Honestly, I m a Wingstop girl. But, I went to this location with friends and had a really good time. Food was good but my Waiter was a whole VIBE! He was very friendly, attentive and funny. I think his name was Joel. Location is a bit far from me but if I ever go back I hope I get Joel again!

1st time visiting this location in awhile. The food was delicious . We ordered the Brewburger w/tots, barbeque shrimp w/curly fries, boneless wings, onion rings, & drink. Very nice laid-back and relaxing atmosphere. The service was a little slow, and the restaurant wasnt busy or crowded. There is plenty of seating, a bar, & many tvs to watch sports. Our waitress was very friendly & recommended a few menu items. Thanks for the suggestions. I will visit this location again. This place is slow. There was one other couple in the restaurant when we entered. It was our waitress second day, and you could tell. She didnt get my drink correct once. She came out with a tray of wings and had no indication of who ordered what. I dont mind all of that, but our food was gross. Chicken is way too dry. Burger is a frozen burger overcooked. Nothing special with all the sauces.

I always come to BreWingz and their bartender/server Joel is always attentive, provides great customer service. He makes sure everything goes well with the order and if there is any discrepancy, he does the effort to correct. If you come to BreWingz, i would recommend Joel because he cares for his customers. He makes really good drinks. However, the rewards program could be better, I couldn t redeem my reward at the moment, they told me I had to wait until the next day to have the code available which was very disasapointing.

Updated review: Food was as ordered, staff still very shorthanded and untrained. The place is dirty, I watched a party of 20+ walk out because staff didnt know how to problem solve and create a great and lasting impression on that team young athletes. Bartender wasnt on schedule for a weekend that the Astros playing locally. I gave the place a second chance because I knew I could watch the game and have a great meal. But the manager and higher ups need to do better. The company is going down the drain slowly but surely. If you need a new manager let me know Im available. The service was slow as can be. The bartender couldnt remember a frozen margarita with salt and the order came out wrong when it finally did get to the table. My husband had to get up and walk to the other side to get a refill for my stepdaughter. I likely wont visit this location again.

Been here a number of times. This place seems to continue to drop in quality. How or why people even ask to be seated here is beyond me. Menus are falling apart, tables are dirty / sticky, service is hit or miss, food quality issues, etc. etc. Depending on who you get, makes or breaks your experience here. A lot of their servers are slow, rude, forgetful, or not existent. This is why I normally go to another location. While those select few Awesome Servers, are on top of their game deserve much more praise than I can give. Some days even the food can be a miss, others it s on point. Due to all of the inconsistency that occurs here, if I could rate a Zero I would. Would recommend stopping in on their special days - such as Tuesday for their buy one get one free deal. To make it worth your penny. This is about the only thing it s going for it. Until next time. Parking: Sometimes it can be difficult to get a spot in front or on the side of. Just park in the next lot over and walk back over. Plenty of parking.

I ordered the Cajun and my husband order bbq. Also tater tots and a $4 margarita. I didn t enjoy the food as much. It seemed to lack flavor and anything Cajun is typically packed full of flavor. I would possibly return with my son because they have tons of food promos going on throughout the week.

The manager tried to find us a table at a booth and they were dirty. Told the girl to wipe it down, which she did with a wet cloth, and left. We had to wipe down our table because it was still wet. Waitress was fine but disappeared a lot. Manager brought our wings out and never spoke a word. When we said thank you she walked away. All the girls were just rushing and it s dirty

If I could give it a zero I would. The place is disgusting, food wise and the place itself. It was absolutely dirty. Plus horrible service. The waiter was sweet but we waited over 45 minutes for just a drink. Got seated down after nearly waiting 10+ minutes at the front door with available seating viewable. Once we sat down after 15 mns or more I had to call someone to come get out drinks. Our food literally came out before our drinks did. Overall neverrrr coming back.

So. Dine in at bar. 12 noon on Thursday. 1$ drafts. Problem is there was no bartender. I was literally choking on my food due to lack of drink. They had 3 people working. Very poor General Management by Kimberly Griffin! Worst Brewwingz experience ive ever had. I was sad, as i love this place. I emailed Tracey Cleckler....not sure if that will do any good. If i dont hear back from her within 24hrs. I will make a formal complaint to corporate...pretty sure that will resovle nothing as well. Youve lost a group of customers for life. *** update*** Reduce to 1 star due to lack of communication. Update I never heard from Tracey or anyone else. Stop fake responding to negative reviews like you care please.

Came in yesterday & mind you I had not visited a brewingz in probably over a year now, I was on this side of town (I m from Katy & I was running errands for work in pearland & this was one of the closest things near by and I was starving so I came in, 10/10 deff made me want to start going again, my son was with me and he s a very hard picky critic , the food was so fresh and so tasty and our waiter was very attentive & on top of everything.

QST visit since moving to Texas, and I wasnt disappointed! Wings & shrimp were delish! Our server was friendly, attentive & knowledgeable. We will be back! Kid-friendliness: There were well behaved children there. Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps to deal with.
