Ordered Pizza online for delivery. I originally called, to place a phone order, and got no answer, which was no good. I ended up ordering online, via Facebook. I give the manager kudos for calling and clarifying my choices for the pizza, that was excellent customer service. However, the pizza was cold and under cooked upon arrival. I had to finish cooking the pizza in my oven. Too much cheese on pizza, drowning out the flavors of the toppings. Mushrooms were not fresh, came from a can or jar, didnt compliment the other toppings, ruining the flavor. Service was good though, pizza came promptly, possibly why it was, cold and under cooked. The cheesecake was okay, but not as good as the LaBellas of the past on Olsen. I ordered 1 cup of jalepenos, they sent 2. I ordered 2 drinking cups and napkins, they sent too many napkins. The only reason Im complaining about too much cheese, jalepenos and napkins is from a business perspective, if you give out too much, it cuts into your operating expenses and that is something you dont want to do if you want to stay in business. In addition to bringing us a cold under cooked pizza. I am giving 4 stars, and another chance, because we all have our good days and bad days. I hope this feedback helps them improve, we need more growth with businesses on the Eastside of Amarillo, moving forward.

If there was a negative star for service that s what would be on here! I ordered the 24inch pizzas for a party and specified twice for square cut pizzas when i put the order and when i called the day of. When i get there i checked and they were not cut in square the gentleman at the cashier basically had the attitude that i was sol! I asked for the pizza cutter so i could do it myself another gentleman came and said he would do it the cashier said it wouldn t look very pretty .. like what? Never mind give me my pizzas!

Figured Id go out on a limb and try. Immediately regretted my decision upon meeting the staff, but I figured Id try it anyway. The food was sub par and not even close to what it should be. Ill stick with my usual Giovannis pizza. Much better that way.

My fiancé was having a bad day and asked if they could draw silly pictures on the box. We got a chicken and a pig. Definitely brought out a laugh. The fact they were willing to jump on something so mundane and seemingly trivial says a lot about them. They were also 20 minutes early. Definitely pleased

This place used to have the best pizza in town but after COVID the wings and ingredients have changed. The food is nasty now. I would not recommend. Edited: You are so very welcome! Im not the only person who said your food is nasty. The wings are completely different! The breading on the wings is not the same.The pizza is not the same. The taste is not the same.Your ingredients and food have changed PERIOD! Youre a business responding like a child. Speaks volumes about the kind of business you are. Management sucks no customer service skills. The last two times I was in there my order came out late and they did nothing about it. Did not even say sorry or try to make up for it. This time was told 20mins when a called it in, then got told by management it would be 8 to 10 mins more then was told 15 more mins. If you like the taste of their pizza I would just go to Big Jim s better Customer Service and More polite Atmosphere.

Driving back to DFW from the West coast and stopped in Amarillo for the night. I always try to eat more locally when I travel....try things I cant have at home. After an evening of swimming at our hotel, pizza always hits the spot. La Bellas didnt disappoint! I am a huge fan of the thinner crust homemade style pizzas. Ours had a ton of toppings, great taste, and perfectly cooked. Even though I ordered a pizza to appease more of my boys tastebuds (sausage, pepperoni, and pineapple), the toppings were great quality! The sauce didnt over power but was a great base! I was shocked that it didnt cost a ton more to have it delivered! I was super impressed when our breadsticks (also super yummy) didnt have the marinara sauce and they sent the driver right back! 5 stars for the pizza and 5 stars for the customer service.

I ordered food here last night and it was amazing. The tater bombs taste fantastic. The fried pickles with their Korean bbq sauce are to die for. Customer service was great. I arrived early, shortly before my food was ready, but it didn t take long before I was on the road and consuming my hot, delicious food. Excellent customer service and excellent food.

Disappointing. The fried mushrooms were okay but the pizza was completely undercooked. The dough was still raw and the cheese on top wasnt even melted. Since this place is takeout only, strongly suggest you open the box and check before you leave. I will add that the service was great and the staff was friendly.
