Staff were totally friendly! If you re expecting to be able to do a quick print, forget it. To print out 6 pages changes to $3 and you ve got to do it all manually because you need to use their kiosk ($1.50 ++). Order online? Be prepared to take a long time and put in your addresses cell phone credit card information (this is 2024, right?) It s a pretty wonky online experience. Headed to somewhere I can quickly send a document and print. Sorry for the lousy review, but my expectations were much higher for a national chain.

Every time I come to this particular UPS store there is an issue. Yesterday, I watch the workers tell an older lady that her label for return is for Kroger. They did not even try to give her instructions on how to make the return label for UPS. I know that it is not necessarily their job to do that, but out of courtesy, they could have told her how to do so, especially since she had another package that was being returned to UPS. I had my own issue with trying to get a label printed, and they acted like they couldnt help me with it. I asked if they took cash because I did not want to use my card at their machine that was located at a computer and they told me no. Its strange that the other UPS stores that I have been to takes cash though. I will not be returning here.

The fact the your employee stole the identity of many customers and I mean many customers. This is due to the fact that you did not screen your employees and that is shameful. You obviously have no shredding procedures in place either. Your employee stole our shredding and personal information. We put our trust in you and you failed. This was horrible experience to have to go through. This was all due to your incompetence. The grief you caused is inexcusable. The owner responded and pretended as though he had no idea as to what I was talking about. What a liar. the Harris Co. DA has contacted and I have filed charges on their ex-employee. Our lives were almost destroyed because the owner was too lazy and/or cheap to perform a background check on employees! People please be ware.

I came in the other day to ship some shoes and the employee that help me Seem kind of sketchy as I should have went with my gut I should ve kept the shoes and went through FedEx. Last trip to this location. Customer rep was overwhelmed by the opening rush. When he called me up the phone rang, and his response to the phone was yall are killing me today. Although he may have meant the phone calls I took this as immediate disrespect as a customer. He gave me a single option price for next day delivery of 90 dollars. Informed I checked online and seen one for 60 guaranteed and 15 ground ship not guaranteed. His response was sounds like its cheaper online. I usually recieve about 4 different pricings depending on what time I need it to arrive the next day and usually the same as online prices but It seems he gave me the earliest most expensive price to get me out and on to the next customer. Will not be back.

My husband and I have been traveling and stopped by here on a long layover to ship some items home. We came in with luggage to box up and my husband wanted to send his computer home. Luis was so helpful and patient with all of our questions and trying out different boxes. We had a ton of clothes and misc. items to send back. We are so happy to report everything arrived in perfect condition, including the laptop that Luis himself packaged up. Thanks so much for making it easy for us! Eureka, what a great find! After having breakfast at a nearby restaurant located about 12 miles from my home and needing to make a package return. I had the pleasure of walking in and efficiently being served by Gilbert, a pleasant young man with a smile and swift service. After the pandemic, the Amazon driver knows my name, and the UPS store nearest me usually has a line out of the door..so I hold my returns until I can make the trip here to see my Customer service award winner, Gilbert. I could not believe the service or lack of service I received today at UPS. When I walked in I asked the person behind the register who said his name was Michael do I come to him or the computer? He stated that I needed to go to the computer and pull up the label. When asked did I need my credit card to use the computer, he advised me that I would and to follow the instructions on the left. Anytime I had a question because I never had to do this before he was very rude. He had no patience and no customer service skills. When I went to print I was not sure if it printed behind the desk with him or somewhere else. He told me to look behind me and pay attention. When I printed the label the whole thing did not print. He then told me that I had a QR code I didn t need to print and he tried to reprimand me like a child. I advised him that he should have said if I had a QR code to come to him and if I have a label I would then use the computer. He then told me I was a grown up and that I should know how this worked. He was very confrontational and rude. He went word for word with me. I could not believe it. I would recommend that if you need anything from UPS you go to a different location.

I was arriving, when his despotic and humiliating attitude, he treated a lady with humiliating phrases, she was unaware of the steps to follow in how to manipulate the public service computer and he told her that it was simple like on any other computer at home in full allusion of that she was inept at driving. The job there is to collaborate and help, thats what they are paid for. When I complained about his vile, rude and cowardly attitude with evident contempt in his voice, he told me that I was sensitive. I frequently visit the establishment and I always leave with bad judgment about his attitude when addressing the client. Print return label at home or get ready to follow unclear instructions to get access to log in to your account to print your label. If your like me, then logging in to your account requires a lot of steps in a new computer for security. You pay per minute and an additional amount to hit print. And, please... dont go in a hurry or youll regret it... When I asked if I could email him the return label, he said No, because you sent me a virus and we had to close the store I need to specify that it was first time in this store. Understandable, but what should have taken 2 min ended up taking 10. Go prepared and youll be fine.

Brought in a return from Amazon that I had not been able to apply the tape or label to prior to arriving. Employee Sam was already in a mood by how he was handling the customer before me due to her not being able to place a heavy package on the scale herself. (Nonverbal expressions were very unprofessional). When it was my turn, I handed him my stuff & apologized for the inconvenience of not having it prepared. He didn t speak (verbally, but facial expressions were negative) just started folding the label & prepping it to attach to the box. As he got it in the clear sticker (which he didn t have to use, tape would have been fine) he proceeds to tell me what Amazon prefers boxes to look like prior to bringing in & how I would have to pay packaging fees (for the tape). I have never had this issue on any prior visits to other UPS stores. As I went to grab my card from my car (since item was shipping free) another customer stated this store is always extra. Never again, $4 for TAPE. like what? I ve worked in retail/customer service in the past so I know how you re supposed to greet and handle customers, definitely not my man Sam. Probably was having a rough day but don t bring it to work.

I wish I had taken time to read the reviews on this place, (specifically the previous one) before coming here. I dropped off a package to be returned to Amazon on Fri. 3/10 shortly after lunch and it s now Tue. 3/14 and still no updated status. It looks like I never dropped off the return and now I m worried I won t get refunded because of these folks. What the hell are you people doing?!!! I ve never had to wait this long for a status at any other UPS store and I ve gone to several. The guy that took my package looked Latino, around mid 30 s to 40 s. He was training a young woman and there was a young guy in there as well. I need to know where my package is. Please do not let me come in there asking for answers.

My first time going to this UPS location to return a package to Amazon, and it will DEFINITELY be my LAST!!! When I return my item the repress didn t scan my item, only the return barcode on my phone. A week later still no refund. I contacted Amazon per the reference number given to me by this UPS location it show UPS NEVER received the return, and this is why is I have not been refunded through Amazon. I called this location no manger available on the weekends. I was given a 1-800 number to call where you can NOT!!!!! Speak to a live person. I frequently use UPS stores to print documents. The price has always been $1 per form. This location prefers to charge customers to use an employee computer. Upon logging on, you are greeted with a list of charges. Printing charge, computer use charge, RENTAL SPACE charge. You get charged for using the computer then also get charged for occupying the computer space? You re given 5 minutes to print your documents. If you need more time, pay for it. Not only that, the computer has forms emailed from previous users. This system is a breach of privacy and ruins customer experience. I will not be back to this location!

This location should be shut down. They consistently leave me on hold and never come back to the phone. I call with another number and they pick up with ease. No apologies. Shipped a large item out with insurance and they held it for a week and it arrived 10 days after the scheduled arrival date. They forgot to ship it and made up 10 different excuses as to why. They are clueless here. Have no idea what customer service is, yet are in customer service.

I appreciate the store being open today. I drove over here to see if they would open since Google was saying yesterday they were close June 13-20. I see that Google has been updated and I appreciate that. While going into the store today the young lady on the register got an attitude with because they store hours says when they will be in operations on Sundays and it wasn t ! If the paper on the door says your hours vary day by day can you tell your consumers these hours. I didn t have anything bad to say until yesterday and again today! Now you need to bring back the worker with the curly hair so he can train those in the store now on providing great customer service! By the way this is a printing store you should have a better notice on the door and updated stores on the door as well. I m sure if I contact UPS Headquarters they would agree with me.

I ve come here several times to check my mail.. every time I come the store is closed during normal business hours l. Today I come just to find out they close for an entire week. I believe we as consumers should be notified when the store is closing. This is totally unacceptable and at this point, you can still be blaming your scheduling and manpower situation on COVID! With the unemployment rate the way that it is you can find someone to run your store. I need the franchise owner to know this is horrible and I will not be doing business hereafter this term ends. The door says open in Sunday 11:00 am -4:00pm I go on Googls it says the store is close June 13th -June 19th as a business owner who have packages delivered here to my mailbox this is extremely inconvenient to me! Im highly upset and very disappointed!

I had two packages that I needed to ship to our warehouse on my UPS account and they told me they are out of waybills and I would need to pay out of pocket. Ups carriers are extremely careless on how they handle packages! I sent a brand new powerwheels truck in a new box and it was sent with a eta of 5-6 days. 10 days later my receiver contacted ups and they told him it was damaged and returned. I went to go view the package and it has been ripped open at the corner big enough to put a football inside. As well as black drag marks and scrapes on every side. It shows the carelessness goes into the handling of your valuable.
