady behind the counter was very nice, but she had to mix the drinks as they were being ordered. She really didnt know any of the flavors, almost all the daiquiri mixers were not freezing the drinks. The entire experience was very disappointing. The outside of the business needs attention, also.
