We stayed in Comfort Suites in Frisco. Let me give a REAL review, a 5 star hotel ..lets say 2 star. Our room upon check in had the fire alarm ripped out the wall,dust/dirt coming from the air conditioning unit, and a rust stained bath tub. I spoke with the night manager he asked did we need a fire alarm? No one laughed. We moved to another room in the morning and was greeted with a leaky fridge that smelled of mildew and gum wadded up by the night stand. The housekeeping staff can be heard yelling and speaking to each other as they clean rooms with an assortment of music on speaker blasting at 8am for all customers to hear their favorite songs. This place is so unprofessional I contacted corporate. We stayed here for a family reunion. First and last experience. A motel is cleaner.

Its unfortunate that they havent kept this hotel up. It is showing its age, everywhere. Everything needs to be cleaned up and updated. There was dirt in corners. One hand towel provided, for 3 adults. Beds were too firm, we got minimal sleep. Front desk staff very friendly on arrival. Gentleman on day of checkout was rude. Good location for everything soccer. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping.

What a wonderful and welcoming staff! I travel 8 months a year and stay in hotels all over the country and the customer service here is 10/10! Thank you Lisa for bringing a smile to my face, helping me check in quickly, and being informative about the amenities of the hotel! And to the maintenance man who was downstairs when I checked in- thank you for welcoming me and hitting that elevator button as I walked over to get me to my room faster . Thank you! This type of service is not so common anymore

The side door of the building was propped open, and a homeless man slept outside my room in the hallway. Woke up late one night thirsty with nothing to drink, went to go get some ice, but the machine was out of order. So I head downstairs and sit at the desk for a bit until the receptionist shows up. He shows up and doesnt say a word, so I ask if theres any water I could purchase. He just points and says over there. I did find it, dont worry

My family and I traveled to Frisco, TX from Kansas for a cheer competition. I looked at the reviews before booking and the this b hotel seemed like a promising stay. Upon arrival we were assigned room 202. This was a suite that included a pull out couch. When we got the room, there was a weird odor in the room. It wasn t a bad smell but more like old or wet . We walked around and realized the room was very dirty and it appeared that it wasn t vacuumed at all. Next to the bed by the window there was trash in the corners that allowed us to confirm that the room was not properly cleaned. While doing this, my husband pulled out the bed from the sofa couch to prepare the bed for my youngest daughter. To tell you that this mattress is the most disgusting thing I ve seen in my life it is an understatement. There was stain that had leaked through the bottom of the mattress, which appeared to be urine or blood. This was the last straw as I could not have my child sleep in a filthy bed like that. There were other details such as the shower having footprints from what appear as someone maybe having dirty feet? The coffee pot and microwave looked so dirty! We went down stairs and spoke with the front desk which very nicely had us switch rooms after showing her the pictures. We moved to room 228 which from a first glance appeared to be better. However, after opening the fridge to place a couple of food items we noticed there was ice cream in the freezer from a previous guest and it was all melted. I was annoyed so I just grabbed it and threw it in the trash. As the day went my husband was laying down in bed watching TV he felt a splash of water. He was so confused as to what was occurring and where this was coming from. He looked up and saw water dripping from the ceiling, it looks like it is a small hole where the plaster in the ceiling is. At this time we had already settled in and my daughter needed to sleep for her cheer competition so we decided to simply place a towel on the headboard. We informed the front desk person once more of this issue and she asked me to take pictures/videos and email them to the hotel staff. As of today, I have yet to hear from management. I am disappointed in our experience. Staying at this hotel was not cheap and while I understand I am not staying at a 5 star hotel these are things that should and could be prevented and avoided. Do not recommend!!!!! Things were broken, dirty and just overall nasty!

Just called to inquire about Extended Stay rooms with kitchens in. I am hard of hearing and when I asked the lady (who did not introduce herself) if they had rooms with full kitchens inside. I have a CaptionCall phone that did not capture her response but I believe she said they did. She immediately hung up on me when I asked what type of rooms like that they had. RUDE! This call did not drop because there was a pause and the unmistakable sound of a phone being hung up. I was hung up on! To the lady who answered the phone, bless your heart. Must be so easy to hang up on someone who needed help with a clear conscience.

The room was clean, modern, quiet, and very comfortable! The staff was AMAZING!!! Seeing that we needed help getting our luggage to the room, Lisa (a manager) had someone come help us. His name was Matrix and he was so helpful and a joy to converse with. When we were checking out, another employee, Gabby, was kind enough to take a 2nd cart up to our room when I asked (walking is difficult for me). When Matrix found out we were checking out, he showed up offering to help, even though I had not asked anyone for help. Since I have trouble walking, another employee in the breakfast area, Isabel, saw me struggling to get up and offered to take my trash from me to save me steps. Because of my son and daughters medical conditions, we have to make frequent trips to UTSW Main. We had been staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites near our appts, but even though Frisco is further away from the appts, the other hotel is nowhere the quality of this hotel and is more expensive! Since we will be booking numerous hotel stays to come, Comfort Suites Frisco will now be our hotel of choice!

This hotel is such a solace and haven after the nightmare and stress we had at the inwood rd comfort inn. Like night and day difference. So extremely clean. There wasnt much to do after my routine inspection. Its suites only which means the rooms are bigger. Alot more up to date. SO MUCH more quiet. Feels alot ALOT safer. Theres alot of options for food around here and its not a traffic hassle to get to. There is some sort of stadium close by too for sport fans (sorry i dont know which stadium im not from here ) ALL OF THE STAFF was kind and helpful. Matirx (not sure if im spelling his name correctly) helped us get our bags to our room. The lady at the front desk completely understood our situation as her family has serious medical issues too. (I want to say thank you so much ) On minor things that arent as important but maybe others think they are, theres a good bit of outlet choices and the desk has a nice multiport outlet. Beds are comfortable, samsung tv, our bath tub has a mat in it. Nice closet space, fridge and microwave, and coffeemaker. this was definitely needed after our bad experience and last few days as we wanted to make sure lil bro was ok to get away from hospital and we were too exhausted to make a long trip back home. It would have been dangerous. Yesterday and today have been rest up days. We will definitely be using this hotel from now on. Its about 30 min away from utsw and childrens dallas using dallas north tollway. Rooms: Clean, beds with couch pullout, suite, fridge, mocriwave, nice closet space, alot of outlets, nice and quiet too Nearby activities: Stadium, alot of eating places, theres some shopping places we saw on our way in on the tollway, im not sure if we are near it, but also in frisco is the cowboys practice field and a little area in there with restaurants and stuff if youre a cowboys fan. You can get to plano/richardson and Carrollton pretty easy by the tollway (also if you didnt know you can get a texas tag if you travel dfw often even if you dont live here its come in handy) Safety: Im always cautious everywhere, its america. BUT it definitely feels safer around here. If we had to park on the side of the building or something id feel safe. The other place that would be a no no. Walkability: Yes you could actually probably walk to several of the restaurants here if you wanted to Food and drinks: Theres sushi, mexican, itialian, coffee, bubble tea, chicken, burgers, bbq, theres alot of options. Sports bar ect

Ill start with the positives. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a pleasant check in. Thats where it ends. I had my bag unzipped on the desk. I open it to get something and a roach was crawling in there. I was so disgusted. We dont have bugs in our home so it is not possible that it came from us. We dont do vermin at all. It was very late at night so I just decided to wait until the morning to talk to management. I must say this was a first. Ive stayed at many hotels and never seen a roach. Just gross. Of course I didnt want the free breakfast. We check out and theres a nice lady checking us out and we let her know about the roach. She then pointed to the manager who was sitting nearby and had us talk to her. The manager didnt seem bothered one bit and didnt even offer a resolution. She just took out a work order form for maintenance while we were standing there. She also noted that no one has ever complained of an issue like that. The associate who initially helped us asked the manager was there anything else we needed to do (we were all standing there awkwardly waiting for the manager to do something other than fill out a work order). She said no and that was that. For what they charge for the room there should have been some type of accommodation. It seems to me that a lot of things get overlooked by management-overflowing trash cans in front of the hotel, old smell in the hotel, loud A/C...Very disappointing!!

My husband and I traveled 26 hours and stayed at this hotel to only be treated poorly. My husband wanted ice and forgot his bottle in the car, so he went and grabbed and asked the lady at the front desk if she could tell him where the ice machine was located on the 1st floor so that he wouldn t have to go back up to the second floor. She asked him what room are you in and he told her. She then asks him who s name is the room under and he politely asked her why did that matter? She then walked away from him and started helping another customer and told him I m busy helping someone else. That sent me over the edge! So my husband had to come all the way back to the car, get our room key and had to go up to the second floor just to get some damn ice when she could have just told him where the ice machine was on the first floor. Clearance was AWESOME! I am huge on good customer service. That determines a lot and we will never stay here again!

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!! This is our FIRST stay at Comfort Suites and WILL BE OUR LAST! If I could give this a NO STAR rating, I would. One star is even too much. This was the only hotel that had rooms available for the tournament weekend near the Fieldhouse and NOW I SEE WHY! NO ONE WANTS TO STAY HERE. 1. The front desk staff are rude and have attitudes. It is clear they hate they jobs. We were not greeted when we arrived. Not even a simple Hello. 2. The check in process is really slow. 3. You cannot ask for extra towels because you will be told that this is a privately owned hotel and the owner will only allow extra towels if you bring your used towels down for an exchange. 4. The traffic from the highway is loud. 5. If laundry is important to you, because you have to wash your athletes uniforms, there is only ONE Washer and ONE Dryer. 6. I e-mailed the Manager about my concerns and I have yet to hear back from him. 7. For the price they are charging to stay here, it is NOT worth it. You can stay somewhere else at these rates and be treated 100% better. There is nothing positive I have to say about my stay, this hotel, or the staff. Very disappointing. Very.

Old hotel, rooms are good, Poor service, Okayish breakfast, There are other hotels in Frisco, Wont stay here again ! The hotel needs an update as the rooms look old. That would be the reason why the price is low. Otherwise, rooms are good. Bathroom exhaust fan do not work. The front office guy - Clarence is a rude person- doesnt deserve to be in Frisco. He should go to a ghetto. I would downright fire him. Beware - He does not provide any help. Location is good. Breakfast is standard - nothing to rave about - Scrambled Eggs are okayish. I wouldnt stay here again as there are tons of other hotels in the vicinity.

Walked in , no help was available. They told us making reservations there was a pool and indoor jacuzzi. They failed to tell us, it was completely drained. Took over nearly an hour or so to get help for a refund. What a shame.

This place did not meet our expectations! Location was ok, amenities were not great, this place lacks customer service. The staff at the front desk anot rude and their lack personality. Not friendly at all, almost like they hate life including their job. So they treat customers bad, poor attitude, and unprofessional!

Front desk lady was unfriendly and rude to guests at both check in and in the pool area. My kids got to witness her and another guest get into a screaming match in the pool area. Our room was dirty, food on the floor, ketchup stains in the bathroom, a used toilet paper roll, and the carpet was soaking wet by the desk. We chose this location for distance to FC Dallas stadium and indoor pool. However, the outdated/dirty rooms and service was not worth the perks.

Staff wasn t very friendly. Had a very anti white rascsit unwelcoming feeling. Such a shame cause the property was nice but the racism against whites seem to be deeply rooted throughout this location and it s more then obvious and others that spoke with had the same experience. House keeping were very argumentative and inattentive to our needs. I was very displeased. I do not intend to return or recommend anyone I know for future stays.

I know comfort inns are a hit or miss type situation. This one was a miss. 1st room (104) smelled like urine. 2nd room (204) has mold in the bathroom and the cleanliness of the room could be better. We picked this place because of the indoor pool and hot tub. But was very disappointed. The pool looks like it needs a good scrub and refill. The hot tub looked worse. We were unable to use either. Staff was very helpful and friendly. That is the only reason fir 2 stars. I personally will not be staying here again.

I had requested a room on the 3rd or 4th floor and I stated I was looking for one night of peace and quiet. There were only maybe 10 cars at the most in the parking lot. There were a man woman both working and the man said oh that wont be a problem we dont hardly have anyone here right now and so after about 30 minutes in my room I heard a ton of noise coming from right next door and at first I thought it was just little kids and I was fine with the little kids making noisy stuff go on at the hotel but I just called down the front desk. Id not even been there 30 minutes barely unpacked and I said is there any way you can change my room because I just wanted solitude. The kids are doing nothing wrong theyre just kids. Im told because I hadnt done this within 5 minutes after getting there that they couldnt do that and it ended up being a night of almost no sleep and people arguing all night long. Around 9:15 I left to go to the hot tub and at 10:00 I came back. When I left they were arguing, it wasnt just kids it was it was grandparents teenage girl and younger kids and it wasnt the little kids they were arguing was the problem and I came back from the pool the police were there and the police had to come two more times that night and if the front desk wouldve just moved me it would have been great but I got no peace and quiet no sleep hardly and I had a really really rough past couple of months and their customer service just was non-existent

Everything was going well with this hotel until I woke up at 3am and saw my check out receipt. Am still shocked at what kind of policy is this , like no person to say goodbye . Just pick your receipt, pack your things and go. What kind of unhuman and lazy policy is this? I ask the gentleman at the lobby, his response was like if you dont like it, you can check out, while heading back I met a woman at the elevator who told me that same thing was done to her, this is a old policy. You guys should review this policy its insane and shouldnt be done anywhere.

Im writing this review at 3:30 in the morning because I have been awake for an hour from the road traffic heard outside my room. Im in room 327 facing the highway. So my review reflects my room location. You need ear plugs or bring a white noise machine because the highway noise is loud. The pool is nice and Im sure breakfast will be awesome, but be warned that it will be hard to sleep at night from the road noise. The rooms and bed were comfortable.

Loved the location of the hotel. Easy walking distance to toyota stadium. The kids enjoyed the pool. BUT the breakfast.... it was never refilled. Multiple people waiting around for coffee, eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereal, toast.... anything! And the lady was extremely rude when asked to refill things. We were going to stay here again during the next fc dallas game but I didnt enjoy waiting around an hr for breakfast to not he refilled.

Our third room was great. The first two were not ready. One had drinks on the desk and night stand and no linens on the beds. The second had been cleaned but had the duvet and pillows piled on furniture and no linens. The staff was great though. We called from the second room instead of going downstairs and the front desk employee came upstairs to verify that the new room was ready and then brought us keys.

It has everything, a work out room, a pool computer room, conference rooms and a huge breakfast area. The rooms are very clean and very spacious, I could live in this room. I will be back, if youre looking for a nice place to stay while youre in town look this place up in Frisco you wont regret it.

Catherine was an amazing front desk clerk. Mornings and nights she is always on the help and goes beyond a smile to make your stay worth while. Thank you so much for everyone saying Good morning to me, made me feel welcomed and warm in the cold season. The area is high in athleticism and really encourages you to go out for a jog or visit one of the local gyms nearby just minutes down the road! The pool was perfection along with the waterfall attached to a hot tub! Most relaxed I was. Shout out and a big thanks to Michael the manager of comfort suites Frisco for making a huge positive impact on your employees and hotel!!!

We will definitely book here again the next time we are in Frisco.

The staff was friendly for the most part. Loved that there were so many restaurants near by, but the location next to highway was not that great. The noise from the cars zooming by all night was super loud. Our floor and room smelled of Marijuana, we kept complaining and nothing was done about it. Not many options for breakfast and most of the bagels were stale. This was one stay and done type of place.
