Something that caught my attention is that there is a lack of respect on the part of some people who enjoy these facilities. Playground: The children are happy all the time relaxed, there are a variety of games to keep them entertained...they are safe!! Toilets: Hygienic privacy Picnic area: Comfortable, super good, especially the responsible people and respectful family environment .!!! Different skin tones and countries but same thoughts...family!!!

I watched my partners son play today with his traveling team. Glad the game was early in the morning as the Texas heat and humidity is intense. Nice stadium which was surrounded by multiple stadiums in the area certainly designed for tournaments like this. Playground: I did see a playground nearby which looked nice for kids to play in. Toilets: Restrooms were conveniently located close by the home plate area. Picnic area: Places were there to picnic at.

Super cool playground but the whole play area had garbage all around it. Space theme was really fun for the kids. Playground: Space themed, swings, splash pad, smaller playground for young children and a larger one for older kids.

Fun park and nice bathrooms. Came in handy on my bike ride and my stomach was on the rocks. Lots of families there having fun as well as a birthday party. I would say from the looks of it, it would be great for ages 12 and down to play on the toys. Playground: Lots of toys and slides. Toilets: Clean for a city park. Picnic area: Plenty of tables and benches. Great family vibe.

Plenty of space for kids to play. Restrooms available and picnic tables. We like that the park is gated to help keep kids from running into street or ballpark area. Playground: We miss the previous playground but the newer one kids still have fun. Toilets: Restrooms were cleaner than we thought they would be which was a plus. this place is immaculate and obscenely tall. Amazing park. Toilets: had to flush the cleaner out of the toilet... freshly cleaned. Very impressive for a public park. Fully stocked bathrooms

The playground was a nice place very creative on the design and layout of the place. The area looked taken care of and treated well. Overall and nice area to relax and let you kids play around Playground: Has 2 playground areas, one for smaller kids and the larger one for larger kids and adults Toilets: Had bathrooms though I didnt use them cant say if they were adequate Dog-friendliness: I mean the water portion allowed drinking water for animals. It s a small park fenced all around for safety. Their are restrooms and benches.. It s nice for kids because of the playground and some water splashing games.. Perfect place for small humans to run out some energy (hopefully all, but no guarantee). Theres a smaller playset for the littles and a big one for older kids. Regular swings, handicap swings, and a splash pad! Theres covered areas with picnic tables, water fountain for drinking, and restrooms. The park is next to the elementary school. It looks like youre turning into it, but youre not.

I took my new puppy there I am glad they have water for there for the dogs. Neighbors have told me when they took their dog there, they came home with fleas. Someone needs to spray those grounds to prevent that from happening. Its a great place to take your dog to run the energy except for that issue.

This is the best public park in galveston. The slides are ridiculously tall! We stopped here once when a family was having an event at one of the picnic tables and someone was smoking pot, so the whole park smelled like a moldy joint and we left (were losers and dont want our toddler inhaling 2nd hand pot). Aside from that, all of our trips here have been great. The best time to stop by is when it rained earlier that day and you get the whole place to yourself.

This is a really cool park, and I love the the splash pad is right there next to the play equipment. My kids had a bunch of fun there and never got bored. The only complaint I have is that, while the park is fenced in, there is an opening in the fence that leads right to the busy road, which I feel is really unsafe. If you have super small kids, I would station yourself near that opening so that you can easily see if they start to wander too close to it.

The big (3 story) space themed play structure is great. It has lots of ways on and off and 6 slides. There is also a smaller play structure for younger kids, swings, and a few other small things to play on. There is a small splash pad (but it wasnt on as we were there while it was still cold)

Also known as Rocketship Park by the locals; this park is free, safe, and clean. It features a couple of space ship themed playgrounds for both toddlers and big kids--which are big enough for this Dada to climb all over while playing the scary alien monster. Other amenities include a splash pad for the exceptionally hot days, many covered picnic tables that often host parties, unlocked restrooms for personal hygiene emergencies, and drinking water fountains that work half of the time.
