I was t-boned and got pretty banged up while I was traveling for work in Plano Texas, so I hired a car accident attorney through a recommendation from a coworker. Joanne came at a time where I was already contracted with another attorney. My previous attorney lacked communication and made me felt undervalued, so going in I was a little skeptical but she reassured me with her trust and knowledge. Joanne knows her role in representing YOU as her client and is very thorough and detailed with her responses. She works very hard to gather all information needed for your case, leaving you to focus on your injuries and treatment.
