While my home is only 1500sqft / 2 bed2bath and I keep it pretty tidy, it still takes a good 2 1/2 - 3 hrs to really clean everything. Not the 1hr & 15 minute s which is how long their people were here. That s from the time they walked in with me showing them around to the time they left. I had to ask if they even went in the bathrooms Since nothing looked liked it had even been touched. Lesson learned. Will NOT use again. To be clear, the two stars are only because they did actually show up, mopped the kitchen floor and dusted a couple of things.

The ladies who did the deep clean at my house did a great job. They arrived on time and were prepared with all of their own cleaning supplies. The deep clean included cleaning/dusting the walls, ceiling fans, and windows; all the places it is easy to neglect or forget about it. All of the appliances in my kitchen look the cleanest they have in years. They even gave me a tip to use Orange Glo on my wood countertops, which helps moisturize the wood as well as clean it. I feel I received good value for all of the work that was done.

The Soarkle team does an amazing job on our short term rental home in Galveston. They are punctual, efficient, thorough and great at communicating with me in-between guests. I can always depend on them to have our house in perfect shape before our guests arrive, and the 15 out of 15 five-star reviews we ve received since we started are a testimony to the great job they do. LOVE LOVE LOVE working with Crystal and her team. Scheduling, cleaning, and payment are all super easy and stress free. I love that I can trust that even the smallest details will not go without being cleaned. Every 2 weeks my busy life gets a little less overwhelming knowing that they ll take care of the house for me they have even done construction clean up for me while we finish remodeling and it just makes everything so much easier!
