We LOVE our membership to Altitude! It s worth it 100%. They have plenty of fun attractions and activities like the trapeze, ball-pit digital wall, diving board, etc. Their membership perks are also worth the monthly payment. Their employees are young and funny. Some Need a little help focusing on their job, but Jacob is very focused and professional! He keeps everyone safe and in the boundaries. My only feedback for improvement is for cleaner bathroom floors because we go into the bathroom in socks, unless we go put shoes on first.

I booked my son s party at this trampoline park online and confirmed over the phone, but when we arrived, his party wasn t even on the list. They scrambled to put together a single table for us, and the so-called attendant only brought out plates and forks that was the extent of their assistance. We received no help with the party, pizza, or cake, which was incredibly disappointing. The park was overcrowded with way too many kids on the trampolines, and there was absolutely no enforcement of the one-kid-per-trampoline rule or any other rules for that matter. Jumpers of all ages, including adults, were bouncing all over the place, making it a serious safety hazard for younger or smaller kids. My nephew was jumped into, resulting in a broken nose that now requires surgery. While I understand the risks associated with trampolines, I can t help but think this could have been avoided with fewer kids and some rule enforcement. To make matters worse, management showed no empathy at all. The GM couldn t even be bothered to leave their office to check on us after the incident. When we asked for a first aid kit because there was blood everywhere, they offered us only a bandaid or an ice pack, saying they didn t have a proper first aid kit. The bathroom was poorly stocked as well. It was only after this incident that I discovered Texas has zero regulations for trampoline parks and no mandatory safety inspections. The fire marshal informed me that their authority is limited to occupancy checks, with no power to enforce safety standards. This place is a nightmare unorganized, unsafe, and completely indifferent to the wellbeing of their guests. I would never recommend this park to anyone, especially for a child s birthday party.

This place doesn t even deserve one star. It needs so much attention it s unreal. We went to a party there and it was so unorganized. They forgot to add the party to the list for the day so nothing was ready. They gave us only one table for 10 kids plus parents. No host to help do anything the entire time. Theres padding falling off everywhere, the foam blocks are falling apart, there s nobody supervising, it s overly crowded with zero rules or regulations, the staff is worthless, my son broke his nose colliding into someone else and they didn t even have a first aid kit. Not a safe place to take your kids. Never again.

This place is completely unsafe on the weekends. It was a mad house. Within 5 min of jumping my almost 6 yo was knocked out by an 8 year old that did a backflip into my daughter s head and face. The mom was completely dismissive that her daughter did anything wrong and there was no apology. My daughter s face was swollen red and bruising around the eye and nose.

Grandkids had a really great time here. Trampolines allowed them to get exercise indoors while it was too hot to play outside. Staff at the trampoline park do not enforce rules well, so younger kids need to be watched.

I recently visited this place to give my kids a good time before the school year starts. Although we brought our own trampoline socks from another location, the admission price per child wasn t any cheaper. The kids had fun, but I noticed that the cleanliness wasn t up to standard. My nose kept itching due to the dust, and there was hair all over the place. The foam blocks seemed old, and tiny pieces were flying around, sticking to the kids hair, clothes, and especially their socks. It was quite difficult to get them off, and we ended up having to throw the socks away. Unless the cleanliness issues are addressed, I m not sure if we ll be returning.

We had one of the worst experiences at this facility. My daughter is six and there were several bigger kids not being supervised. As my daughter was jumping one kid who was running wild nearly knocked my daughter out. He hit her so hard that her brand new glasses not only were knocked off but caused bruising to her face. The worker who is supposed to be watching the kids has his back turned to them and was watching the concession stand. Near the wall jump my daughter was jumping and a 13-14 year old jumped on top of her. This place needs to hold parents accountable to watch their children because littles are getting hurt. I ve requested a refund but have no heard back.

So much fun. The people that work there are always awesome, theres plenty of room for everyone to put there stuff away and have an area to chill out in between jump sessions (they have free locks so you can lock your valuables and stuff too), and the actual trampolines are fantastic. Theres a wide array of stuff to do and its all pretty darn fun, they even added a few new areas since the last time I was there. Its also super fun for all ages so everyone can go. If youre on the fence get out there, its a blast.

Swipped my card on one of the games at the back (a kids car) and it never stopped charging me for games. When we realized it was going and going we stood up to let the staff know that I was being charged more than what I paid for (more than one round) and someone else sat in there to play. The staff didnt know what to do, they told me to call the phone at the game booth to make a complaint and get the money back but there was no phone. They unplugged the game and turned it on again but the game kept still playing on charging me. I liked the trampolines but be careful swipping your card anywhere in that place, I had to dispute with my bank but such a hassle.

Racist place! Please be aware before come to this location. That was the second time I was going there after buy my membership. A group of kids including teenagers started bullying my kids and the kids of my friend there. When my friend finally went to talk to this kids and told them to go get them parents the manager very white last blue eyes came around and did nothing. 10 minutes later the police was there and removed my friend and her kids and my kid that was being bullied. Clearly racial profiled, calling my friend a angry black woman bc she got fed up up this group bullying and hitting our kids repeatedly. Police told her she is banned by the property and she need to be 600ft from the parking lot just bc she told this kids to go get them parents. When I got my camera and start filming the police officer changed the tone and the manager said she didn t called the police, was corporation watching the camera and making they own judgement. Btw we cancelled our membership and they didn t reimbursed our money. So be aware if u black or Latino, you are not welcomed!

Our kids love jumping around at this trampoline park, and we keep coming back because of the ample space. We try to avoid weekends due to the crowd. The food options are pretty limited to chips and soft drinks, so it would be great if they offered a wider variety of snacks. However, the fun and excitement the kids have make it worth the visit.

If you have little toddlers, I HIGHLY suggest not to bring them here. Bringing my kids here is the biggest regret and I will never take my children to this establishment again. We went on a Sunday at like 11AM, to have a party for my eldest. 1st off they have teenagers working there who have their air pods in, on their phone and simply not paying attention-PERIOD! Another kid jumped off the platform and ran right into my little one. When my baby tried to stand, he immediately collapsed - it was at that moment I knew my baby s leg was broken. Took him to the ER, and sure enough it was a tibia fracture. Go at your own risk, which is what I did even after reading the reviews of read similar scenarios!

Had a birthday party. The kids had fun. The party manager was helpful. However they forgot to give us a birthday t-shirt that comes along the party package. I had an additional icy treat in my package, but that icys dispenser was not working. So they offered us some limited alternatives. The reception staff , youngsters in particular need some improvement in the way they speak to the visitors, or handle their concerns. Most importantly, playing area is split into two. I felt it was a bad and to some extent unsafe design, since one has to switch between two playing zones by passing across common areas , such as the reception area, waiting area immediately upon the entry, or dining area which were already crowded with people waiting for the birthday parties, and lots of benches. However, the overall birthday party experience was great. Place was neat and clean.

At first the girl told me that my baby didnt have to pay anything, then she told me that my baby and my daughter were free but that I had to pay for myself and my husband and the baby couldnt even be in the drop zone but that I had to pay for him paying for us, then she told me that I had to pay 4 socks so that we could be in the place, in the end I paid $58 and I told her to give me the invoice and she told me that they didnt have a printer to give me it. I will not go again and I do not recommend it because I feel that they took advantage of the costumer by charging for everything

My family and friends family came here to celebrate my little guys birthday and we were having such a good time up till a situation happened with an employee and i will be completely honest in my review in the most humble, polite way possible. We believe this employee may be on the spectrum. Which by all means I applaud him for working and altitude for giving him the job! I think that Is honestly great! We all loved that! Although, the way this employee came about handling things with our 6 children in totally. Ages 3-7 was absolutely not ok. He kept talking in a very angry/rude manor to our toddlers to move away from the slide in the ball pit when our family was the only one in it and 3 adults were supervising them. I told him very nicely 3-4x that I appreciate his concern but I already corrected whatever behavior he was trying to correct and those kids are ours. He ignored us and proceeded to talk to our kids in a way you do not talk to children. I. SAID. MOVE! GET! I told our group that let s just go back to the trampoline part to avoid this situation since I could tell he wasn t going to leave my kids alone. So the other 3 adults took the 6 kids back while I stayed back talking with a couple of random parents who proceeded to tell me that they agree with us and that wasn t ok. I saw this employee follow my kids and then I heard him run and yell no no no no! GET. OFF. THE. MATTS! And I went fast and yup. This employee FOLLOWED my children and proceeded to yell at them. They are toddlers. They have only set foot in a trampoline park a few times. The facts that he RAN after my children and made one cry and the younger 2 say how he was scary (for yelling. They are 3yrs old) was absolutely not ok. My friend and I went to talk to a manager but we noticed they are all really young employees and all though she did hear us out and said I m sorry for that she did give ice cream to the one he made cry but we still feel as if nothing was going to be done. If that s how he acts, they really need to have another employee with him to guide and teach him the correct way to speak and correct children. Parents, be careful and really watch your children. I would hate anyone else s littles to feel traumatized and refuse to go back.

No excuse for this in my opinion. It was truly disgusting and I would be upset if I paid to host a party there. Recommend a re-training session ASAP.

They dont have a great separation for toddlers to play, Ive seen a few injuries where teen or big kid tramples a little. I will say when I found out the birthday party prices I was thrown off, too. They dont offer much for $500+ and to bring outside food there was additional charges. My wife and I enjoyed watching the super soldier manager blow the whistle and show maximum work ethic in his position, 3.5 stars for that.

I ve been here 3 times and it progressively gets worse every time. It s filthy. The floor is gross, the play area is stained, the foam is falling apart and disintegrating, there is absolutely no staff supervising the areas, children running all over the place, Teens are inappropriately behaving. There were so many spills that never get cleaned up. Lastly, the door is not staffed and anyone could take a child that doesn t belong to them. Spend your money is other places. This place should be closed permanently.

The Round Rock location is by far better than the South. To start it s clean and doesn t smell of feet. They offer a membership which is worth the $$. They have a second play area which also sets them apart

A staff is concentrating more on flirting with each other than paying attention to kids pushing and hitting others. There is never a responsible supervisor on the floor monitoring staff, let alone supervising the 100 or so children that are roaming around.

Oof. This is a mixed bag. On the one hand, our son had a blast. He absolutely loved the place. On the other hand, it was way overcrowded and not safe. They had hundreds of kids jumping on top of one another, and one referee guy. That man works for his money. I lost our son numerous times. He came home happy, exhausted, and with an injured foot.

Hosted a party for 20 16 year olds. Pretty easy to check in, party helper was spread thin, he was handling all parties so I needed to go get help and ask how it worked. For the amount you pay I needed to be babysat just a bit. But all in all kids had fun, safe environment easy location. Liked the fact I was able to bring decorations and cakes.

This is a great addition to the area. Tons of active stuff for the kids to play on and climb. My daughter loves it here. The onky think it is missing is the stamps and gatekeeper at the door confirming you are leaving with your own kid. There is something unnerving about the door way just being wide open to walk out. Ever other place like this has the door zoned off. Its my only hesitation about going back there. There is something about the peace of mind factor your kid just cant run out the door of the other places like this.

Super love this place!, this was my daughters comfort place when we came to this city and they knew no one here to play, we will always preserve the memories and keep this place in our memories , the crew is a bunch of young kids but surprisingly u can see their kindness and engagement with the clients kids and adults, they always trying to keep the place tidy but with soo many kids doing what kids do best running and jumping is hard so i dont take anything away from this place as long as it stays harmonious and it has the perfect balance for my tired moms a$$ and my endless bundle of energy loves

Watch out when deciding to come here! I came here without reading reviews. Got a deal on Groupon, and boy it was the worst mistake ever. Let s straight with how super busy it was. The lines were divided in 3 but it was unclear if they went by the line or who was next. I took in line for about 15 mins before being helped which cut into my jump time. There was one girl on the phone the entire time. She didn t once knowledge me or the 5 other people waiting in line. They weren t understaffed so I don t know why it took 15 mins before someone came out to help check people in. After checking in, ready to play. My daughter got hurt within 5 mins of her time. I came to get an ice pack and asked for a reimbursement for in person and they refused to give me one. I emailed them and still no response and Groupon won t refund me either. They are very understaffed. Be advised that the only adults there are parents and guardians. No one is around checking kids and making sure they are using them correctly. Avoid giving them your money and time.

This review is purely for the Manager who worked Saturday Sept 16, 2023 from 11a-1:00pm. This man was working his butt off the entire time I was there from enforcing the safety rules the kids were violating to walking around and picking up balls from the playscape to wiping up wet spots from people coming in from the rain. What really impressed me about him was there was a 7 yr old boy that jumped in the cube pit and shortly after started to cry because I guess he hit his eye, the Manager noticed right away and without hesitation he jumped in the pit with him with empathy in his face with so much care and asked him what happened and helped get him out of the pit. Once the boy got out the Manager went over to check on him again to make sure he was okay. Also there were probably at least 8 birthday parties going on with 8 kids and 8 sets of parents to each party in the table area which was mayhem. When we were leaving he was sweeping up mess on the floor that one of the birthday parties made. I wasn t able to see his name tag from far away. Whomever that manager was working that day HE DESERVES A RAISE!!!! He is a caring individual and works his butt off!!

This is such a great place for kids to burn off that bored energy! It s safe, clean, reasonably priced. Parents can keep an eye on kids without hovering, so kids can let loose and have fun. Kudos to staff for keeping up with cleanups, handling questions, maintaining safety, and providing that personal touch. My grandson had been playing and having a terrific time. When it was time to leave he was sad, begging to stay a little longer. A kind girl on the staff saw his tears and took the time to talk with him, and gave him a special free pass to come back again. What could have turned into a sad drive home was changed into excited plans for next time thanks to her attention and generosity. We will definitely be returning soon!
