I have fallen into somewhat of a depression the last two months since having my baby. After long hours staying up with the baby and having another child under one I do not keep the house in the shape that it needs to be in. Clutter gets everywhere and I have no energy to clean. With clutter being everywhere dust was a big problem. After hiring All Cleaning Services I learned after that this was the best decision I could have made for myself and my family. Brenda showed up on time and was thorough, polite, punctual and the price was very reasonable. Everything was dusted, vacuumed, mopped, swept, etc. The house looks beautiful!! I feel as if a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I will absolutely hire this company to clean again. I hope to have them come monthly or even bi weekly. The owner is very responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions, I had a last minute request to clean the apartment I moved out of and they jumped on it right away and did an amazing job. I reached out to Brandi to ask for cleaning services for my elderly mother and aunt. Mya and Evelyn arrived on time and did the first initial deep clean of their home. I was so impressed by the professional job they did and how they used the products we asked. They cleaned every inch of the home and my Momma can not stop talking about how pleased she is! Just a week ago she was mad that I demanded we have bi-weekly cleaning come in and tonight she asked why we waited so long. My lease required that I have the apartment professionally cleaned. I contacted 3 local cleaning services on a Sunday and Brandy got back to me within minutes. I never heard from the other two. Brandy stayed in contact with me and let me know when the job could be started. When I went to look at the apartment I was extremely pleased with the result. It looked great. It smelled great. The bathroom, wow, I mean I never would have been able to do that. Everything was cleaned and ready. My father was recently hospitalized and my mom needed some additional assistance cleaning and sanitizing the home due to his illness. I am so grateful I stumbled across your page. I had a deep cleaning service done by this company today. I had two cleaners come in and they did a really good job getting into the nitty-gritty tight spots to really get that deep clean! The only thing that they have room for improvement for is making sure the house looks exactly how it was when you got there, but cleaner, of course! Before I left home today, I had all my blinds open for the sunshine to shine through and when I arrived home today a little after noon, all my blinds were closed, so I did have to walk through my home and re-open all of them. Of course that s no big deal, and that doesn t take points off of their clean! They still did a fantastic job just a little pointer for the future.

She explained the process to include the deposit one week in advance. The team assigned to my move out cleaning was Casey and Karley. Yay! FINALLY! A cleaning service in this area that does it right. I used to clean professionally myself, so I can spot lazy work and apathy. I dont expect perfection, but some honest effort goes a long way. Brandy is top notch! She communicates well when getting setup/scheduled. She and Janet came to do an initial clean today. They were both personable, efficient, and very thorough! They enjoy their time together and seem to genuinely care about their work. This house hasnt looked this good, ever....even when we first moved in. We really enjoyed their conversation and personalities. Our cats enjoyed the ladies, too! The first couple times I was pleased, but then things changed. Today, they were suppose to stay 3 hours. I told them to clean the windows in the dining room, master bedroom, and living room....they Left 30 minutes early WITHOUT cleaning the windows. Also, the master shower ,kitchen countertop, spare bathroom sink and shower was still dirty!!! Even my husband was like, the kitchen is still dirty... He does not pay attention to small detail, so that tells me something! I would post pictures if google review allowed it. Last month, they had to come back to mop the floors again because the kitchen floor was still dirty! I will not be using this company again.

I hired this company to do a deep cleaning for move in this evening and was very satisfied. The manager was very polite and was able to get me into her schedule the next day. I called at around 8pm the night before desperate to get someone to get the house cleaned before my furniture arrived. I was surprised at how late she took my call and how quickly and accommodating she was. The price was very fair as well. Much more affordable than I expected it to be. She communicated with me throughout the day and let me know when she was on her way over. Once she and another coworker arrived they did not hesitate to start right away. They moved very quickly and were extremely thorough. When I bought the house the sellers were supposed to have it clean and ready for move in and they left it a complete mess. Needless to say this team definitely made my move here that much easier and less stressful. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional cleaning. Thanks again!

You are looking for a trustworthy and straight up good business....THIS IS IT!!! We are Active Duty Military, in the middle of a move between Wisconsin and Belton, Texas. Getting to a new construction home with four animals and a semi truck load of household goods, in a very tight schedule did not leave any time for a thorough cleaning of the new home. We called ALL SERVICE CLEANING, got an immediate response, a solid and very reasonable quote, super quick service, meeting our timelines for a Sunday, and extremely user friendly online payment. Disappointed after reading these other reviews. I thought the cleaning would be thorough and detailed since I asked for the house to be move-in ready and have everything cleaned inside and out. But I had to re-clean almost everything thoroughly after they left. Bathrooms and kitchen were still filthy. Urine stains that were easily wiped were still present on toilets. It was disgusting but I wiped them away easily on the outside of the toilets with Lysol wipes. Toothpaste stains were still present on sink knobs and bowls. Again, easily wiped away with Lysol wipes. Kitchen cabinets still had food stains in multiple areas. Again, wiped it away with wipes. Showers still had A LOT of buildup,dirt,grime that were easily scrubbed away with a little effort and bleach. My almost empty fridge still had food stains. Im not sure what they really did for almost 2.5 hours after seeing the results. It was bad. And they were 8 min late to the appt. Also, I guess I expected Brandy to be there but she sent me 2 young nice girls instead. On the bright side, my ceiling fans seem dust free and my windows look cleaner. UPDATE: in contact with owner and tried to fix situation, so raised a couple stars

I first hired Brandy and her team to do a deep cleaning on my home. I will never forget when I walked in the door after they were finished! My home was spotless and the cleanest it had been since moving in! I was speechless. Since then, they clean my home every other week. Brandy and Mya did an excellent move-in cleaning for me and it looks and smells so good I will definitely do more business with All Cleaning. They went straight to work and did a whole 4/2 in 2 hours - that included two full bathrooms, all windows inside and blinds, cleaned the inside of my just-delivered refrigerator, wiped out all cabinets and drawers, and swept and mopped the floors - she even wiped down my kitchen garbage can!
