Visited with my mom. We ve always loved and appreciated how fresh and tasty the chicken salad croissant is. Haven t came in years but did feel that the size of the croissant sandwich was smaller than before. I love their tomato soup!!! Pesto chicken pasta was yummy and the sauce was very good. Chicken cordon bleu pasta was mediocre. The cashier was extremely sweet and welcoming!!

I ordered the chicken salad crossant and my boyfriend ordered the chicken pesto pasta and when the food came out we noticed the pasta came without chicken so we asked the server and she said she would tell the chef. Well 15 minutes pass by and we didnt want to eat cold food so he went to ask them again and saw that only then had they started to cook the chicken. Mind you there were barely any customers so it wasnt busy or anything. By the time we sat down and finished eating our meals the chicken had still not come. So they had to put it in a to-go box since we were literally on the way out. Pretty annoying and kinda ruined our moods.

I ordered a cup of coffee and a strawberry crepe. The coffee cup had lipstick on it. Seeing that makes me think if they do a good enough job cleaning other things in the kitchen. My crepe was like rubber. I ve been to the Prosper location and I love the crepe there. This location failed. I obviously couldn t drink coffee from a cup that wasn t cleaned properly. And I didn t want a nasty rubbery crepe. So I decided to return both. I was going to ask for a refund but my daughter really loved her pasta so I decided to exchange it for something different. I exchanged it for a turkey sandwich and a fountain drink. Second attempt was a better decision. Sandwich was really good. On a good note I will say the crew working in the dining room area were all pleasant.

Placed pick up order on 8/3/24 and item was missing from order. Due to the bag being enclosed with sticker, didnt open to check order accuracy until driving all the way back home. Was hoping thered be no need to do so and was disappointed to see an item entirely missing. Called the location and spoke with employee who stated I will be refunded for the missing item but still no refund or evidence that it was issued.

UPDATE Jul 2024: This place is way better than the ratings show right now. We came here on July 14th for a Bastille Day promotion. Buy one entree get 2d one free. Everyone else had the same idea. Lots of friends and family came. See photos. While there was a line the staff worked fast and efficiently to get customers fed. Even the table cleanup went quickly to open up seating for all who needed it. We got great meals and saved some for leftovers. Which also left room for dessert. BTW: hot summer days drive around back and you might get one of few shaded spots. UPDATE Feb 2023: Very under rated for the number of people we have seen here on weekdays and weekends. Lots of friends and family here for Valentine Day special buy one salad and get one free. See photo. We enjoyed ourselves. Good food and service. Save room for dessert. UPDATE Jul 2023: Popular with friends and family for weekday lunch. A number of folks were in attendance today. We got a trio meal and extra soup so we had plenty but left room for delicious lemon white chocolate cookie. We have eaten at other locations since 2020 review. Open for business during virus crises for take out only Apr 2020. We got soup and buy one get one free sandwich by making an online order. Order was ready and waiting when we got there. I brought my girlfriend here back in February because I had nice experiences at the one in Lewisville in the past but I soon regretted it. I ordered a coffee and a hot chocolate for her. I got the cup for coffee and a number for the hot chocolate. We waited for about 10 minutes for the hot chocolate but nobody came out. I decided to wait more and get some coffee and all the coffee was cold. I went to ask about the status of my hot chocolate and tell them the coffee was cold, and the lady behind the counter looked at me and said nothing then walked behind the counter to go ask but just never came back. I ended up asking somebody else to speak to a manager and to get a refund because at this point i was just irritated by the lack of good service and communication. I got a refund and left without ever seeing that hot chocolate or any attempt to make it and the taste of bitter cold coffee in my mouth.

First of all, La madeleine never misses! Their sandwiches, pasta, and bakery items are always a hit. Today I placed an order on uber eats with some special requests and the manager was so sweet! He went above and beyond and made sure my requests were taken into account. A lot of restaurants won t do this bc they wanna get your order in and out fast but I m definitely pleased by the service. 10/10 manager.

Everything is top notch except the condition of the dine in are. It s filthy. 8:00 am on Saturday should evidence clean tables, clean floor and windows. The entry door was disgusting. I cannot believe how expensive breakfast is now. Basically doubled in cost the last few years. The value proposition just isnt there anymore. The croissant served with the American breakfast has shrunk in size notably. No more freebies like the sliced French bread for the kids to nibble on. Had to ask for jam because apparently they dont even put that out anymore. Dont plan to return and would not recommend, which is sad because I used to be a regular.

We ordered from this location on Uber Eats. 2 croquet miseure sandwiches and a grilled cheese sandwich. $68. The bread was not the least bit toasted. Obviously, it was thrown into a microwave to melt the cheese. The bread had not been grilled... on a grilled cheese sandwich. Seems petty, but comeon with tip, I spent $100 to have 3 not toasted stale bread sandwiches. All 3 of them, so theres a star for consistency, I guess.... Personally, I am done with this location. The order we did from them a month ago was with the mini baguettes. They were so hard, you couldnt even break them. Again, money spent, and they served a product with no pride. Either they dont care at all, or dont like you because you ordered Uber from them, I dont know, but what I do know is I wont waste my money here again.

Location was 8008 SH-121 Frisco 3.7.2024 I believe management Should have in place organization protocol in regards to how food should be serve to patrions attending a group meeting. It was a cluster. If you know what I mean. I ordered my food and then my wife. I asked the cashier of how are we getting our food. She stated they would bring it out to us. During the presentation, waitresses were yelling out food entrees and asking who had ordered it. Yes, it was a cluster. Most of the patrons were couples. So the food ordered was in one receipt. The problem was, when they yelled out the entree, one person from one couple would claim it and when they yelled out the other entree, it just happen that another person claimed it and since that person is closer to the waitress, the food was serve to that person. But the kicker was, that person had to give it to the first couple because the sides did not match. Cluster..cluster..cluster. I see that they do use the numerical signage system. I suggest that they use this system during all meetings on small or large groups. My group was over 20. And with all the disruptions, I say the meeting was a Bust. Food was mediocre and below warm temperature. Was very disappointed.

Great cranberry salad just great on dressing not to much. This is literally the WORST LaMadeleine I have ever been to. (Hwy 121 in Frisco Texas) And I am a Huge LaMadeleine fan. The lady at the register (who was very nice) made so many mistakes with our order. My son ordered pesto pasta as a side but got tomato basil soup. He is the kind of person who feels badly returning anything. So I went up to the counter and swapped it out for him. Then my daughter in law s coffee never arrived. So I went back up to the counter to get that for her. Then my daughter was told that they didn t have the dish she ordered. She has limited foods that she can eat. The gentleman tried to come up with accommodations but was so caught up in the way HE wanted to make it. He refused to make it the way SHE wanted to eat it. My daughter loves onions and asked to have one on the side, but he refused to do that because he said it would totally ruin the taste of the sandwich. By the time I got to sit down to eat my sandwich, I could barely choke down half of it. The chicken salad sand-which on croissant arrived as a pile of mayonnaise with a hint of chicken and celery served on a dried out croissant. (I had asked to hold the mayonnaise) With a side of soggy fruit salad. I had asked for strawberries. I have been eating at La Madeleines all over Texas for two decades. I have never had an experience like this at any one of them. We spent $90!!! Do not recommend this location specifically. It is now the next morning and I just ordered from a different La Madeleine on DoorDash and got exactly what my daughter needed. Still highly recommend the La Madeleine,. Just not the specific location.

Had a brunch get together here and I really loved the food, pastries and stellar customer service. Everyone here was super nice and friendly. It was my first time eating here and I had the two eggs breakfast and potato gallette. In my opinion the gallette is a bit bland, but you can add a little salt and pepper, and it really brings out the chives. The breakfast and especially the croissant were excellent. I could see myself coming here again in the future. Everyone was so incredibly nice for it being super early. The one thing I ll caution is the temperature of the restaurant and the cleanliness of the restrooms. They keep the thermostat at 73 which feels swampy, even early in the mornings. And the restroom was tidy but the toilets were very dirty. Bring sanitizer and wipes with you when you eat here. Also wear light clothing. It gets stuffy. There s lots of natural light.

I ll give 3 stars for the customer service as they were nice enough to make me a custom crepe. However, taking 2 stars off because for a crepe that s over $10, it was MINUSCULE. The portion was extremely small - even for a child, it was way too small. I probably wouldn t get a crepe here again. I really wanted to like this place!

Had their Chicket Pesto Sandwich and it was delicious. However it didnt fully cover the bread , like they skimp on the fillings, had more bread than protein or any other of the fillings. If it was more full and not bread with a splash of fillings then Id change to 5 stars. I had to put my pasta side dish on it so I wasnt eats just straight up bread. Everything was tasty otherwise.

Dropping the rating from 4 to 2. I have been disappointed a few times recently by the freshness of the pastries. Chocolate croissants used to be fresh but clearly not the case anymore (and price drastically increased for a box of 6). Probably baked the day before. Furthermore, service is not the best (at least Sunday mornings). By the way, put gloves when you work with food..... I bet thats a requirement Definitely no longer what it used to be, at least for the Frisco location

Nice bakery with some good breads , pastry. Coffee options are good . Good breakfast or meal options with sandwiches and soups . Ambience is super cool in a decent sized restaurant . Tried ham and cheese savoury croissant, almond croissant and latte . Croissant were super crispy and warm went well with warm coffee.

Great atmosphere. The workers were very helpful with the menu and friendly as well. I will definitely be back again. My Chicken salad croissant sandwich was really good as well as the tomatoe basil soup. Their lemon white chocolate cookie was delicious! Loved it all!

I love La madeleine but this is the first time in this location since the beginning when I went in I needed to wait a few minutes until someone will come outside to take my order. I ordered dark cherry&Greek yogurt danish and ask for hot milk. The hot milk came worm milk and I got a cherry seed in my food that almost broke my teeth.

The food was great. The cook that night (named Fed) was super nice. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience ended well after the manager was a little huffy because we came in 20 minutes before closing time. (IMO 20 minutes is not pushing it. I used to manage restaurants and I know how it is when people show up 3 minutes before close and want to stay for an hour chatting. That used to drive me crazy after working for 10 hours and wanting to get out of there. But 20 minutes is not worth getting bent out of shape over. Just my opinion) The nice cook saved the day and he deserves a raise!

Great stop for french style food. The french onion soup and croque monsieur are consistently great. The deserts are a must-have for any visit, especially the lemon tart. I had previously posted a negative review and then later edits as visits improved. Whatever troubles they may have had in the past are gone. Each visit had been excellent across the board over the last few months. Really happy to see this location doing so well now.

I love la Madeline! This is always the place we go BUT I don t know if it s the lack of employees or lack of effort but every time I come in am always waiting an extra 10-15 minutes to be waited on and that is ridiculous. I have tried doing the online order and coming early to pick it up and there s always an issue or my food is already cold. FOH should always be supported by staff or at least management This location is in a very busy area so you would expect a fully staffed location Let s do better

I work in very close proximity to this restaurant. This fine establishment has been feeding me consistently 4-5 times per month for 8 years. I am ALL over their menu. Secret lover of their jams for bread (breakfast). I enjoy their sundried tomato pasta lovingly, like its going to be discontinued . Soup season is on! Consistent awesome tasty food. Their bakery is so good too for human treats. Ill sample more and update my review. Thank you all. JR
